First, though, we want to show you some more gameplay. This time, the video comes from Yippee Ki Yay Mr. Falcon, who played both of our early demos!
So let's watch the video and check out his impressions after the release! Grab a warm cup of tea, cover yourself with a blanket, and enjoy the show!

PANDEMIC TRAIN IS OUT!
Hello Survivors,
We're excited to tell you that Pandemic Train has finally reached its main station called RELEASE!
It's such an exciting day, both for the developing team and the publisher! Creating Pandemic Train was a truly exciting process for all of us. Each day of development was full of new experiences and knowledge. All of us learned something new and improved our skills in game development, which made us feel like the leaders of our Pandemic Train journey. We're hoping you will share our joy and excitement and jump on board :)
We're curious about what you think about the game, and we're happy to talk with you about it. If you want to talk with us during the release weekend and afterward, we will try to answer you as soon as possible.
Remember that in Pandemic Train's ESC menu, there is a bug reporter which should make reporting any in-game bugs easier. Reporting them through it will also give us much valuable information on the cause of different issues. This will save us some time and allow us to fix bugs sooner, and more efficiently. Therefore, we will be in your debt if you could report them this way.
If you decide to review our game, here are some requests from us:
If something doesn't work properly or you can't get your head around it, please, contact us before you post a negative review. Feel free to reach out to us in the discussions and report any issues, whether it's a bug or an unclear mechanic. We are ready to support you and will try to address any problems with the game as soon as possible.
If you like the game, please, leave a positive review and tell your friends about Pandemic Train. Each new player gives us more feedback. Each piece of feedback gets thoroughly analyzed to find the most pressing matters and properly prioritize them.
Dev, publishing, and QA teams are all ready to assist you through the whole post-release weekend. However, please, be patient with us. Some matters usually require consulting with several people in the team to settle what can be done about them. We aim to promise you only the things that we're 100% sure about, so please bear with us.
We care about your experience with the game, and we want to provide you with the best we can. Therefore, you can trust that we will address your feedback and try to find a way to bring the solution into the game.
Also, meet the conductor of the Pandemic Train development, Darek, who has a couple of words for you :)
Oh, and don't forget to share your YouTube videos and Twitch streams with us! We would love to come and see how you play :)
Enjoy the ride, Pandemic Train team
Pandemic Train will arrive in 24 hours!
Dear Survivors,
We're just one day away from the release. Let us use this occasion, and thank you. For your support, for your trust, for your activity, for all your notes, for all DMs and discussions. Pandemic Train wouldn't be here if it weren't for you.
Time of release
You asked us when the game will become available to purchase. The official release is set for 7 PM CET on Wednesday, October 18th.
Demo will be available!
If you're unsure if the game is for you, we have some good news! In the next couple of hours, we will release a brand new demo showing you the first biome of the first train run through Europe. It will allow you to check if Pandemic Train seems like a game for you :) We decided to launch the new demo to make you feel better and more taken care of, so you could buy the game with full confidence that it seems interesting to you :)
Community Challenge
A couple of weeks ago we announced a community challenge. However, we finally decided that even though we've reached some of the set milestones, we want to give you a launch discount of 15% as a "thank you" for your support. The discount will last a week since the release.
Bundle them up!
Just if Pandemic Train wasn't enough, we have some amazing bundles prepared for you! They will become available tomorrow in the evening, so make sure to check them out. We will surely remind you of them before the end of the week :)
All right, folks, please, line up at the station! The Pandemic Train will arrive in 24 hours! If you don't have the game on your wishlists yet, make sure to add it before the release!
2 days until release – A walk through the biomes
Welcome survivors!
There are 2 days left until the release!
Time is rushing inexorably, but let's slow down for a moment and take a walk through the biomes of Pandemic Train. Let's listen for a moment to the music that accompanies us as we wander through the desolation of Europe.
Today we are not going to burden you with mechanics, solutions, or novelties in the game. Today, for a change, we would like to show you the sounds that will be with you during this journey into the unknown. A journey full of struggle for the survival of your crew. And of all humanity.
Remember, too, that these are the last moments to compete for the maximum discount on the release of Pandemic Train in the community challenge!
Only 3 days until the release! + 3 Youtube videos with new gameplay
Dear Survivors,
Pandemic Train will arrive in 3 days! Isn't that TRAINLING? All right, that was supposed to be a fun mix of train and thrilling. Who caught it?

Stay on the course! Only 3 days to go!
Pandemic Train team
Special abilities of enemies, Infection and Auto-exploration
Welcome survivors!
There are 5 days left until the release!
Continuing the theme of the last devlog, you will again read about the combat phase of Pandemic Train. Today, however, we won't write about our leaders or how to help yourself in battle.
Today will be about our enemies.
Special abilities of enemies
Just as each leader has their own unique abilities, the enemies are also different. Today we will talk about three enemies who have abilities that differ from the rest of the group.
Leap
Otterbear jumps great distances, causing a powerful impact at the landing site.
Ambush
Attack by surprise in the hope of infecting the target before it escapes. Watch where you step.
Snipers
Skilled Asesina who aim from a long distance. Even though you can't see them, don't stay in one place when you notice them targeting you. They don't miss... Take cover or dodge!
Infection
Still an enemy, but no longer as easy to defeat as the previous three. The infection in Pandemic Train has changed its in-game action a little. When the infection bar reaches its limit, the infection will start to take over the leader's life bar, limiting their maximum life in exploration as well as on the train.
Auto-exploration
However, when it comes to combat, there is a way for you not to have to do this. Your leaders, of course, have to fight a battle and are still at risk, but this happens without your participation.
To round off today's devlog, we'd like to remind you that there's still a community challenge going on, where you can win up to 15% off the launch price!
To make your contribution to our community challenge, all you have to do is follow Steam Community – Pandemic Train and add the game to your wishlist.
