The New Gameplay Mode Has Arrived!
Hello, Contestants!
It's here! It's finally here! The all new, Regime-approved Story Mode has finally arrived! And to celebrate the occasion, Ministry of Broadcast is now 20% off!
Our latest update is now live on the store, and with this update, we're so proud to be able to offer an additional mode of play for anybody and everybody to try! When we first started development on Ministry of Broadcast, we set out to create a challenging game. But even with that goal, we knew we wanted as many people as possible to enjoy the game. That's why it was very important to us to work on a 'story mode' for the game, something a bit more relaxing and less stressful.
When you start the game, you'll be presented with the choice to play on "Normal" or "Easy". If you select Easy, your experience with the game will allow you to more readily focus on the narrative being woven around you. Level design and puzzles are all the same, but we've relaxed some of the most stringent aspects of the game so you can enjoy a stress-free experience. Kinda nice with the whole pandemic going on, yea?
And we would like to iterate to everybody that there is no shame in playing either mode! Pick what you're comfortable with and enjoy the game! Whichever route you select, you can still gather every collectible, see every line of dialogue, and earn every achievement (except one in Story Mode!).
On top of all that, you can also enjoy some of the additional improvements and bug fixes!
Added new idle animations to Orange since he gets bored just standing around on the snow and ice
Added some missing dialogue for the collectible shoes
Added Serbian language support
Minor bug fixes/improvements (Standing jump from edge a platform is easier, textbox color mismatches, footstep position on some animations, small design updates, etc).
Thank you all, and stay safe!
The Quarantine Patch!

We're paying very close attention to all of your feedback, so our patch notes are quite varied. And while you're enjoying all the fancy new improvements, we're going to start working on the next update... and it's safe to say it will be our biggest update yet!

Listen to the Music - OST Available Now!
Hello, Contestants!
We are proud to formally announce that the Regime-approved Soundtrack for Ministry of Broadcast is now available!
And if you've also been waiting to buy the game, now is the perfect time: the Bundle is available as well! You can get both the full game + OST at a 10% discount! That means you're supporting our development team and also the extremely talented composer Benjamin McCulloch.
The 21 track album features music from the most memorable sections of the game: waking up shoeless, still being shoeless but having to flee ionizing radiation, and feeling even more shoeless when you have to slide on your feet across icy puddles in front of a beautiful Alpine vista. Wow. It will take you right back and then some. But you, lucky contestant, may now enjoy listening to the Ministry of Broadcast soundtrack with your feet all snug in your finest bunny slippers.
We will have more news for you soon regarding some content updates, but in the meantime, listen to the music!
Music To Your Ears
Hello, Contestants!
Tired of listening to the boring sounds of the world around you? Ready to submit your ears to the glory of a good audio broadcast?
We're proud to present our Regime-approved OST, created by the immensely-talented Benjamin McCulloch and containing 21 unique tracks. The OST will be available on February 28 for only $5. You can set your favorite track on loop, or vibe to all 21 tracks as a symbolic representation of the 21 attempts it takes you to clear one of our stubborn puzzles, or enjoy it some other third way. Regardless, all proceeds from the OST go directly to Benjamin. Support artists and musicians!
In other news, a few additional announcements to make about some upcoming content!
We're happy to see so many players in Italy, so we're going to bring the game to you in Italian! We're aiming for the localization to be available around March 1, but stay tuned for specifics.
More general improvements/polish to various things throughout the game.
A new mode to enjoy the game!
We designed Ministry of Broadcast to be a difficult game, and the controls we implemented are exactly what we wanted to create. At the same time, we want to provide an experience that everybody can enjoy -- we believe video games should be as inclusive as possible, and should welcome all players regardless of preference, playstyle, skill level, etc. As such, this new mode will be similar to a "story mode" which reduces/eliminates some of the more challenging and frustrating elements. We do not yet have specifics on what this mode will include, but you will have the option to enjoy the game however you prefer!
