Hello PC Builders,
In case you missed it, last week we released the Esports Expansion for the game and have since been absorbing all the feedback provided by the community.
This first small update is to address some of the initial concerns reported in the launch week, we will be continuing to collate further feedback for future updates.
Changes:
Added the tool upgrade toggles into this expansion to allow players to turn off any of the automatic help if they wish.
This can be found in the Pause menu (Esc) when playing.
Fixed issues that could cause duplicate PCs and no timer in the Arena.
Adjusted the budgets for the last two leagues for Trinity.
Various localisation text fixes.

We have noticed some bug reports coming in that are actually incomplete jobs - we know some jobs are a little tougher in this new campaign. If you are having a problem with completing a job, our Discord server is often a great place to seek support ahead of submitting a bug report. Is PC Building Simulator going to get further updates? We have been asked a few times now if this Expansion means an end to updates to PC Building Simulator so we wanted to highlight that this is not the case. Development and content for the original game are ongoing and it will continue to get updated in the coming months.

Esports Expansion!
Take on a new challenge with our brand-new career mode DLC, working as a tech support in esports. Create, fix and upgrade rigs for professional players, and help your team rise to the top!
Start with a humble team, and rise up the ranks as you juggle demands from players, sponsors and the manager. Manage the team’s tech budget, put the right sponsor parts in your builds, and try to remain calm when something crucial fails on match day.
Spend the week in your workshop, dealing with emails from sponsors and managers and watching your phone for requests from players. Earn extra money by completing side jobs for players and your manager. But don't lose focus on the most important task – making sure the team's rigs are perfect for Saturday’s big match.
When match day arrives, set up and tweak the team's PCs in the backstage area, juggling last minute demands from tetchy players while keeping image-conscious sponsors happy. Work fast to complete any last-minute jobs before the stage door opens and it's almost game-time.
Head through the tunnel into the arena, double checking your messages before you set up your team's PCs on stage.
Hang backstage with a coffee while the match plays out. But don't relax too much – things can go wrong mid-game. Swift action at half-time could save the day for your team, or it could all fall apart.
Help your team win matches and Likes will pour in via LikedIn. Keep it up, and you'll be offered a promotion, supporting higher profile players, gaining access to bigger budgets and a fancy new workshop. If your players keep getting results you'll soon be getting offers from rival teams.

Hello PC Builders,
Hot on the heels of the festive flavours of v1.6, we’ve got an extra update for you to kick off the new decade!
We’ve been quietly working alongside NZXT to bring you a brand new workshop DLC, and we’re excited to release it today.
NZXT Workshop DLC
A brand new workshop space, created in collaboration with the NZXT design team and packed full of NZXT products and swag. This crisp, minimal space is a must for NZXT fans, or anyone who just digs the colour purple.
Fixed an impossible to complete job involving the SilverStone CS381 case and an AIO liquid cooler.
Fixed a problem with a graphics card slot in the GamerStorm Quadstellar case.
Improved the performance of the Wallpaper app.

Rejoice, for v1.6 is here – with over 50 new parts, including graphics cards from Republic of Gamers, AORUS and ZOTAC, motherboards from AORUS and MSI, and cases from SilverStone, CORSAIR and Lian Li.
New partner – Open Benchtable
Open Benchtable's OBT-BC1 case is beautifully machined from solid aluminium, and features innovative features like screwless motherboard mounting, tool-less thumbscrews and a flat-folding design. This benchtable chassis is perfect for overclockers who are always swapping out parts, and also provides a different and striking look for builders who want to show off the beauty of their PC's internals.
v1.6 highlights
Holiday decorations and music!
To celebrate the festive season, we've decorated the original workshop with a cosy holiday theme, and added a jazzy seasonal track to the radio player. If it all gets too much, you can toggle back to the original theme via the xmas tree on top of the toolbox on your main desk.
Steam Workshop support for PC wallpapers
You can now upload and share wallpapers to Steam workshop. Open the wallpaper app on any PC to check out this new functionality. Wallpapers at 16:9 aspect ratio will fit the in-game PC's desktop.

