Fixed a bug related to how jiu jitsu submissions were being calculated.

Hi all,
Thanks to a user report, I was able to fix a crash bug with creating female fighters as well as editing them.
If you run into any issues, don't hesitate to let me know. With an accurate report of what happened / what screen an error occurs I can typically have a fix out very quickly.

Hi all,
I hope everyone that bought the game on sale or received a copy during the giveaway on Reddit is enjoying it.
This update addresses a lot of bugs, most of which were reported by TheZygoteTalentShow - big thanks to him for pointing them out to me!
Issues fixed
Fatigue not reducing properly for some fighters (improved formula used to calculate this)
Sometimes inaccurate judging from spectated fights
Fighter 1/2 has won message on spectated fights
Blank fight results on the event result screen (related to the above fix)
Certain mail not deleting when OK is pressed
Spar intensity crash when selecting hard or light
Crash if you had 0 fighters in your gym (related to new gym rankings)
Also just for awareness, any crash bug fixes are implemented as soon as they are reported and fixed which is always before these posts.
Gameplay changes
A while back the game used to be Wet Blanket simulator, fighters would shoot for takedowns far too often. However, I had changed the game to the point that they hardly ever shot and basically never would get submissions.
To address this, I scaled back those changes to allow more take downs and also reduced the difficulty on submissions.
Fighters will also be more likely to shoot for a takedown if they have higher jiu jitsu.
Minor UI improvements / message clarifications
There will also be new fighter portraits in a month or so - I know the current ones are pretty damn hideous ;)

Update 1.14
Hi all,
1.14 is hot off the press! This update was mainly to address some bugs with classes being infinite money - as you probably know, this is the opposite effect of what opening an MMA gym will do to you in real life.
Memberships are now properly limited by how big your gym is.
Gym rankings are also now in on the gym screen - this is calculated based on the ranks of the fighters in your gym. The higher the better, so take your gym to the top!

Hope you're doing well! 1.13 is fresh off the press - this update includes hotfixes from the previous week for some of the bugs.
I've been busy fixing up some of the nagging issues in the game, check out the change log below:

My priority going forward is more improvement on the UI / game itself and starting to work more on balance.

Sup fight fans?
It's been a minute since I released an update, I hope 2019 has been treating you well!
I've created the /r/mmasimulator subreddit where you can talk about the game, report bugs, make suggestions and catch some live events together!
There is now a development roadmap where you can keep up with what I'm working on.
Here are the changes in the new version:
New Features
In the recruit screen you can now click on column names to sort the values by ascending or descending order.
Multiple organizations in! Simulate up to three organizations running at the same time.
Picture path saving - in the options screen you can define a folder where your pictures are so you don't have to navigate to a specific folder every time you upload a custom image for a fighter.
When watching fights, they can now be paused.
Bug fixes
Organization names are randomized now.
Start event button can no longer be double clicked leading to crashes.
Event result bug that would have a blank box for both fighters (and every fight in that slot that happened after that) is now resolved.
Coach generation is now working as intended - a mistake in the SQL query was causing free agent coaches to not generate.
Events now will not have 3 or more fights in the same division.
A few screens have had their interface improved. I am going to continue improving the interface across the game.
Balance changes
You can no longer set the amount of starting fighters on new game or starting money.
Starting money has been reduced.
Coach salaries are now higher.
Regarding balance changes, I feel like the objective of the game (running your own gym) hasn't been fine tuned enough. Previously when you started a game you kind of had everything already and it lacked purpose.
The goal is to create a solid sense of progression when you're upgrading your gym's equipment, fighters and coaches. I am going to keep making changes similar to the above to enhance the experience.
You can still create as many fighters as you like or edit the database values if you want to.
I can confidently say this is the best version of MMA Simulator yet! It's been great to work on the game again and I look forward to where it is going.

Update 1.11
Hey everyone,
Viewing previous event results is now in! Simply mouse over the events button to show the previous events button.
The event listing screen has also been improved a bit with a new display:
In the event results screen, fighters can now be clicked on to go to their profile.
In the fight history screen (accessed from the fighter's profile), clicking on their opponent will now take you to their profile and clicking the event will take you to the results for the event.
This does a lot to improve navigation in the game and mimic clicking through MMA stat websites.

Update 1.10c Hotfix
Hey all,
Bug fixed with the incorrect fighter name in post fight victory messages under certain circumstances. It's now displaying your fighter now!
The next feature I am going to work on is event history (so you can see past event results of course) and some additional work on the interface.
