You can now place houses without a slot (free-placement).
You can now upgrade your house size by adding modules to it.
You can now place decorations in your house, these can be picked up by holding down R while targeting them.
You can now change the look of the outside of you house by adding different types of walls to it.
There is no longer a limit on how many doors your house can have.
You can now upgrade each module on the inside of your house to change the look,add windows,doors or stairs.
House doors are now animated when used.
You can now hold R to lock/unlock doors if you have the key in your inventory.
There is no longer a limit on the amount of chests in a modular house can hold instead there's a cap on how many items it can hold (1000)
Building houses now uses a similar system to TS, you add wood,metal,stone.
Modular buildings that aren't built still cost upkeep.
All characters on the same account are considered co-owners of modular buildings
To open the settings for a house hold R without being in combat mode.
To add materials to a house that is being built hold R while in combat mode.
Houses now blow up in a more spectacular way by using fracture meshes.
Destroyed houses will now show up as burning rumble making them easier to spot.
All houses now have a item limit of 1000 items. This pool is shared by all chests.
Chests now have 3 levels of security: Friend,Owners,Public use them to limit who gets access to what's in your house.
When a modular building is sieged to destruction a timer will start. After 48 hours the building is completely destroyed and will be removed.
During the first 24h owners of the building can get things back from the burning rumble.
After 24h anyone can pillage it. Time left is shown as the buildings health.
Rain and snow should no longer spawn inside houses.
The new houses can pay for 30 days of upkeep.
All unbuilt old house spots have been removed.
Any items that where in a bank of a house that have been removed will be moved to a special item keeper NPC found in every NPC city.
You can no longer use old house deeds to place a house.
You can not own an old house and a new house.
You can no longer be struck by lightning while inside a player house or a modular house.
Moved rain walls closer to the player to make rain feel more impactful.
Being inside modular buildings now changes the weather sounds.
Logging out inside your modular building takes 10 sec
Certain decorations in houses can now give special effects.
Modular buildings now support cross-node.
Old house deeds can be sold back to the house vendors for the normal buying price.
"Old House" owners can petition to get their old placed houses reimbursed for gold, but will be responsible them selfs for placing the new house and upgrading the guild stone to cover any TC they might have. (Any Guild stone deeds will also be reimbursed)
Black Tower owners can chose to get their Towers reimbursed for Gold or their value in cuprite. The gold value is equal to the old normal house deeds.

Plant seeds and pollen can now be gathered and used for planting and cross pollination.

Cotton are now a pickable found in the world and are removed from the Leather vendor.

TS decay timer increased from 3 days to 7 days.
Improved memory usage this should help with loading times and general stutter when moving from one zone to another.

Fixed some parts of the Sator dungeon that didn't have the correct collision.
Fixed a large area in the south east map of Myrland where players could appear to be flying in third person view when riding close to trees.
Fixed some bushes in Tindrem grave yard that players could appear on top of when running into them.
Fixed torches and lights in some cities that were not emitting light correctly.
