Upcoming Content Updates
We have recently shifted development to focus heavily on Bug Fixes and performance upgrades before adding new content. As a result, some users may have noted that announced features have not yet been added to the game.
We will proceed to add all announced content and more once we have successfully stabilized game performance and resolved all existing issues.
New content is currently available on our Staging Server for Testing. This includes new Modules, a new Lighting system, new Items, and more. If you would like to become a Content Tester, please post your interest in the test-registration channel on the Official PSS Discord.

Galaxy Community Update 4
Hi Captains!
We hope you are enjoying our Eggstra Planetary Easter escapades. The selected prize for March’s Tournament is the Experimental Gas Storage Skin Kit!
Experimenting with alien gases… What could go wrong?
We’d like to take this opportunity to discuss some of our recent changes, and to preview a small portion of our plans for 2021.
New Turret Module Type
Turret Modules will target any Enemy Crew in the Room they are placed in, damaging the Crew at set intervals. Turrets can target Enemy Crew who are traveling through the Room.
Turret Modules can only target 1 Crew at a time, but keep their reload progress for the next target. Material costs for Crafting and Upgrading Turret Modules will be available after release.
Shipyard Launching New Hulls
The Galaxy’s finest architects have announced that 3 brand new additions to the Shipyard are landing soon! Each design was created by our Kickstarter Sponsors, working closely with our Art and Design team.
Thank you for your dedication and responsiveness throughout this lengthy process. Each designer has also received a unique Sticker and in-game Badge – see if you can spot them amongst the other Stars!
Boost Gauge
The experimental Boost Gauge feature will conclude shortly. If your account was selected for participation, we thank you for your help and any feedback provided. Boost Gauge delivered a sub-optimal experience compared to the control group and we will be winding up this feature.
Players will receive a refund of Starbux for any research and some additional credits for helping with the test. Please keep an eye on your Inbox for confirmation.
Thank you for helping to test this feature with us and we have more exciting experimental features in the pipeline.
Fair Play Statement
We would like to take a moment to touch on the current state of Fair Play in the game. We have recently banned a large number of accounts for breaching our EULA, and would like to underline our firm standing when dealing with these cases.
We take Market Integrity very seriously, having a strong effect on the Player Economy, and will continue to expand our systems for detection and response. Players who breach the EULA are not able to dispute action on the basis of the Tournament being active.
Finally – thank you for all submitted User reports. Even though we have a more robust system in place, direct reports are still greatly appreciated.
Expanded Crafting Lines
Players can soon expect to see new items added to the game to fill out currently under-represented crafting lines. Any Equipment Slots missing a Rarity or Stat variant will be added, similarly balanced to sit just below Tournament rewards.
Alongside these new items, we will be overhauling current crafting Material costs for a more realistic model. In particular, existing Modules will see a noticeable reduction in base Material costs.
2020 Top 100 Reminder
Ranking players in the top 100 for 2020, and members of the winning Fleet at years end, have been contacted via email to request delivery information for the yearly prize.
Please check your registered email address if you have Ranked in the Top 100 for 2020, but have not provided your details. We absolutely love the quality of these T-shirts, and we hope you do too!

Post-Tournament Content Update
Hi Captains!
Our latest patch included some new content that would not be available until after the Tournament Finals. With the finals for February coming to a close, it’s time to cover the new changes!
New Defense Platform rooms have been added: The Avenger Defense System and Seeker Defense System! AA Room Stats have been updated, proceeding as the third Loadout option.
Shield Generator and Shield Battery Room Stats have been updated. In most cases, Reload Time has been reduced; while Charges of Shield restored per cast has been increased.
Hangar reload times have been halved at higher levels. This change has expanded playstyle options when assigning Pilot Crew, while requiring a meaningful response in Defensive/Offensive AI setups.
2021 Tournament Chest Armor variants have had their Stat Bonus adjusted. Stat progression for these items now accurately reflects the effort associated with Tournament Equipment.
While only a short list, we plan to monitor these changes thoroughly for their potential effect on other areas of gameplay.
In the meantime, keep an eye out for our next Blueprint announcement, the upcoming Easter Event, and our plans for the largest content update of 2021!

2020 Tournament Winners & Top 100!
Hi Captains!
Congratulations to the 2020 Yearly Tournament winning Fleets, now in the Hall of Fame!

1st place winners will be working with our design team to create a custom reward. Each of the Top 3 Fleets have also won a unique, limited edition Achievement and Pin to show off in-game:
This year's prizes include a new wave of rewards for our Top 100 ranking players during 2020.
Every player in the top 100 category will receive a limited edition Achievement and in-game Pin. Ranks 1-3 will reward Gold, Silver or Bronze – with a commemorative blue version for all other ranking players.
Keep an eye out for these Captains, you may want to steer clear!
We are also taking the time to go back through all previous Individual Pins to include the year they were rewarded. We will have more information on this soon, alongside balance changes ahead of Finals Week.
To commemorate the events of the past year, we have designed an all-new Masked Pinkzilla Pixel Tee! These will be rewarded to the Top Fleet and Top 100 players for 2020, listed above.
2020 may have had its faults – but it has been amazing watching Fleets and Captains face each other, refining old and new strategies under an evolving meta throughout the year.

But enough of that – it’s time to show off some of the amazing things we have planned for 2021!
With January already well underway, let’s start with the new Tournament Equipment designs. This year, all Tournament equipment will feature Weapon(WPN) values as their Primary Stat, valued by Rarity tier.
January’s Tournament reward is a hot take on the Security Gate Room - keep an eye on the Announcements for a sneak peek at the new visuals! Security Gates will also be seeing balance adjustments, to be detailed in the upcoming patch notes.
We will publish the latest Patch Notes once we've completed some additional testing. This update includes a number of bug fixes, optimizations and logic changes to improve performance. Notably, issues with boxes/crates will be resolved for all platforms.
There is a lot to discuss for 2021, with more new features planned than any previous year. We will be posting the next Galaxy Community Update soon to touch on some of the new features (and the revamped existing features) we have in store.
