We will be performing a scheduled game update on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 5:00 AM PDT (8:00 AM EDT / 2:00 PM CEST / 10:00 PM AEST). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 7 hours, concluding around 12:00 PM PDT (3:00 PM EDT / 9:00 PM CEST / 5:00 AM AEST July 18).

MAPLE MEMO: REGARDING FUTURE ROADMAP NOTICES
Hi Maplers,
We're reaching out today with an update regarding roadmap notices. When we started these notices in 2022, we wanted to bring better communication to our players. These notices have been a valuable way to keep you informed about upcoming content and the team has been continuously working hard to ensure a timely update.
However, with Global Maplestory (GMS) forging its own unique path as mentioned earlier this year at GDC and the Inkwell Notes, there is an adjustment period for us to adapt to the many changes in internal processes and procedures so we can continue to provide a positive experience for you. As we embark on this new adventure, we'll need more time to solidify details and ensure proper localization for GMS before sharing them publicly. After careful consideration with the team, we have decided it was necessary to tentatively end roadmap notices.
We understand this news might be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. Previously, GMS closely followed the content of Korea Maplestory (KMS), resulting in a more predictable development timeline. This allowed us to create roadmaps that we shared until the second quarter of this year. Our new direction involves creating different content, which makes it challenging to finalize long-term plans as far in advance as we did before. Our efforts are focused on delivering an exceptional gameplay experience for our GMS service.
While roadmap notices are on pause, we will still be actively keeping you updated with announcements through our platforms.
We appreciate your understanding as we navigate this new direction for GMS.

Miracle Summer - July 13 - Primary Weapons/Secondary Equipment
Miracle Summer is back for another year! Throughout the summer, Miracle Time will be enabled for equipment for a specific slot, giving you double the chance to Rank-Up your gear once!
This Saturday, July 13, 2024, Maplers on all Worlds will have Miracle Time enabled for Primary Weapons and Secondary Equipment! Cube all forms of primary weapons, including swords, bows, guns, chakrams, wands, and more, as well as the secondary equipment, such as shields, rosaries, whistles, hex seekers, and more, all-day Saturday with the improved Rank-Up chances!

Event Details:
- During the noted periods, you will be able to Cube away on Equipment for Primary and Secondary slots with Glowing Cubes, Bright Cubes, and Bonus Glowing Cubes, as well as Bonus Bright Cubes if you have them, with double the chance to Rank-Up equipment once when cubing!
- During the Miracle Time period, using a Cash Cube to upgrade an item to Legendary Rank will activate the "Double Miracle Time Blessing" buff for the map.
- Equipment for other slots does not benefit from this instance of the Miracle Summer event.

Investigation of Angelic Buster Skin Color Issues
Hello Maplers,
We are aware of issues pertaining to the Angelic Buster's skin color as well as the inability for the Dress-Up skin colors to be changed with skin color coupons. The team is actively looking into this and will be alerting you of any updates in regards to this issue.
We sincerely apologize to our players who are affected by this error, and are encouraging you to not purchase or use Skin Color Coupon on Angelic Buster's Dress-Up mode for the time being.

Minimum System Requirements Update in Early October
Attention Maplers,
In order to maintain the security and stability of MapleStory, we will be updating the Minimum System Requirements for MapleStory in an update scheduled for early October. Starting from that update, MapleStory will no longer be supporting operating systems below Windows 10. For more information on upgrading Windows, please visit the Microsoft website.

[UPDATE] Maintenance has been completed. Players who have been affect upon our morning maintenance has been reset. Cash shop items have been extended by 6 hours. Please restart your Nexon Launcher or Steam and thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to address the issues!
