A new gameplay video for Paradise Lost just premiered as part of The Escapist Games Showcase - Fall Edition and it adds a whole extra dimension of mystery to the game’s story.
Szymon, the child exploring the abandoned Nazi bunker, is not alone. A voice that has been following him through the bunker is Ewa, another lost child in the vast underground city. What is Ewa doing deep inside the bunker? Will Szymon be able to follow her voice and find her? What other secrets await in the shadows of the past?

With the cool nip of fall in the air, you can now also feel the cold of Paradise Lost’s desolate nuclear wasteland. The Steam Game Festival’s autumn edition is here and from October 7-13, you’ll be able to begin exploring the mysterious underground city left behind by the Nazis in Paradise Lost’s demo.
Depending on the path you take in the demo, you’ll be able to explore different areas. You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the inhabitants of the bunker by examining items they left behind and to start forming theories as to what was happening the last time people were in the Nazi complex. By choosing one path or another, you’ll discover different memories left behind.
Play the demo today and begin to discover the story hiding in the shadows of the past.

This summer has been a busy one for Paradise Lost. Through the many online gaming events of the summer we’ve released a new trailer, a gameplay commentary video, and most recently, a new cinematic trailer that left viewers wondering about the story behind the chaotic scene witnessed in the video just before the bunker door was sealed.
Despite all this new content, including the demo you can play on Steam right now, we wouldn’t be surprised if you’ve been left with more questions than answers. Paradise Lost is a mystery-adventure game after all!
