The game focuses on the period from the beginning of the Neolithic in Upper Egypt in 5000 BC until the advent of the state in the year 3000 BC.
The game is made with the informational support of The Center for Egyptological Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences (CESRAS)

Test conditions
The game is in the beta-test mode and in the most basic English localization, so there are very important conditions that you need to accept before you send your request:
English is your native language or you are very good at it or it’s a part of your profession – you are an editor, journalist, writer, etc.
The game has bugs, bad texts and this is normal thing. We had together polish everything – for example, indicate a bad text and suggest a proper fix.
While you testing, very important to carefully read everything and, when necessary, to write proper suggestions. If you are willing to help with testing, but not ready to follow all of the following instructions, you'd better wait for the release of the full game.
During testing, you should not just play the game: while playing you must record the video (once game screen, without the voice), look for bugs and write about found bugs and text suggestion in TXT-document. All comments in txt-document must be written a specific format (detailed instructions see below).
You agree that you will not distribute the game or video and any other material or information which you receive at the time of testing, to any third parties or persons. Even to your friend, if he is not a tester. While testing, the game has non-final quality and we don't want to spoil the impression of the other people.

Your reward for good and successful work:
Digital version of the game after the release: Steam version for PC/MAC, or mobile, when we will test it.
At your request, we can add your name to the credits of the creators of the game.
You will be able to make the project better, offering some cool text suggestions (if they really are good and won't hurt historical aspects).
How it works
If you agree, below is the description of how it will work:
The testing will be held in the closed group in Steam Community. There you can download the latest version of the game, inform us about results and communicate with other testers.
Before testing, you will get the latest version for time-limited test (2 days), after that we immediately expect you to post the video + comments into sprecial thread.
Very important to record each of your game sessions and send it to us. Each video will be analyzed, we will see all the oddities, bugs, text issues, etc. "How" we will describe in closed group.

You can write you request it in this thread. The request is not a guarantee that you will become a tester, by reading your request we are going to judge how clearly you can follow the instructions.

Version 2.8.6 -Changed the mechanism of stats count + some bugfixes
Changed the mechanism for stats modifiers. Now modifiers do not apply to the whole stat, but for each source of stat alone (production in the city, trade, etc.). Each modifier are now charges only if the increase of the stat’s source is positive. It fixes a number of strange bugs found in events or trade. For example, if there is a bonus + 50% production and you try to sell it, than the number sold production also increased by 50%.
Increased precision of the stats for large numbers - rounding occurs to smaller digit, to avoid the some problematic situations. For example, when production number written is sufficient for the construction, but you cannot build it.
Changed window for stat description details. The effects of events, technologies, and exploration are now give only the bonuses that they generate, plus added other bonuses that generated by events and technologies, such as bonus from Byzantium, technology Philosopher's Stone, Colossus, etc.
Small changes in the German text.
Fixed a bug due to which after the construction of Level 1 Houses, there was a text in description that building requires one gold for maintenances, but maintenance was free.
Fixed a bug with sound and music icons status in main menu, when icons remained unchanged, even when sound and music were switched off in the options during the game.
Версия 2.8.6 - изменен механизм подсчета статов + исправлены некоторые ошибки
Переделан механизм начисления модификаторов для статов. Теперь модификаторы применяются не ко всему стату, а для каждого источника стата в отдельности (производство в городе, торговля и т.п.). И теперь каждый модификатор начисляются только если прирост источника стата положительный. Это исправляет ряд странных багов, встречающихся в событиях или торговле. Например, если есть бонус +50% к приросту продукции и попробовать продавать её, то кол-во продаваемой продукции так же увеличивалось на 50%.
Повышена точность отображения статов, для больших цифр округление происходит в меньшую сторону что бы не было ситуации, когда, например, продукции написано, что достаточно для постройки, а построить нельзя.
Переработаны окно описание деталей статов. Эффекты от событий, технологий и разведки теперь дают только те бонусы, которые они сами генерируют, плюс в них же добавлены другие вещи, которые генерирует события и технологии, например, Бонус от Византии, технологии Философского камня, Колосса и т.п.
Небольшие правки в Немецких текстах.
Исправлен баг из-за которого после постройки домов 1-го уровня было описание что дома требуют 1 золото на содержание, хотя содержания не требовалось.
Исправлен баг, что в главном меню не обновлялось состояние иконок звука и музыки даже в ситуации, когда состояние звука и музыка были изменены в опциях во время игры.

Added German localization. All thanks to Benjamin 'Schneiper' Wolf, who translated all texts and tested the game. Also many thanks to all beta testers who helped him to test the localized version!
Fixed bug - when renewing an alliance with Paris and Messini the player received a permanent bonus '+max workers'.
Fixed bug - when after restarting the game, start screen sometimes had wrong victory conditions.
Small text changes for some events, small logic issues fixed.

Добавлена поддержка немецкой версии. Спасибо большое за это Benjamin 'Schneiper' Wolf кто перевел и протестировал игру и всем бета-тестерам кто помогал с тестированием.
Исправлена ошибка, когда перезаключая союз с Мисини и Парижем игрок получал постоянно бонус "+макс рабочих".
Исправлена ошибка, когда при перезапуске игры в стартовом окне в некоторых ситуациях были неверные условия победы.
Небольшие правки в тексте некоторых событий, поправили логику текста.
Версия 2.7 (исправлены Послы + другие фиксы)
Исправлена ошибка когда торговля 2-го уровня не давала +30% к максимуму сборщиков налогов.
Исправлена ошибка с отрицательными значениями золота для получения нового Посла.
Исправлено неправильное описание бонуса "Богатые медные шахты" для английской версии.
Ослаблена парадигма "Богатые медные шахты", штраф макс населения теперь не 5% а 10%, а военный и промышленный бонус не 30% а 25%.
