How are you all doing? We hope your camps are getting through the cold winter. Nothing like some hard training and a few laps in the obstacle course to warm up! An efficient, well-oiled training facility should be the goal of every camp leader, and speaking of goals...
We have a new update ready for you: Commander goals!
What does it take to be a great commander? Get the update and find out! Follow the tasks given to you by HQ and complete challenges to improve your economy and earn more funds to help you in the fight against Dragan.
In other news, we are excited to share with you our new game: Citadelum. Build a city worthy of Rome and its gods, starting from nothing. Explore the map, trade exotic resources and lead your legions to victory in combat. Honor the gods or suffer their wrath!
We are thrilled about Citadelum and we can’t wait to share more, but there’s still plenty of new content coming to One Military Camp during this year, so stay tuned :)
Citadelum announced!
Ave, citizens!
We are pleased to announce CItadelum, our brand new city builder set in the legendary Ancient Rome, with a mythical twist.
Enjoy our first trailer:
What can you expect from Citadelum?
Build a city worthy of Rome and its gods, starting from nothing. Look for fertile land, gather resources and create production chains to make all kinds of goods, from bread to wine and equipment for your legions. You’ll have to fulfill the needs of the citizens to see the city prosper from meager shacks to beautiful villas.
Ensure the access to water by building aqueducts and wells. It will keep your citizens healthy, your crops more productive and also help stop the spread of fires.
Happiness is important to attract new inhabitants to your settlement. Decorate the city to increase desirability, hold gladiator fights in the coliseum and provide enough entertainment to keep people from getting restless. Panem et circenses!
Crime can be a problem if your citizens are unhappy, but also bandits and barbarians can use the cover of night to create chaos and plunder your resources. Build defenses and train guards to keep your city safe.
Send exploratores to discover the world map. Find new cities to trade exotic resources and scale up your economy. Unearth ancient relics straight from classical Roman myths to please the Gods or gain powerful bonuses.
Barbarian hordes roaming these lands will threaten your advance. Train mighty legions and fight them in autobattle combat, to expand the reach of your city and the glory of Rome.
Honor the gods by building temples and making offerings. Keep them happy and they’ll give you many blessings to make your city prosper, but anger them and suffer their wrath in the form of powerful calamities.
The gods won’t be constantly wandering around the streets, but they’ll come down to earth to deliver their gifts (or punishments) in spectacular fashion, filling the hearts of your mortal citizens with awe... or fear.
If you are wondering what you can do to help, please wishlist and tell your friends. It really makes a difference and helps us gain visibility on Steam.
Also, don’t hesitate to join our Discord server to share your feedback and your love for ancient city builders :)
We are very excited about this new adventure and we can’t wait to share more with you very soon!

Update v1.0.1.13 (Spooky)
Spooky greetings, cadets!
Today the air in One Military Camp smells... funny. It must be because we’ve added new decorations to celebrate Halloween season with your fellow recruits!
Nothing like a good scare to put those lazy rookies into shape. Let’s fill your camp with supernatural decorations and the terrifying face of Pumpkin-Hawkins! 🎃
New Halloween decorations:
Mausoleum: like a park, with a nice ominous atmosphere.
Haunted tree: bark at the moon
Pumpkin Hawkin: a creepy homage to your favorite sergeant
Scarecrow: a scarecrow with disturbing human eyes. Not effective against drones
Cemetery fence: so scary!
Update v1.0.1.12 (Global)
Good morning, recruits!
We continue to move forward along our post-release roadmap, and today we are bringing a long requested feature: Multiplayer mode!
Let’s see all the changes and improvements introduced with this new update:
Improvements in Battle Mode (Sandbox):
Added a minimap to make it easier to keep track, in real time, of all the changes taking place on the battle map without leaving the camp.
Battles between squads are no longer resolved instantly. Squads will now automatically attack enemy troops in adjacent territories, dealing and receiving damage until one of them loses all its battleforce and is defeated. This will allow you to strategize in the middle of a fight, retreat in the face of certain defeat, reinforce to take the upper hand, or bring back injured soldiers before it's too late.
Enemy AI has been improved to be more challenging and human-like.
We’ve improved the way the terrain bonuses are displayed for each soldier class. Bringing the right troops into a battle can be the key to victory.
Multiplayer Mode:
It’s time to show the world that you are the best Sergeant in One Military Camp. In this new game mode, you’ll be able to join or create public matches to face other players, or create private matches against your friends.
Each player will manage their own camp and deploy squads of trained soldiers in order to conquer the territories surrounding the opponent’s base.
Multiplayer Mode is similar to Battle Mode, but has the following added features:
Sending attacks: use your research points wisely and you’ll be able to unlock the ability to send attacks to the other player’s camp, such as spies, drones, propaganda drones… A great way to slow down your opponent’s progress!
We’ve included a voice chat so that you can communicate with your enemy. But don’t forget to be respectful!
The main menu now includes a Leaderboard featuring the players with most wins in multiplayer mode. Who knows, maybe we’ll organize a tournament with the best players in the world ;)
Special mentions:
Once more, we’d like to thank our communities on Discord and Steam. Special shout-out to GoddGaming on Discord for being brave enough to dare to compete in multiplayer mode against people in our dev team.