PC Building Simulator Update v1.5
Hello PC Builders,
More treat than trick with our latest update, today we’re adding another 3 brand new partners to the game – plus some special Halloween decorations to our original workshop – to get you in the spooky mood!
ASRock has been high on the requested partner list for quite some time now, so we’re hugely pleased to be adding a wide range of their motherboards in this update – alongside a selection of their GPUs.
Colorful is one of the largest hardware manufacturers in China, and we’re excited to have a range of their GPUs and motherboards now available for use in the game.
HyperX is another much-requested partner to our line-up, and from this update you’ll be able to equip various new peripherals, RAM and even an RGB SSD!
Build v1.5 Highlights
Halloween Decorations!
To celebrate the spooky season of Halloween we’ve given the original workshop a suitably eerie set of decorations to get you into the spirit of things... If you don’t feel in the mood for these decorations, you can toggle back to the original version via the pumpkin on top of the toolbox on your main desk.
Halloween decorations have been added to the original workshop location, these can be toggled via the toys on the toolbox on your main workbench.
Hard Mode now has its own autosave file.
Fixed front panel cable being installed incorrectly on the SilverStone PS14 case when using the auto cable upgrade.
Fixed the Antec K240 AIO Cooler not fitting in the NZXT H200 case.
Fixed various small collision issues that could (in certain situations) block some parts from being added or removed.
Fixed a bug that would cause negative FPS numbers to be displayed during 3DMark.
Fixed an issue that could cause certain CPUs clock speed to display incorrectly in the bios.
Adjusted rules for game specification jobs to stop unfair brand requests that might block completion.
Fixed some issues with the FSP CMT340 case model that could cause large frame rate drops.
Sometimes performance could drop when working on a PC and having Shop related applications open on your office PC, this should now be improved.
Adjusted the model sizes of the NVIDIA GTX and RTX cards to bring them more in line with their real-world counterparts.
Adjusted the model size of the GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 2080 Ti XTREME 11G to better match its real-world size.
Fixed AIO Coolers clipping through the case in the CoolerMaster Masterbox 5 when placed in the rear slot.
Fixed an issue where you could reinstall a drive bay on top of a 360mm radiator on the Lian Li LANCOOL ONE Digital case.
Fixed the alignment issues of 140mm fans in the CORSAIR Crystal Series 280X case.

PC Building Simulator Update v1.4 - ASUS ROG Workshop, New Parts from Alphacool, FSP & Lian Li plus more!
Hello PC Builders,
PC Building Simulator has infiltrated some other platforms this month but we have also been working on a whole bunch of new things for the PC version that is now available in this update!
Firstly, however, we are very pleased to welcome 3 brand-new partners to the PC Building Simulator family:
Alphacool has been a staple request from players since we started including custom water cooling parts in the game, it is a pleasure to finally bring their product ranges to the game now and in the future.
FSP’s inclusion to the game means we now have some of their newest and most sought-after cases and PSUs included for you to build with.
Lian Li is another partner that has been hotly requested by players for a long time now, from today you will have the fantastic LANCOOL ONE Digital and O11 Dynamic to create your next builds in.
This is something that has been requested for a long time now and something we have really wanted to support for longer so it is great to finally provide players with the option to upload an image from their real-world PC to use on the desktop of their virtual one!

Fixed an issue that would block the Overvolted achievement from unlocking.
Fixed an issue that would cause AIO Coolers to be removed from the GamerStorm Quadstellar case when removed from storage or a save was loaded.
Fixed an issue that could cause additional customer parts to spawn in your inventory that you had no room to place back into the PC.
Fixed the transition screen from How to Build a PC mode to the main menu.
Fixed the position of radiators in the front of the CORSAIR 280X case.
Fixed further cable combinations that had major clipping issues.
Fixed various GPU and Motherboard alignment issues.
Fixed the keyboards clipping their stands in the Razer Workshop.
