On March 14th, Piercing Blow will go undergo a maintenance.
For NA and EU servers we expect it will take about 3 hours 30 minutes (maintenance content includes opening new Season Clan Tournament and bug fixes)
For India server, it will take about 8 hours 30 minutes due to moving our server to AWS (Amazon Web Service), maintenance will also include bug fixes.
Maintenance schedule summary:
NA: From 21:00 on Mar 13rd to 00:30 Mar 14th on PST.
EU: From 06:00 to 9:30 Mar 14th on CET.
IN: From 05:30 to 14:00 Mar 14th on IST.

Our Germany located IDC will be undergoing a maintenance on:

First we would like to apologize for the all inconvenience which caused by recent incident.
EU server had an abnormal error for a moment, and inappropriate cash information was sent to the accounts.
Our tech team has fixed the issue, and we assure you it wouldn’t happen again in the future.
We retrieved all the cash that has been sent abnormally and canceled all the purchase history that has been made between the incident.
The temporary maintenance has been completed and there is going to be +50% buff on both EXP and Point until 21:00 on CET.
Again, we are terribly sorry for what we have caused.

Attention Operators.
This is the moment you have been waiting for very long time.
On Jan 4th, Piercing Blow will go through another long maintenance.
We expect it will take about 10 hours, and when the maintenance is done, you will be pleased to see what we have brought this time.
Maintenance schedule summary:
NA: From 16:00 on Jan 4th to 02:00 Jan 5th on PST.
EU: From 02:00 on Jan 5th to 13:00 Jan 5th on CET.
IN: From 05:30 on Jan 5th to 15:30 Jan 5th on IST.
The original PB system that is most favored, is coming back to Piercing Blow, including Title, Mission Card, and Character etc.
However due to the system change, you also may found some changes in your account too.
- If you own any Skin item, but not the skinned weapons, it will be replaced to the items that is equivalent in terms price.
- Any part equipment you own will be replaced to Mask, Headgear or Items.
- Due to the change in criteria in Rank promotion, some of your account may be De-ranked or Ranked up depends on your current Total EXP. However please remind that your total EXP will remain same.
Also, there are some news you must know regarding our new version of system.
- Some weapon and item's price will be adjusted.
- The rewards that come from rank promotion will be adjusted.
- Currently the game has issue with the Clan Title, and because of it we are going to closed “Clan Name Change” item temporarily.
- For those who are enjoying PB via Steam, the achievement will be temporarily unavailable. We will bring it back with new contents as soon as possible.
One last thing, due to the long hours of maintenance, some of you may worry about the items you bought and activated.
We will extend the duration of all item that has been activated by 1 day.
