Mini Guns - Server Update Release Notes (July 30th)
Check out the latest round of balancing changes and adjustments coming in our next update!
Notice: Modifiers are extra values assigned to certain faction minis to either increase or decrease health, damage and/or ap cost in order to differentiate them from the other factions. This update brings many changes to these values which are listed in the faction-specific balancing sections. The usual balancing changes made to minis are listed in the mini-specific balancing section.
Overall Faction Balancing
These changes apply to all factions.
All infantry, heavy infantry and trucks have had their modifiers in both health and damage removed meaning all factions share the same baseline stats for these mini types and perform exactly the same.
For example, a Republic Soldier will have the same stats as a Dominion Infantry or Empire Rifleman of the same level. Republic minis' stats are used as the baseline, therefore you will see no change to the Republic faction overall. The usual mini balancing will still apply to the Republic faction.
Dominion-Specific Balancing
These changes apply only to the Dominion faction.
All Tanks (excluding Mini-Tank) have had their health and damage modifiers adjusted from +10% to +20%.
Mini-Tank: Damage and health modifiers removed
Intercopter: Damage modifier adjusted from -10% to -20%
Rocket Copter: Damage modifier adjusted from -10% to -20%
Bomb Balloon: Damage and health modifiers removed
Hunter: Damage and health modifiers removed
Doomsky: Damage and health modifiers adjusted from -10% to -20%
Empire-Specific Balancing
These changes apply only to the Empire faction.
All Helicopters have had their damage and health modifiers removed
S.A.M.: Damage and health modifiers removed
Environment Balancing
These changes apply to the environment/maps you play on.
Trees: Health increased from 1000 to 2500
Mini-Specific Balancing
These changes apply to the minis listed.
Mortar / Small Bertha: Range increased from 12-37m to 18-37m, spread increased from 50 to 60
Assault / Attack Trooper / Elite Rifleman: Fire time reduced from .15s to .1s
Heavy Machine Gun / Stationary Gunner / Tripod Gunner: Range increased from 22m to 26m
Combat Medic: AP cost increased by 1, health increased from 100 to 200
General / Commander: Health increased from 200 to 350, speed reduced from 18km/h to 10km/h, run speed increased from 18km/h to 36km/h, vision increased from 0 to 10, upkeep reduced from 4% to 0%, damage increased from 80 to 300, damage vs bases reduced from 75% to 25%, mini is no longer stationary and generates 1 AP every 5 seconds instead of every 12 seconds
Special Ops: Bomb range increased from 9m to 12m
Stinger / Missile Soldier: Missile speed increased, missile rotation speed increased, damage vs helicopters increased from 75% to 100%
Tank Lady: AP cost reduced by 1
Mecha-Soldier / Power Armor: Health increased from 900 to 1000, melee damage increased from 350 to 450, missile damage increased from 150 to 250
Tank Buster Truck / Cannon Truck / Ram Truck: Range increased from 18m to 21m, damage increased from 550 to 800, damage vs infantry and heavy infantry reduced from 50% to 25%
Hover Truck: Cannon range increased from 12m to 15m, cannon damage increased from 500 to 800, cannon radius increased from 15 to 20, cannon damage vs infantry and heavy infantry increased from 50% to 100%, cannon damage vs bases reduced from 75% to 25%, missile fire time increased from .6s to 1.5s, missile range increased from 18m to 25m, missile damage increased from 300 to 600, missile speed increased, missile rotation speed increased, missile damage vs helicopters increased from 75% to 100%, missiles now target planes, resistance against heavy infantry and helicopters increased from 0% to 25%
Mine Layer / Alligator Truck: Mine damage increased from 600 to 1000, mine damage vs bases reduced from 100% to 0%
Tank / Standard Tank / Lion Tank: Speed increased from 7km/h to 10km/h, run speed increased from 28km/h to 32km/h, aim time reduced from .5s to .3s, rotation speed increased from 85 to 95
Siege Tank / Artillery Tank / Giraffe Tank: Rotation speed reduced from 90 to 60, spread increased from 5-75 to 10-85
Sonic Tank / Soundwave Tank: Health increased from 1500 to 1800, attack cooldown increased from 0s to .5s, damage increased from 700 to 900, projectile size increased, no longer needs direct line-of-sight to attack, damage vs bases reduced from 75% to 50%
Command Tank: Clip size increased from 1 to 2, damage reduced from 350 to 300
Mammoth Tank: Artillery spread increased from 5-95 to 10-95
Missile Defense / S.A.M.: AP cost reduced by 1, fire time increased from 1s to 1.25s, missile speed increased, missile rotation speed increased
Attack Helicopter / Rocket Copter: Health increased from 600 to 800
Zeppelin: AP cost reduced by 1, missile damage increased from 220 to 300, upkeep reduced from 20% to 16%
Bomber / Pelican Plane: Removed maximum spawn distance
Warthog: Minigun damage reduced from 60 to 45, minigun firing angle reduced from 60 to 45, removed maximum spawn distance
Stealth Bomber / Doomsky: AP cost reduced by 1, health increased from 300 to 500

