The sound of the bell attracts demons, who threaten to invade the village. Momo Reinol, Koho's most capable priestess, is sent to investigate the bell toll and protect the village, and most importantly, the sacred Lun Tree...
The game's lore-rich world is depicted in gorgeous pixel art and animation. Fight unique enemies with melee combos, well-timed dodges, and skillful archery. Use various "Sigils" hidden across the map to freely customize your play style. Defeat threatening bosses that stand in your way and save the village from destruction.
Momodora: Moonlit Farewell is the newest entry in the Momodora series of Metroidvanias that began in 2010, and will be coming to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation®5, and Xbox Series X|S on February 6.

Ver. 1.1f32 - Improved visual clarity for the "triple thrust" cue of the boss Accursed Autarch. - Improved contrast in certain UI graphics for controller buttons. - Alterations were made to the way the "spear trap" of the final area interacts with the player. The level design of those segments was adjusted accordingly. - Minor improvements to level design for backtracking upon obtaining the Spiral Shell. - Minor improvements to level design in the final area. - Fixed a minor visual glitch that could occur when receiving the Spiral Shell item. - Fixed a visual glitch that would occur sometimes when receiving the past notes from Neriol. - Fixed the damage values from one attack in the final battle. - Minor performance improvements.

New boss battle
An entirely new boss battle is now available to those who finished the main story. You can experience it by talking to Dora at Koho Village! Be ready for a challenge!
New Boss rush mode
After spending some time at the Last Layer, players will be able to meet a new character, a magi called Patata. Through her you will be able to challenge a new "Wanderlust" boss rush involving every boss encounter in one single sequence.
Revised dialogue and UI
A small revision was made to the story cutscenes near the end of Meikan Village.
Additionally, an entirely new dialogue scene has been added to further expand on Dora's story and thoughts. This new scene can be accessed at any moment at Meikan Village, even if you've already seen the credits.
The companions menu now displays a brief description of what each type does.
Expanded Fishing
A fishing menu has been added to the game to keep a record of the amount of times each fish has been caught. Since this is a new addition, it does not keep track of fishes caught previous to this update. (Sorry!)
New fishes have been added to the game. Rarer fishes have been regionalized, making them only available at specific fishing holes.
