#Update 24

--- Act 3 boss 1 finished, this is an odd one, as it will vary wildly in difficulity based on who was spared, and who was killed.

--- Black fire crash should be fixed, still not certain how it is caused, but countermeasures were added.

--- Getting stuck on corners when using the 7th relic and going over pits should be fixed now.

--- New act 3 teleport point added, only 1 more to go in this regard.

--- A few new sound effects, including one for using the teleport menu.

--- Living wall vanish bug fixed.

--- Missing save crystal on map in act 2 fixed.

--- Pitfall exploit in basement 1 fixed.

--- Act 2 gates vanishing before using the appropriate acitvator is now fixed.

--- All levers now react to manual use as well as ranged. Melee will not react due to possible exploitation.

--- Glitch cubes added all across the game in appropritate places.

--- Act 1 unrecheable level up now fixed.

--- 8th Relic use buffed massively, as well as more lore appropriate.

--- More work to avoid "gore" layer from acting up and vanishing.

--- Focus activation moved to Kick+Attack from Feint+Attack for much less likely accidental activation.

--- Act 3 ally mechanic implemented, will be available when the first Act 3 boss goes live.

--- Act 3 relic 9 route changed, ensuring more obvious teaching of its use.

--- Relic 9 cost severeyl reduced due to higher frequency of mandatory use.

--- Act 3 core area details finished.

#Update 22

--- Curse vision only "animals" placed all over the 3 acts. Mainly the first two, obviously...

--- More "eyes" placed in fitting areas.

--- New chest variant for act 3 added, and placed.

--- Resqued soliders will not help out in a crutial fight, the rate at which they help is directly related to how many were saved.

--- Mage type enemy for act 1 buffed by recieving a new move which doubles as indicator, and new offensive power.

--- Dedicated max HP level up scroll added and placed. This is due to hp being the hardest to level, especially if you are good at managing your guard. Chests will also have a low chance to drop them!

--- 2 new areas opened in Act 3.

--- Final core relic is added and can be collected. Its not fully fucntional as this relic has the most extensive use by far.

--- Seals can now be activated.

--- Glitch chests added and placed.

A lot today.

--- 50 more gold loot spots added, spread out over act 2 and act 3.

--- Act 3 [redacted] Gate added, accurate to lore.

--- Act 3 [redacted] exit on the other end added, so you dont have to retrace your steps all the way through it...

--- Boss glyphs placement changed for a more obvious presence, as well as effect for their destruction added.

--- Act 3 [redacted] area is now finished.

--- Act 3 [deleted] area enviromental effect added.

--- Act 3 [deleted[ area music volume increased to match the others, it was so silent you could be mistaken to think it had no music...

--- New "animals" added to Act 3, more to come.

--- New vehicle added to Act 3, it does respawn after save/load/death.

--- Scarf relic now actually shows up on Gray... I totally forgot to add it.

--- Shop has a new item, a vehicle. you cna rebuy it over and over, but it will still break, and vanish on save/load, so be warned. I may change this behaviour but there are issues with saving it.

--- NPC dialogue goes up to the very end of the game now, you can reach up to the one before last atm, as the last seal is not added yet.

--- Shake vfx fixed. It was totally broken for the longest of time, I genuinely forgot it was even a thing.



Only a little bit left, I think I will be done in a week! Release date is still planned for the 4th of March, exactly 2 weeks from now.

--- Mantas added to act 2, they are cute.

--- Big boy added to act 3, he is even cuter.

--- Majin now die instantly when using the currect relic.

--- Fixed the "free store" bug, I literally forgot to add the line that takes the player's money.

--- Rock boys added to act 2, they are adoreable.

--- Astro added to act 2, they are also very cute.

--- Surface vanishing issue further adressed, clearing a potential crash, now fixed.

--- A certain act 2 relic not loading properly, now fixed, was a typo...

--- Out of memory room in act 2 recreated while I figure out what could be causing it as its only that room...

--- Gold drop rates massively altered for both dropped bags, and amount jumping out of corpses. Additionally act 2 will alter the amoung of gold globally per bag.

--- 100+ more examine text boxes added, to act 2 and 3.

--- Act 3 area visual effect added.

--- Act 3 area room linking further improved.

--- Act 2 final boss is now finished, including scenes prior, and after, world state setting, and access to Act 3 is now open, altough not much to find yet.
I am in DESPERATE need of feedback regarding act 2!

---Boss stagger rules changed! Bosses now only stagger 33% of the time when recieving a hp hit, this WILL increase overall difficulity.

---Act 3 music is added for all areas.

---Bug with vehicles enabling infinite pet generation is now fixed...

---Cameo appearance for musician added.

---Further hints added to Act 1 end boss fight.

#Update 17

--- Act 2 boss 3 added, roughly final.

--- Act 2 boss 3 spare conditions added, will spawn new enemeis in an older area where its applicable if executed, not spared.

--- Gate for Act 2 ending is added, and locked for now, will open as soon as the act end boss is finished.

--- Act 3 areas modified in preparation for their opening.

--- Bug related to very rare case of picking up gold while it stops existing should be now fixed, I could never reproduce it but implemented sufficient checking to ensure it wont crash.

--- I am aware the examine and story text for the later sections is full of typos and grammar errors, will adress ALL of them once al text is added in and finished.




Developement shall now speed up untill the planned release date of March 4.
Not going to lie I was distracted by anxiety and playing games... I apologize.

--- 50 bags of Gold loot spots added, they should save and load properly.

--- Tutorial guide images added, they should help and lighten up the menu a bit.

--- 3 more shop items added.

--- 18 level up scroll loot locations added.

--- "The Seals" added. They work, save and load properly but you won't be able to use them yet as you need and act 3 item to do so.

--- Many walls had their base rubbed off to help them blend in better at the base.
