Minimum System Requirements Update in Early October

Investigation of Night Fragments
Hi Maplers,
Thank you for your patience as we discussed next steps for the issue of players obtaining Night Fragments abnormally. We've concluded the investigation and have moved forward with the following:
Night Fragments obtained abnormally by repeatedly claiming the weekly reward have been removed.
Accounts that claimed and used an excess amount of Fragments have been issued a 7-day suspension.
We considered multiple factors in determining the threshold at which players would be affected by our decision. Most importantly, we didn't want players who may have claimed extra Night Fragments mistakenly to be affected by an issue on our end. After evaluating the situation, we determined some accounts gained Night Fragments in significant enough quantities to warrant a temporary suspension from the game.
Even if it’s for simple curiosity, the act of using a system error will be considered abnormal gameplay and we would advise Maplers to not use these when they occur. Please report it through our Player Support Center and wait until more information has been announced.

Miracle Summer - June 29 - Tops/Bottoms/Overalls/Capes
Miracle Summer is back for another year! Throughout the summer, Miracle Time will be enabled for equipment for a specific slot, giving you double the chance to Rank-Up your gear once!
This Saturday, June 29, 2024, Maplers on all Worlds will have Miracle Time enabled for Tops, Bottoms, Overalls and Cape Equipment! Cube your shirts, breastplates, and blouses, your shorts, skirts, and greaves, your robes, dresses, and trenchcoats, and even your cloaks, backpacks, and capes of all sorts, all-day Saturday with the improved Rank-Up chances!

Event Details:
During the noted periods, you will be able to Cube away on Equipment for the Top (including Overall items), Bottom, and Cape slots with Glowing Cubes, Bright Cubes, and Bonus Glowing Cubes, as well as Bonus Bright Cubes if you have them, with double the chance to Rank-Up equipment once when cubing!
During the Miracle Time period, using a Cash Cube to upgrade an item to Legendary Rank will activate the "Double Miracle Time Blessing" buff for the map.
Equipment for other slots does not benefit from this instance of the Miracle Summer event.

[Updated 6/18/24] Compensation:
For those who experienced the issue with Star Queue where your total playtime did not accumulate properly prior to the June 12th hotfix, 5 hours will be added to your total playtime in a future, planned maintenance. Please keep an eye out for upcoming web posts.
For those who experienced the issue where your Spirit of Serenity Mount disappeared prior to the June 14th unscheduled maintenance, the mount will be distributed to you after the maintenance via the Gift Drop.
For those who only received 2 EXP vouchers in the Lv. 220 Gift for the [Comeback! Battleground Idol] Event, you can claim the missing 4,998 EXP vouchers via the Gift Drop.
For those who were rewarded less Black Rebirth Flames in the Maple World Tour prior to the June 12th hotfix, you'll receive 10 Black Rebirth Flames via the Gift Drop.

We've taken steps to improve server capacity in Kronos to mitigate the issues of players who were unable to login on the weekend of June 15th.
Resolved an issue where an error message would appear regarding Roro the Familiar Manager being unequippable when trying to complete certain bosses.
Resolved an issue where event Legion blocks were causing an error in the Legion UI.
Resolved an issue where Cash equipment may become stuck in hidden Outfit Preset pendant slots.
Resolved an issue where players were unable to set characters with a long name as Hyper Burning.
Resolved an issue with Legion Artifact Special Missions where an already completed mission was not being marked as completed.
Resolved an issue where several items in Star Queue were listed incorrectly or had missing images.
Resolved an issue where the 'Eliminate the Puppeteer!' quest couldn't be completed due to a text input limit.
Resolved an issue where the Ranmaru prerequisite quest wasn't being completed for all characters after completing it on one character.

Resolved an issue with Legion Artifact where unlocking or extending an Artifact Crystal between certain hours would cause the 'Stats Applied' text time to be formatted incorrectly.

Server Stability in Kronos World

We appreciate from the bottom of our heart that lots of players have been joining us in this GO WEST! update. Unfortunately, it has caused stability issues for many players attempting to access our Kronos world. Resolved an issue with Star Queue where the daily time is not resetting properly for some players.
For players who weren't able to reset the daily time yesterday on June 13th, please note that it won't be reset after the maintenance. Due to this, we will add 5 hours to the total combined time for users who were affected by the maintenance next Thursday.
Resolved an issue with trading items that have used Platinum Scissors of Karma.
Resolved an issue with Spirit of Serenity Mount where it would disappear from inventory upon relogging.
v.251 Hotfixes - June 12, 2024
In the midst of our scheduled and unscheduled maintenances, we sometimes perform hotfixes to address a variety of bugs and issues without bringing down the servers. We will use this post as a collective hub to update our players with the hotfix details, such as when and which fix was applied.
