Synthite Boost Weekend
There’s no better time to step into the wasteland and rack up a ton of Synthite than in our first ever Synthite Boost Weekend.
From Friday, July 14th (3pm EST) to Monday, July 17th (3pm EST), Synthite rewards earned from successfully completing Raids will be TRIPLED! That’s right, earn 3 times the base amount of Synthite for each Raid that grants a base reward of Synthite. The increased Synthite rewards for each Outpost difficulty will be as follows:
Normal: 135 Synthite
Dangerous: 180 Synthite
Brutal: 225 Synthite
Champion (All difficulties): 300 Synthite
Be advised that this boost only increases the base Synthite rewards for completing Raids, which are viewable through the Raid Menu in the Command Center. All other Synthite gains will remain at their base values.

Behind-the-Scenes with Narrative Design
With each Sector Meet Your Maker’s world expands. We sat down with our Narrative Designer, Joe, to talk about the story behind our latest Sector, Dreadshore, and what players can expect from this damp dwelling.
Where do you begin when designing the story for a new game?
The narrative begins as the team decides on the next environment to be introduced. Once we know where the Sector will be situated, we begin to consider what stories might take place there. This is the fun part—imaginative exercises to consider what the end of the world would be like and what unusual circumstances may occur. Human beings are messy and we tend to act in peculiar ways when under pressure. That’s fertile ground for narrative.
Were there any specific inspirations behind Dreadshore?
Dreadshore is based on one of our favorite themes, which is science being taken to an extreme. There are so many examples of this in the science fiction horror genre, such as Frankenstein and The Island of Dr. Moreau to name a couple. It’s a very natural theme for Meet Your Maker, as humanity’s experiencing this potential apocalyptic event where only a miraculous scientific discovery could save them. This naturally leads to experiments that go far beyond the boundaries of our present-day ethics.
What are you most excited for players to discover in Dreadshore?
I’m excited for players to step into the Dreadshore sector for the first time and see the rain whipping against their helmet. It’s such a different mood from the sandy wasteland they’re currently accustomed to, and instead of desolation there’s this eeriness as the lighthouse beam cuts through the fog.

Patch Notes - 7/11/2023
Hey Custodians,
We have just released a hotfix which provides some bug fixes and stability improvements which should improve your overall gameplay experience. Please see the patch notes below for a full breakdown of today’s update:
RAIDING:
We have fixed an issue with the Grenade physics which resulted in a very long and floaty throw trajectory compared to usual.
Fixed an issue which caused Traps to be indestructible when placed on Bedrock with Pipes.
Fixed an issue which caused Traps to be indestructible when placed on the corner piece of Chain Link Blocks.
GUARD AUGMENTS:
We have re-added the missing Flamewalker Augment for the Warmonger. The removal of this Augment was unintentional.
Fixed an issue which caused the Dead Man’s Switch Augment to not always trigger at a distance.
STABILITY:
We have fixed multiple game title crashes.
UI:
We have fixed an issue in the UI which displayed guaranteed currency rewards for incomplete Raids.
RANKING:
We have fixed an issue which granted Ranking Points for an incomplete Raid.
BUILDING:
We have fixed an issue which caused the Tempest Cove items to not display in the Inventory on certain platforms.
