This update is mainly focused on adding support for bHaptics devices (TactSuit, Tactosy and TactVisor) for increased immersion while playing in VR.
Additionally we've added an additional mode to the Arena called 'Swarm' which lets you use a range of unbreakable weapons fight forever against never-ending human and zombie enemies. It's a great way to practise, exercise or just relieve the stress of the day.
VR Version 1.1.0
Added Swarm mode for the Arena
Added support for the bHaptics TactSuit, Tactosy and TactVisor

Version 1.0.8 is a minor update to fix lit text rendering in Workshop levels in VR. Additionally the update from yesterday, version 1.0.7 fixed an issue where non-VR saves from the Steam Cloud could be read by PTTR VR and potentially cause a loss of Beneath progress.
VR Version 1.0.8
Fixed lit text rendering issues in Workshop levels
VR Version 1.0.7
Fixed Beneath saves potentially getting corrupted or erased by playing non-VR PTTR
VR Version 1.0.6 Changelist
This is a minor update to fix a crash that has been affecting some users after Beneath save files become corrupted, particularly if they were in the Steam cloud.
Additionally an extra option for the 'Turn Mode' setting allows you to disable turning with the right stick entirely. This is mainly to help those with controllers that have stick drift. We will soon be adding dead zone options to give additional ways to deal with faulty controllers.

Fixed crash caused by corrupted Beneath save files
Fixed save file process potentially uploading bad cloud saves
VR Version 1.0.4 - First Head Shake Hotfix Attempt
This is our first hotfix to attempt to improve the head shake/judder that players have been experiencing in the launch build.
If you had this shaking issue, please let us know if it is improved in this new update by commenting on this post or on the Steam forum.
Be sure to check that it says 1.0.4 on the South East Games logo screen to be sure you're on the new build before testing.
Whether this improves things or not, we will be continuing to investigate the issue over the coming days and will continute updating the build with any potential improvements as necessary.

NOTE
To maintain a fun, fair, and competitive environment, previous winners from the intermediate/ novice categories will be required to compete in one tier higher than before (e.g. Novice winners will now compete in intermediate). Should this person not win the following MMC, they can rejoin all categories during the next event.
We see this as an opportunity to ensure a fair and competitive space for all participants of our MMCs, allowing players to compete with those within their skill level.
Advanced Tier winners will keep participating in the Advanced category, but if they don’t win this time, they will be free to submit in lower categories in the next MMC.
Contest Details
3 Tiers Format
There will be 3 winners, with tiers broken down into Advanced, Intermediate and Novice.
The tier in which you participate is entirely up to you; every category is open, but note that you can post only 1 map in total, so think carefully before deciding.
Submission System
Submissions are limited to one map, so choose which tier you enter wisely.
You can submit your level as a collaboration, but be sure to arrange the prize management autonomously.
Submission Rules
Any cheating (stealing prefabs, trying to post multiple levels, etc.) will disqualify your level.
Be sure to follow the Steam Workshop Guidelines: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4045-USHJ-3810&l=english
Your map must be posted in one of the submission channels before November 6th 2023

Each tier will have one winning map, replacing our previous 3 places system.
The prize distribution is as follows: Advanced winner: $100, Intermediate winner: $50, Novice winner: $20
The prize will be distributed through Steam Gift Cards.
