Regarding PBNC 2016 EUROPE offline fianls canceled
As the terror crisis in Europe increases, we have decided to cancel the offline tournament.
Instead, PBNC 2016 Europe Final matches will be held on-line.
The prize will be sent to winner as it has been announced, and it will be sent to each winners after the tournament is completed.
This decision has been made to ensure the safety and the security of the players of PBNC 2016 Europe, and we are sincerely sorry to announce such news to everyone.
We promise to put every effort to make PBNC 2016 Europe fun and memorable moment.
We hope to see you on PBNC 2016 Europe Online.

PBNC 2016 EUROPE Tournament Table
PBNC 2016 EUROPE Rule
Regarding PBNC 2016 EUROPE and the quailfication
The registration to PBNC 2016 EU started on July 8th.
However, we noticed that there are many teams that do not meet the qualification we asked, so we are adjusting the rule a bit.
As it was before, registration can be only done by the player who is equal or higher than “2nd Lieutenant Grade I”.
To join and play on the tournament, the team must have at least three players who has equal of higher rank than “2nd Lieutenant Grade I” otherwise, the team will be disqualified automatically at the end of registration.
Therefore, if your team is lacking qualified players, we suggest you to change them or raise the rank up to “2nd Lieutenant Grade I” before registration is complete.
To aid players who want to rank up, we are distributing 200% EXP (7D) to whom logs in to Piercing Blow EU until the registration ends.
Also we are announcing the teams that are qualified already.

Additionally, as you may already know, the registration is order of arrival, so if a team did not make it to meet the condition, the next register will have the spot.
Also there are few reminders too.
All player must be over age of 18 who has citizenship in EUROPEAN UNION country, so despite of the tournament result, if team has a player under age of 18, team may have to change the member to whom qualified.
Otherwise, the team may be disqualified.

[Update] Update In July
Attention Operatros!
Many of you must have heard the news about the PBWC, although Piercing Blow North America was not able to participate the event unfortunately.
In July, the special weapons that have been used during the PBWC will be released in Piercing Blow starting July 5th, after the maintenance. Personally, I believe this PBWC series is the best skin we have in Piercing Blow so far.
