QoL

Balance:

  • Eyedrops now gives a guaranteed crit
  • Eagle eyes now also gives focus
  • Flare no longer gives white orb. Hajidere already generates black orbs with smoke bomb at a later level.
  • Slightly increased the base damage of icicle
  • Slightly decreased the damage of slime punch
  • Slightly decreased the damage of tail slam
  • Mood Ring now generates a random orb when the holder swaps
  • Forest Friend is more likely to roll higher damage. Animals apply additional effects
  • Blade Dance now scales with focus stacks instead of dodge
  • Sobbing now generates a blue orb
  • Shallow bowl now splashes 20% instead of 10% damage dealt to other enemies
  • Yellow Overflow gives less frenzy
  • Gray Overflow given armor has been reduced from 25%max health +10% per moon to 15%max health+10% per moon
  • Enemy accuracy scaling has been reduced
  • Armor can now go above 99

QoL
Map screen will now flash the energy and health bar when losing health due to lack of energy
Added a “random” button for the seed generator
Adjusted the seed reader so that game updates won’t alter existing girls’ seeds.
Adjusted the seed reader so slimes have the same drop chance as other monster girls.

Balance
Increased medkit healing from 1% max health to 5% max health
Slightly reduced enemy strength and defense
Flash Step now deals damage
Coil now deals damage.
Increased Giant Killer damage scaling
Increased plague mask damage scaling
Increased first aid heal
Increased lamia constrictor damage scaling
Increased engorge damage scaling

Bugs
Fixed the issue where monster girls were disappearing from the dungeons.
Fixed a crash that occurred after battle where a monster girl fainted
Fixed a crash that occurred when an enemy targeted a fainted monster girl
Next week music will no longer play during the shrine tutorial
Fixed an animation error with flash step
Fixed an issue with cursor speed changing with fps while using a controller
Fixed a few animations playing the wrong sound or playing too quietly
Fainted Monster girls will no longer be able to do skill challenges
The duplicator will no longer always duplicate the same artifact
Fix being unable to click the first artifact in the shop if clicking the top half

QoL
You can now directly select the volume sliders in the options menu in addition to the arrows.
Added a font option in the options menu. Still needs optimization, but you can now swap between default and courier.


Balance
Mimics are now considered size 2 and get two actions per turn
Demons will no longer burn enemies if the enemy misses
Slime shield will no longer slow enemies if the enemy misses
Static armor will no longer hurt enemies if the enemy misses
Thorn rose now reflects 50% damage received back instead of 100%
Reduced Sudden Log drop rate
Green mushroom heal and energy recovery reduced
Ice pick crit damage reduced
Quick knife damage reduced
Last rites damage is capped at increasing the base damage by 10 per last rites stack.
Increased enemy strength
Increased base damage of enemy moves
Reduced enemy defense scaling to make fights a little faster
Dead Man switch drop rate reduced
Bosses will now always give 3 mile stone items instead of one.
Bosses appear on floor 15, 30, and 45, and 60 instead of 25,50, 75, and 100.
Campsite frequency in tier one have been reduced

Other
If skin color is coal black, eyelash color will now match the monster girl’s hair color
Added a steel and grayscale skin color to slimes
After looking into giving unsealed girls no energy, it became clear there isn’t a great way to do it without tearing apart the seal/unseal save systems. As this feature has minimum player impact, I will not be implementing it at this moment, if ever.

v0.24 Patch Notess

Bugs
Fixed some demons using the wrong skin palette. Some white skinned demons will now be ocean blue.
Resisted damage will now show half of the damage dealt.
Fixed slime colony not being immune to bleed
Fixed an exploit that allowed players to constantly refresh the shop inventory and look for specific artifacts. It now checks the current date and weather and uses that to generate the week’s inventory.
Fixed quit menu crash that occurs during the first summon
Fixed a crash caused by the trader event
Fixed larger enemies showing a big green sprite box behind them
Fixed an issue where if you only had 1 monster girl and swapped their position on the map it would think all your girls had fainted.
Fixed an fps issue when getting a massive amount of artifacts and opening the backpack
Fixed an issue with the flee battle button overlapping artifacts in battle

QoL
You no longer reset color palettes when swapping through clothing.
To open console commands, you now need to hold shift and press the correct key
Added a quit confirm to the campfire

Balance
Kuuderes now like stuffed toys
Rabbit's foot now only gives 2 focus instead of three when activated.
Green mushroom now heals 10% max health and 10 energy when activated.
Playing Cards will now give more focus, armor, and frenzy
Increased Base strength of a few enemies. This will be more noticeable in floors 0-10.
Mimics are now immune to bleed and resist slicing attacks.
Golils and Golems are now immune to bleed and poison.
Orbs slots have been reduced to 4
Adjusted certain artifact drop rates inside the dungeon

Other
Elves, Bees, and Slimes now have more color variations. You may see color changes in your current girls if they are these species.
Seed generation has been changed to something with a bit more variety but less control. Let me know if you like this better or worse! Your current monster girls should be unaffected, but bugs happen.

Fixed an issue where floor fall events on floor 1 can move you to floor 26
Fixed a typo in the deredere dialogue tree
Bandits no longer use retreat when no ally is behind them

QoL Changes
Added a tutorial that explains leaving the dungeon when you visit a campsite
Added a flee battle option. You will lose a little bit of energy when using it. If you flee from a boss fight, the dungeon will end with a partial loss.
Added a leave option on the map
Added an exit icon on the take home chest


Balance Changes
Poison is no longer removed during travel, but it no longer deals damage while traveling.
Increased base take-home chest size to 5
Pollen focus gain has been reduced to 2.
Increased energy recovered from absorb spring and fuel tank
Increased strength scaling of enemies
Increased well energy recovery
Increased Camp energy recovery
Reduced number of burn stacks inflicted by demon’s ability to 2.
Increased bleed given by the spike trap
Increased poison given by the dart and gas traps
Increased burn given by fire traps
Focus stacks now have diminishing returns.
Blind stacks now have diminishing returns
Slow stacks now have diminishing returns
The minimum chance to hit is now clamped at 25%. This limit is reached around 25 blind stacks and 35 focus stacks.
Frenzy now gives 25% bonus damage instead of 10%
Thorn Rose now returns 100% damage x number of carried roses instead of only 10% x number of roses
The artifacts that girls bring into the dungeon are not consumed.

Patch 0.21

Bug Fixes:
If an entire team faints outside of battle, the dungeon will now end
Entering a battle with a fainted monster girl will no longer spawn her briefly.
Fixed a crash when trying to swap to an empty battle slot
Fixed a case where monster girls would jitter when arriving at a station.
Fixed an issue where players with high fps would see certain attack animations incorrectly.
The steam icon in the main menu now leads to the steam bug report community page.

QoL changes:
You can now click the outfit weather icons
You can now copy paste outfits
You can now click battle slot icons in the check stats menu
Increased the size of the motivation and energy bars when hovering a monster girl.
Added a loading screen when starting the game

Balance Changes:
Poison will now deplete over time while travelling
Energy drain while travelling has been reduced.
You now gain a little trust from neutral reactions to gifts.
You will always get trust from talking to monster girls now
You gain more trust from positive reactions to gifts, and lose more trust from negative reactions.
