The War server is experiencing technical issues and not available at the moment, we are currently investigating the problem.

Weekend Events: Ships permits, Martinique and Diana, October 6th-9th
Three loot events will run from daily maintenance on October 6th until daily maintenance on October 9th:
Martinique Event
- Martinique 5 modules are available in the Admiralty, they can be exchanged for Broad Pennants that occasionally drop from 5th rates and higher
- Broad pennant will drop from military NPC ships
Diana Event
Captains have to find rare ships like Diana, Santa Cecilia and Admiraal de Ruyter in the search areas provided below. These ships may carry a very rare ship notes and special loot coins, rare wood and rare guns:
- Gold Ducat
- Gold Rouble
- Gold Sultani
- Gold Thaler
- Strange Gold Bar
- Rare wood
- Rare guns
Coins might be exchanged in the Academy building to receive:
- Additional outpost permit
- Additional dock permit
- Diana permit
- Admiraal de Ruyter permit
If you already have the Navy Connection using the item will add even more outposts or docks (up to a total limit).
Search locations
- South Antilles - triangle of Aves, La Blanquilla and Saint George ports
- Northeast of Tumbado - area between Cuba and Tumbado
- South of Hispaniola
In case of capture of certain ports in the area, the nation of ships will change.
Drop chance for ships permits will be doubled until daily maintenance on October 9th

Surprise from Malabar: Special Loot Event, September 29th - October 2nd
Captains
Human leg has 62 bones. Despite this fact, breaking only a couple by cannonball is enough to require complete amputation of the leg. This is the fastest cheapest and most effective treatment as most surgeons concurred, especially the forgotten Dr John the Cutman from Nassau. It was this John who first noticed the strange fleets of frigates in the Bahamas. Now you might be able to see them too.

Minor Update: Fires and Slight woods improvements
Captains
Small update have been deployed today.
Woods
We have re balanced woods slightly providing improvements to current balance. Changes
- Thickness improved for all teaks
- Small buff to planking HP for oaks
- Reduction of speed penalty for all wood types
- Minor structure buffs for heavy frame woods (live oak etc)
- Other minor tweaks
Fires
Fire could spread under fire when your ship was hit by cannonballs. Because fire was spreading with every shot it was easier to explode ships of the line compared to light ships. We have adjusted spread of fire when getting shot at to solve this problem.
Please provide feedback on updated woods and fire in discord or steam forums.
