Friday News! We need French, Italian and Spanish speaking volunteers!
The last couple weeks we have reworked menus to support other languages (among other things)
But we are looking for volunteers that can translate to ːsteamhappyː
*German (already found)
* French
* Italian
* Spanish
An auto translation will have done most of the work, but some tweaks are needed by people in the dirt industry that talk about both English and the target language,

The new menus will also come with imperial units and settings for each
This week there was another Beta update, Fixing a lot of the conveyor item loss and balancing the Dozers so it doesn't dive as easy as before, and flipped so the compass is correct

How to join the beta
1. Right-click on "Out of Ore" in your Steam library and select Properties.
2. In the Properties menu, click on Betas from the left sidebar.
3. Select "beta - Latest beta for players" from the dropdown list.
4. The beta should begin downloading automatically.

Friday News! Beta update!
This Friday comes with a new beta update/hotfix addressing memory leak issues and "Quality of life" things
This beta update also comes with a partly new hud, and a frequently asked for compass at the top,
We are considering having multiple modes of the hud, one that has no background (new) and one that has the black half transparent background (old) on all hud elements, let us know any toughts on this in the comments
This update also comes with a few updates for blade machines to stop them from carving material with the blade in the air,
We have also fixed a lot of the quest issues that have been reported, and the asphalt issues on the old maps and the texture loss on the arctic map

New Update/Hotfix out!ːsteamhappyː
Turns out we managed to get another update out in 2024! It's just a hotfix update but contains some important fixes. However, we don't really have any news to share since most of the team has been on holiday leave.
The Hopper losing tons of material and the memory leak issue should be fixed. These fixes have been in beta for a couple of days to ensure they didn't come with any surprises.
The Pause menu for controllers is now moved to the right special button on the controller to avoid the conflict with the P-brake. If you still have the P-brake conflict after the update, you might have to reset the controls to get rid of the conflict.

New Update out!ːsteamhappyː
The final update of 2024! Massive thanks to everyone supporting us and Out of ore during the year!
Next year will be a year of even bigger improvments and progress for the game! ːsteamhappyː
Now its time to push 0.27 to everyone! The paver is still missing the ability to set asphalt thickness but this update contains alot of crash fixes, improvments and finaly the feature where hoppers clear themselfs,
With the paver you can lay down asphalt that was made in the new asphalt plant, the plant looks a bit diffrent since it is from the next generation of conveyors but works just like all other conveyors
Hoppers now also clear themselfs when dirt is dumped into them aswell as they can now consume inventory items and put that back into conveyor lines, perfect for feeding gravel to the asphalt plant

Friday News! Beta update!
This week the 0.27 update goes live on the BETA branch! The patch went live a couple days ago but today we have a few improvments and fixes coming to it,
In general this patch comes with everything needed for paving roads and making asphalt, some conveyor improvments that has been requested and other multiplayer fixes,
You can now also use the hopper to consume any inventory item aswell, this way you can feed dirt collected in storage to the asphalt plant or any other conveyors to make it easier to stockpile items,

Friday News!
This week the 0.27 update have finaly entered internal testing! so now the beta is very close to being released so you can start paving!
The paver took alot more time than expected since we didnt have anything close to it ingame and had to add new controls and most other features to get it working,
there are a few limitations still (cant fold the hopper with Asphalt in it and the tilting the Screeds doesnt do anything) but in general it feels like a great addition to the game,
The 2 vehicles also come with the new plant that makes the asphalt from gravel, it is the first production unit of the next generation open style conveyors
