Hot Fix UPDATE v0.9.23

Just a hot fix of the version 0.9.22 that cause the Gusaneitors (Orange worms) to lag the game.

Remember that after you update the game, you need to enter go to the war room and then exit the game, and enter again to recover the map progress. It is not lost, dont neet to start the missions again.

New Camera Move System. No more going back and forth with the camera.




4 New Challenges.
Horde & Titan Challenges of Pokio HouseHolds and Pokio Harbor.


BIG Campaing Re-Balance, and waves adjustments.

Pokio HouseHolds more progressive difficulty curve. Special notice Wave 19 more enemies but more spaced.
Pokio Harbor: Pump up the difficulty alot, but Kaaijus are but more spaced, not in bulk.
SkyWorld Plaza time between waves from 32 to 28 secs.
Increase the spawn rate of Flyers cat 4, and Kaijus Ranged 2.
Pokio Bridge, Enter Hell, and Hell On Earth: Harder in early and mid game, end game a little more difficult.



Buggs Fix TIme:
Solved the problem where some kaijus kept the blue tint after dying frozen.
The missiles from the AA towers dealt damage to all the Kaijus, including the ground ones. Now putting a lot of AA is not going to help killing the Kaijus on land.
AA Range Upgrade reduction from 115% to 25% (115 was a bug). Increment price to 500.

Game Balance:
Kaiju Excupitator is 45% faster.
Kaiju Exploder small and Exploder Big are 25% faster
Fix a bug where the Dalifantes were always doing damage to the base even when they ray was not reaching the base.

Increase in the price of some technologies.





A quick notice!

The feedback has been heard and the gameplays have been seen!




In the next update there will be a new system to manage the camera that will allow it to be stopped anywhere on the battlefield! No more going back and forth!

So if the current system of moving the camera gives them a headache try a few days to the new one!

I do not know whether to leave the previous system as a quick method of going to the end of the level or not ... I'm still seeing it ...

This Friday is an update with a rebalancing of the campaign, make a little more gradual the curve of difficulty, and more challenges of Titan and Hordes.

What else would you like to see as extras in Chapter 1? More challenge of titans, hordes, survivals, or special ops (I still did not see the first special ops, but hey ...)?


THE FIRST SPECIAL OPS MISSION:




Hello everyone! Once again I have to start by thanking everyone for the support, feedback and bug hunting! On this occasion I want to make a special shout-out to RMYBY - Hennessy, for helping other users on the HUB, a very nice review he did on his profile and for this impressive screenshot where he gets to the wave 101 of survival. EPIC!





NEW MISSION:
Having fixed several of the problems in the last update, or so it seems, I can put my time on what I really like doing missions and content. I love the Starcraft 2 arcade, I think it's a place of extreme creativity. Over there i found a lot of cool ideas, one that I would like to bring to MVK is the Thug of War mode. Spawn 2 armies and clash in the middle! I'll bet Clash Royale got the idea from there.

Special OPS: Line of Defense


Here you will have to defend the military base where the Thunderbird tanks are produced. Two factories will create tanks infinitely. The idea is to keep the largest number of live tanks alive and create a squadron large enough to push the horde and push the attack. For the first time in the MVK the mechanics of attacking a target will be considered.

Here I do not know if to put restrictions on towers, what do you guys think?

This new mission, falls within the new category Special Ops, a place to experience new mechanics, some not of the TD genre itself.

IF LOST ANY DATA WITH THE UPDATE ALT-F4 The game and Read This:



For now the data backup is done when leaving the game using the QUIT button, soon we will change this. It seemed like a good idea in a moment.

If with an update you lost data about the progress of the game we recommend, we recommend leaving the mediate game ALT - F4, uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. This can recover the partial or total data. This is not 100% guaranteed either, but has work most of the times.

We are working to make a system of information storage and updates safe, but for now it is not.

If you want to make sure you do not lose anything, you can finish the game, go to the BROWSE LOCAL FILES of MVK - Steam, and manually copy the StreamingAssets folder in: \ Mechs V Kaijus_Data.

In the eventual loss of data, you can re-paste the contents of the folder and write corrupt data. I'm also researching the Steam Cloud, but this is going to take even more time.

Wave 7 15% less enemies.
Wave 13! 5% less enemies.

Balance:
Dalifantes 15% more speed.
Small spiders 50% more life and 15% more speed.
Tanks 50% less life and 35% less speed to the firerate upgrade.

Please report in Discord if the level 9 there are still enemies alive. I'm hunting those bastards.

IMPORTANT:
The Quit button is the one that records the back Up of the saves! ːsteamfacepalmː It seemed like a good idea before.
If you enter the game at some point and the map has been erased, tech tree or mechs look incomplete, exit by Alt-F4. A fix is on the way ... If this happend please join our discord and let me know.



THE UPDATE:

Balance:

-Level HouseHolds: Change the enemies in the last wave.
-Level Bridge Balance: Reduction of titans from 35 to 10 and increase of the last wave from 10 to 30 Random enemies.
-Boss Fight: He spawns 7% more enemies.



Bugs Fix:
Households put on a building counter to make it clearer that if all the buildings are destroyed the level is lost.
Correction of a bug that gave HouseHolds stars even if the mission was lost.

The enemy Grabonoid (giant earthworm) when attacking constructions did not detract from living enemies. Finishing the screen with X live enemies and blocking progress.
Grabonoid did not attack the AA towers.
Extent of the colliders of the kaijus.

Achievements:

Hord & Titan Challenges:
Bug fix that you could get to win the level without killing the titan.

WHAT IS NEW AND EXCITING:

3 Levels of difficulty: EASY (not so easy) NORMAL (I mean hard) HARD (this is brutal)

Keyboard shortcuts: We need more speed to stop the Kaiju advance.






Stars System: now the stars with which you passed the levels are saved and with them you unlock challenges:



Horde Challenge: Passing the levels with 3 stars will unlock the Horde mode. If you thought there were already many Kaijus you can not imagine what this mode is! (Expert level)

Titan Challenge: Passing the levels with 3 stars will unlock the Titan mode. 10 increasingly difficult waves, with the largest Kaijus, ending the final wave with a Kaiju Titan Category (Expert Level)