Update v1.0.0.6 (Inflation)
Ten-hut recruits! We’ve received your feedback about the economy and we’ve been working to bring you a solution.
That’s why in today’s update we bring you a new revision of the economy. We want to make the economy management interesting, but now the recurring income will allow you to take your progress with the missions more calmly, to provide a rhythm adapted to your strategy and management style.
Improvements
We have updated the values for income and expenses to achieve a more adaptive balance.
We’ve removed the limit to sell stock to providers. Now, if you have a self-sufficient resource production, you’ll be able to sell all your surplus generating more income than before.
We’ve increased the speed of the simulation for the x3 Speed Mode so you can speed up the moments of downtime,
Added a new bankruptcy window, allowing you a last chance to apply for a maximum of 2 loans with the banks you’ve unlocked in the map, before giving up the game.
Bugfixes
Fixed a bug that didn’t update the range of the watchtowers when upgrading them to a higher level.
Fixed a bug where the game would reset the progress in all missions if the player went bankrupt with missions in progress.
Campaign: Missions in progress now have a tooltip displaying the complete message log, in case of having received messages from the front.
Fixed a bug where Charlie’s missions incorrectly displayed the “ANY” class icon in the tooltip.
Changed mission 2 of the campaign to ask for an Explosives Engineer instead of a Spy.
Fixed a localization error in the tooltip about why a soldier can’t be specialized to a lower tier class.
Coming soon
And now, more important announcements! As you can see, we are still working on One Military Camp, but we are not just fixing bugs... Today we also present you a new roadmap with some of the content that we are working on for the coming months.
We can’t give you exact dates yet, but if you want to know more, you can stop by our Discord server and ask us ;)
Original Soundtrack available now
We would also like to announce that One Military Camp’s soundtrack is now available on Steam. It includes the 15 tracks present in the game, composed by Sergio de Prado and are available both in MP3 and FLAC.

Update v1.0.0.0 (Release)
Attention recruits, today is the day!
We’ve just published One Military Camp version 1.0, which means that our Early Access journey ends here and a new and exciting journey begins! You’ll know more details in the coming weeks. Thank you all for trusting our team at Abylight Barcelona, giving us feedback and suggestions during all these months.
Thank you for your positive reviews and your participation in our Discord community and Steam forums. And of course, thank you for enjoying One Military Camp! Our goal is that you can continue to enjoy it for a long time.
Here’s what’s new in 1.0:
New Biomes
Two more biomes to set up your military camp in Sandbox Mode: Sandy Desert and Jungle.
Social Integration
Twitch: If you are thinking of streaming One Military Camp in your Twitch channel, now you’ll find Twitch integration options in the Settings menu. Activate it with your Twitch account and you’ll be able to launch real-time polls with your chat and let your viewers decide whether your camp will receive positive or negative events (be prepared to see them vote for the negative outcomes!)
Leaderboards: We’ve added 4 Leaderboards for Sandbox mode players, where you’ll be able to see the following world rankings:
Games won in Battle mode
Squads defeated in Battle mode
Games won in Reconquest mode
Missions completed in Reconquest mode
Accessibility
From the beginning of One Military Camp’s development, we’ve been adding quality of life options to improve the players experience: Keyboard mapping, UI and text size, etc.
This new version will also include:
Filter to improve visual contrast for different variants of color blindness.
Filter to disable sounds that may be uncomfortable for people with misophonia.
Leveling
We’ve fine-tuned the difficulty, economy and other game parameters to make the campaign challenging but accessible to a wide variety of players.
These leveling adjustments are in addition to the new economy options that we’ve been adding in previous updates (self-sufficiency, selling of resources, paid entertainment, town taxes…).
Visual Effects
We’ve added new particles and VFX to our buildings and character animations. More explosions!
Sim Fest Participation
We’d like to announce that from July 20 to 24 we’ll be participating in Sim Fest! 🎉
We are excited to continue working on One Military Camp with more updates, tweaks and fixes. There’ll be more new content in the coming months, so stay tuned! In the meantime, if you are enjoying the game and still haven’t left us a positive review, we would really appreciate it if you could take five minutes of your time to do so. It really helps us to keep the game alive and to reach more players.
Finally, we’d like to announce that the game will have a 30% discount during the next 7 days!
“A One Military Camp story” - #8 By David Martinez
No victory is complete, peace does not last forever, and sometimes, what you think may be the end, is just the beginning. These were the last things I learned from my time as a recruit in One Military Camp. We started training as a group of individuals, but we left as a family.
Not only that. That bus was full of inexperienced young men and women when we arrived at camp, but now, we were specialists. It didn't matter if you chose diving, explosives, artillery or intelligence, we were cogs in a machinery of defense. And we would be forever. Trust me, you don't forget easily what you've learned with so much effort; once a One Military Camp recruit, always a One Military Camp recruit. And I can remember the names, the proud faces and the determination of each of my comrades.
You know that I, Sergeant Hawkins, became an instructor, and passed on everything I had learned from Campbell and the rest of the team to many promotions. Each one better than the last. It was exactly the thing I was born to do. And then, one day, we heard about Dragan. There is a small difference between a maniac and a leader. It just depends on how you trust him. And I grant him this; he knew how to motivate and lead his army. Before we were able to react, Dragan's troops advanced from the North, taking prisoners and setting camps all around. Villagers started to work for him, and forgot we were the good guys. It was "blitzkrieg" at its best, there were no battles, no defense... we lost by land, air and sea before realizing we were being invaded. A complete disaster (not the word we chose in the first place).
That's why I am here. That's why I'm telling you my story. We are back at square one, and time forgotten One Military Camp is our last chance to stand up against tyranny and fight back. I may be too old for this, but I still have the will. I just need some new blood to join me in this last cavalry charge. Someone ready to learn the basics on camp management, to choose the best recruits and to get the best out of them. We need an army and we need a leader.
