Hi, Villagers! Do you know that you can test out upcoming updates for Medieval Dynasty or go back to the past and play previous versions of the game? All you need to do is add dedicated branches of the game on Steam!



How to use steam branch
1. To add a branch, right-click on Medieval Dynasty in your Steam Library
2. Choose the Properties option in the drop-down menu
3. In the Properties window, select the “Betas” Tab
4. Enter the Beta Test Code in ”Private Betas” window
5. When you access the branch, you can select one of the following branches:

Public_testing:

  • Reduced horse speed at high frame rate.
  • Some players were unable to interact with an NPC as a result of listening to the NPC's dialogue. (Also, on The Valley).
  • Doubled furniture in Sedowin's hut for the client.
  • A player could get stuck with the Sleep information UI when he tried to sleep in the same bed as another player.
  • After death the sleep UI was open.
  • Players being treated as a new player when trying to play in already saved game in Solo play on Oxbow
  • Crash due to hud trying to get goal marker if IDs are wrong
  • Player being mother don't see their children in map if they changed filter to people
  • Player stuck without being able to move when trying to load into the game if he had nothing assigned to his quickslots or equipment but with items in inventory
  • Giving gifts as a woman to your child doesn't increase affection
  • Case of game freezing due to NPC pathing if player build his village in the right top corner of Oxbow map

  • Playing Solo in Oxbow is now possible offline, like the Valley.
  • Changed how login and session handling is done. Should cause less issues hopefully.
  • In the first three years, only fine weather should prevail. More demanding and dangerous weather conditions begin occurring from year three in the game.
  • Increased the durability of hoes.
  • Now during sleep, you can't die from hunger/thirst/temperature.
