The time has come to reveal the winner of our epic player-voted map competition! You all cast your nominations from a selection of 30 Mini Metro maps and after an astonishing amount of nominations were placed, it all came down to a competitive top four – London, New York City, Paris, and Hong Kong. Thousands of votes were counted and we now have a clear winner of the next map to come to Mini Motorways!

We’re thrilled to announce a massive Miniversary Update coming to both Mini Metro and Mini Motorways – featuring the winning map of New York City, and so much more!
This one-of-a-kind crossover update features an assortment of things to explore for players old and new. The Miniversary Update will feature three crossover maps coming to each game (that’s right, that’s a total of SIX new maps!), including, for the first time ever in Mini Motorways, TRAINS! Our three newest maps will add an additional piece to the Mini Motorways puzzle as you must plot your roads around their cities’ metro lines.

Introducing the Extra for Experts Update!
We’re excited to share an exciting bonus update! Introducing the Extra for Experts update, featuring brand new Daily Challenges that offer advanced difficulty for players who want to put their city planning skills to the test.
This update includes:
One Daily Challenge per week featuring Expert Mode as a challenge modifier.
Backend controls for the development team to create a smoother player experience for Daily and Weekly Challenges. This should result in much quicker fixes to challenges in the future.
An assortment of bug fixes and performance improvements.

Cast your vote on which Mini Metro map we should bring to Mini Motorways by selecting your top choice from 30 cities! Whether it’s your favourite city to explore or a map that constantly challenges you, we want to know which Mini Metro city you love the most. After the voting closes, we’ll share the top four contenders for a final round of voting.

This is a quick patch to address a couple of important issues: 1. We have fixed a bug that was causing crashes on some devices. 2. We have made some visual adjustments to the Busan map.

Greetings, city planners! Come along with us as we tour the newest addition to Mini Motorways: the iconic city of Busan.
Explore the vibrant port city where the Nakdong River meets the Port of Busan and see if you can keep traffic moving across bridges and the Korean Peninsula’s coastline! With over 3.5 million residents, this bustling metropolis needs your help to ensure its commuters get to where they need to go.
This update also features various performance improvements and bug fixes. We hope you enjoy your next trip around the world!
1.8.3 Patch notes
We're excited to share that we're working on improving the Daily and Weekly Challenges to create a smoother player experience!
This involves adjusting how we share and change Daily and Weekly Challenges so we can resolve any unplayable challenges much quicker in the future.
This update shouldn't affect the gameplay experience, so please reach out if anything in-game isn't working.
Update Notes for Nov 30 - 1.8.2 Update Patch
This update includes some tweaks to accessibility and text visibility, as well as a number of small bug fixes.
Desktop versions of the game can now use the 'tab' key as a shortcut to toggle between draw mode and delete mode if the "Draw Mode Toggle" option is enabled on the Game Options menu. This shortcut previously existed but was broken for a while and is now back for good!
We've fixed a bug that occurred if the input type was swapped during the transition animation on the weekly upgrade selection screen.
Also fixed an issue where some fonts didn't have both uppercase and lowercase characters. All fonts have both now.

If you’ve enjoyed all of the updates, new features, maps, game modes, and more since Mini Motorways was first released, we’d love your support! We’re so thrilled to have shared the Endless & Expert Update with you all and the responses we’ve seen have been nothing short of awesome. Update Notes for Nov 8 - Endless & Expert Update Patch
This patch includes some important fixes to address some issues that cropped up in the Endless & Expert Update:
We've fixed an issue where the new touch screen auto-zoom feature was defaulting to disabled on some devices. This has been adjusted to default to enabled. Unfortunately if you disabled it prior, you'll have to navigate to Options and disable it again. Our apologies!
We have fixed an issue that was preventing players from earning some Daily and Weekly Challenge achievements.
We've fixed a pathfinding issue with the road tile issues in Expert Mode. Some users noticed that cars weren't always taking what appeared to be the shortest path - this is all fixed!
