We want you to meet a new character in Pandemic Train. You will be able to come across this mysterious gentleman during your exploration of the area.
As he himself has already told you, he is a traveling salesman from which you will buy schematics to build new modules on your train during the exploration phase. At the start of the game, you will receive only a few basic modules, and they will depend on which leader is in the crew. Each of them has its own assigned module. Well... it won't be easy ___

We also remind you that you will be able to meet us at the PGA next week, where you will also be able to test Pandemic Train. PGA - Poznań Game Arena - is an annual gaming event in Poznań, Poland. It gathers many gamers, publishers and press representatives, all connected by their passion in gaming. This year, you’ll be able to find us there in Pavilion 7th. We’ll be awaiting your arrival!

Survival Steam Fest is about to begin !
Hello survivors!
The Survival Steam Fest has just started!
Yes, we love Steam festivals, don't you? We're glad that Pandemic Train can take part in one of them again.
For this reason, the Pandemic Train demo got a downloadable update now. In there, you will find:
- more translations With the update, translations in the following languages are added: Russian Spanish German Polish French
- hunger and thirst At the end of each journey, your crewmembers will lose some of their HP if there is food or water shortage.
- more bugs fixed
Download, play, and don't forget to fill in the survey at the end of the demo. Your feedback means a lot to us!

Hello Survivors!
Today is the day! Our NEW Demo is now available for everyone!
We have a new beginning of our pandemic train's story for you to try out.
What can you expect in the new Demo?
UI visual improvements Our graphic design has undergone a transformation to better reflect the nature of the game
Sound improvements We have introduced sets full of new sounds. Among others, footsteps on a train, various sounds of gunfire or explosions
Brand new tutorial and tips The tutorial has been completely re-designed from scratch in order to provide as much knowledge as possible
A morgue car The place you have been waiting for, we hope you will take good care of the bodies
Headquarters You will pay a visit to the organization's headquarters where you will meet the command and be able to tour the place
New locations You will get to know our 2 new locations prepared as part of the prologue
Action points This is the points system we introduced you to in dev log 31. Each character has its own action points for each run, the ones you don't use - are lost.
You will also meet one of the 4 characters that weren't introduced in the first demo!
At the end of the demo, you'll find a link to a short survey. Your feedback is very important to us, so please, play as much as you want, and share your opinion on the game with us.
Before we tell you to drop everything and play the demo, let us give you something to motivate you on a daily basis... Be like a train: go in the sun, go in the rain, go in the storm and in the hurricane! Go into the light, go into the dark, go like a train that fears nothing and always stays on its track.

Let's Talk Pandemic train: Modules
Welcome! As you start on your journey to save humanity, you will need a little patience. Developing the right strategy will be the key to victory.
You will start the game with cars in which the space has been cleared and arranged by you. You will do it through the modules.
They fall into 4 categories: Medicine Animals Food Crafting
Thanks to them, you will have access to everything you need to survive: producing food, ammunition or healing the crew and producing first aid kits!
You need scrap to build. It can be obtained by cleaning carriages, destroying already built rooms and during missions. Which one you build is up to you, but remember, you have a limited space on the train. You can only build 3 modules in each car.

Let’s talk Pandemic Train : Workers life
Welcome!
Managing a train in the face of the end of the world is not the easiest thing to do. The responsibility of whether there is enough food, water or ammunition falls on you. Of course you don't have to do everything alone.
Introducing the staff:
At the beginning of the game your crew will consist of just a few survivors, but as the game progresses you will come across survivors who will be brave enough to join you to save humanity. They will follow your every command. but...
In Pandemic Train, all the characters on the train have action points to use during the train ride.
All points are restored each time you return to the train, the ones you don't use are gone.
It is important that you always meet the needs of your crew. A hungry or thirsty worker may leave you, a sick or cold worker puts his life on the line.... Provide good living conditions for everyone, and you may be able to survive ... and save humanity!
Trying to survive in the world of Pandemic Train we cross the map from location to location in our old school machine. The train is the most important part of our gameplay. It's where we build, produce and heal our crew.
However, not every character will produce the same amount of items or heal the same way. Whether it's a worker or our leader... each has their own skills.
As we start our journey, each character has skills. They are at level zero, but we can improve them by repeating the same action with one character. With each repetition, the level of the skill will grow for that character.
Use your skills wisely! This will be especially important in the early game.
All workers receive the same starting skill set, while leaders have unique skills that are useful in battle or production.

Leaders also have unique battle skills that are upgraded as they are used:
Ethan - Healing the whole team at once
Anna - Stun enemies
Melvit - Fire a series of shots
Esihle - Setting traps
René - Poison enemies
Zhang - Throwing knives
Olena - Molotov cocktail making
And some skills useful on the train:
Ethan - Increased production in the medical wagon
Melvit - Increased ammo production
Esihle - Increased scrap collection
Olena - Increased production of molotov cocktails
By keeping all leaders alive, you will increase your chance to survive! Stay tuned, then, in this dangerous world...

In the last devlog you got to know our playable characters. Now we would like to introduce some non-playable *NPCs In the world of Pandemic Train, you will meet many characters on your way. Some of them will be helpful, others will go against you. So be vigilant!

Zhang - War hero from the far east
Olena - perfectly regular 67 years woman. Doesn't have any military experience but is a great cook and everyone loves her. She has absolutely nothing to do with arsons happening in the area. Loves all animals but especially cats
