  • Implemented equipment pegboards on all maps, improving equipment discovery efficiency.
  • Updated Yugo's textures to a higher resolution.
  • Introduced a cross-progression screen catering to new players. This is for players who will be wanting to carry over their progress across all platforms Phantom Hysteria will be released on. Returning players can effortlessly log into their existing accounts by selecting "Yes," whereas selecting "No" will lock your progress to Steam only. (If you select no, this will create a new Account and you will lose all current progress.)
  • Incorporated shirt and jacket cosmetic slots in preparation for future vanity items.
  • Added an FOV slider to the Options menu.
  • Substituted the Arpa Warehouse catwalk with a storage area for enhanced gameplay.

  • Optimized adrenal shot mechanics: increased healing potency to 20, speed boost decreased to 10%, stamina regen raised to 3 per tick, and buff duration extended to 45 seconds.


Sound Changes




  • Eliminated noise triggers associated with dropping items and reduced noise chance for walking steps.
  • Rectified RTCP issues to ensure UI sounds are clear and undistorted.

- Rectified an issue when petting Harold that previously triggered the Low Health filter.
- Resolved problem preventing players from seeing after experiencing a second death after being revived.
- Fixed Issue prohibiting players from reviving deceased teammates.

Spirit Box



  • The spiritbox can now sometimes pick up on phantom voices (these voices DO NOT count as spiritbox evidence) and now uses phantom character voicelines for evidence. Spiritbox evidence type only occurs if the phantom RESPONDS to you talking to it. There will also be a flashing ghost icon on the spiritbox to indicate a phantom response

Game Update

While not a new version update, we have decided to push changes from the current beta version to live! Most of these changes include improvements to the current in-game voice chat, as well as some quality of life and accessibility updates.

  • The chances of Molly using her ult during Neutralization phase have been slightly lowered