Player Level Cap Increased
The player level cap has been increased to 100! Level up by playing matches or completing story missions and earn Omega Shards as a bonus.
New Honor Perk Levels Added
We've added a bunch of new levels for existing Honor Perks to further enhance your alliance and gameplay experience.

Tank Buster Base/Anti-Vehicle Base/Anti-Vehicle Fort: Blast radius increased from 15 to 30
Photon Base/Laser Base: No longer targets infantry, has a slower rotation on laser, and now takes 2s to aim (up from 1s)
Soldier Base: Reverted spawn rate nerf, gunner damage increased from 50 to 70, range increased from 120 to 250

Trike/Sidecar/Siamese Bike: Health increased from 250 to 350, speed increased from 90 to 100, range increased from 150 to 170, now prioritizes tanks over trucks
APC/Kangaroo Truck: Now spawns 3 soldiers instead of 2, hp increased from 800 to 1000, gunner damage increased from 18 to 24, range increased from 150 to 170
Ambulance/Turtle Truck: Health increased from 800 to 1200
Hybrid Tank/Dual-Tech Tank/Fox Tank: No longer shoots at both air and ground simultaneously, AP cost reduced by 2
Missile Defense/SAM: Health increased from 600 to 1000, firing time increased from .3s to 1s, damage increased from 400 to 800, range decreased from 500 to 300, missile speed decreased from 420 to 350, now checks for line of sight properly
Shredder/Crocodile Tank: AP cost reduced by 1
Ace Tank: Changes from last update reverted
Dragon Tank: Reverted nerfs from last update, increased AP cost by 1
Mammoth Tank: Artillery cannon now only targets bases/bunkers, increased cooldown from 2.5s to 5s, lowered range from 200 to 150. Tank cannon aim time lowered from 1000 to 200, reload increased from 600 to 1500, damage increased from 450 to 800.
Bomb Balloon/Hovering Balloon: AP cost reduced by 1
Typhoon: Reduced AP cost by 1, lowered amount of bullet spray
Warthog: No longer a bomber! Machine gun buffed, now fires 4 missiles per pass at ground targets
Zeppelin: No longer a deployable! Now behaves like a Transport Helicopter, but with Elite Riflemen and a lot of missiles. Also reduced AP cost by 1.
Transport/Mini Tank Transporter: Health increased from 1000 to 2000, AP reduced from 9 to 8, now does 3 passes
Stealth Bomber/Doomsky: Speed decreased from 250 to 200
Other
2v2 Matchmaking now includes AI matches (just like 1v1) for quicker matchmaking during long wait times.
Players now start Sudden Death with 3 AP instead of 2 AP
Bunkers now provide a +3 AP (up from +2 AP) bonus per surviving bunker when going into Sudden Death
Added a normalize option to Friendly battles

Upgrade recipes have been completely eliminated from the game! This means that a single Mini will only require itself to upgrade to the next level. Hey everyone! Here are the changes for the upcoming update! We plan on releasing it tomorrow around 12PM Eastern. Along with this update we will be doing the season reset as it has been 4 weeks. We will also be interrupting the regular map rotation with a new one! Read below for full changes!
