Drone Targeting System and updates to drone AI

🎯 [Weapon] An auxiliary weapon called "Targeting System" has been added to the loot table. When fired, it makes all active summons target a given position. In addition, it creates a huge speed boost area of effect.
🎯 [Misc] Summons that escort/follow the player no longer collide with the player if they are actively chasing a target.
🎯 [Misc] Summons now weighs significantly less. This is especially evident for heavy summons such as Frigates and Cruisers.

🎯 [Continuum Transmuter] The Dye Fragment has been added. It allows repainting a ship in a given color. Custom colors can be created by mixing dyes.
🎯 [Misc] Passive drones (e.g., Cloner T-1 drones) can now drop in variants that make them fixed at the front or back of the ship.
🎯 [Balancing] Tiny fighters (smaller than 50 meters in diameter) now has reduced hull similar to how larger ships have increased hull.

🎯 [Skill] The Xinthu skill "Turbo Drones" [2:3] has been added. This skill increases the speed of all drones with up to 300%.
🎯 [Misc] Passive drones (e.g., Cloner T-1 drones) can now drop in a variant that stick to the side of the ship instead of circling it.
🎯 [UI] The item tooltip has been updated to describe if passive drones circle the ship or stick to its sides.
🎯 [Balancing] The Stationary Engine Effectiveness Multiplier has been revised to be twice as potent, last longer (30 seconds), give a 4x larger area of effect, and have lower cooldown (1 second).

World UI scaling options, new sound effects, and a new Cloner T-2 drone

🎯 [UI] It is now possible to set how hull bars, cooldown bars and item names should scale along with camera zoom. These options are presented in the general options section in the main menu.
🎯 [Item] A new Auxiliary Drone Summoner Item called "Cloner T-2 Generator" has been added. This item summons a Cloner T-2 drone that is larger and stronger that the Cloner T-1 variant.
🎯 [Act 1] The third boss station has been enlarged by 50%. This should make it reasonable to traverse also with (small) frigates.
🎯 [SFX] A new sound effect has been added for when activating "scanning"-type sensors.
🎯 [SFX] The AI dialogue sound effect has been revised.
