Underbarrel weapons and new parts - 1

It's a sweet update for those who are tired of just shooting.
Now you can choose and use weapons underneath the barrel.
Like Flamethrowers, grenade launchers, and chainsaws
Other than that, rifle grenade, tactical flashlights, etc
I've added a lot of parts to make cursed gun

A lot of other parts were planned.
Unfortunately, I don't have much time to work.
So I updated what I implemented right away.

And I have an exam for a licensed real estate agent at the end of October.
Maybe no-update season will come again soon.
But, I'll do adjustments or hotfixes when I have some time.

Fixed pathfinding bug

A serious bug was reported that the game freezing.

This is due to the game maker's recent update
It was also my problem.
I didn't put the environmental elements in the grid for a couple of reasons
This made the difference between ponchoman and creature where they could go.

It's easy to understand when you think of chess.
ponchoman moves freely, but creature moves in a compartment separated by 12x8 pixels.
If one environmental elements exist halfway across two spaces
ponchoman can go, but creature can't.
This led to an infinite loop of the path algorithm
Eventually, game freezing.

In order to fix this problem, the collision of environmental elements generally revised
and some of them have been re-made.
The map has also changed slightly.

Optimization

The hard nut that I've been thinking about for months has finally been solved.
Now the game won't slow down or stutter.

With this optimization, the maximum number of creature is 100.
It's doubled than before.
So it's going to be harder to survive
The trick of being stuck in a corner won't work anymore.

To correct the level of difficulty
Several weapon parts updates are also scheduled.
(Grenade launcher, flamethrower, etc)

Key binding

You can now change game's control keys to suit your taste.
You no longer have to whine that the reload key is a mouse wheel.

Dash is no longer mouse-oriented.

Instead, do it in the direction of the keyboard (moving direction).
The name was also changed from Dash to Dodge.

New creatures

I added 5 new types of creatures to the game.
Each has its own unique ability, just like stock special creatures.
It's expected to be more difficult to survive than before.

Font change and HUD improve

I have accepted countless feedbacks that stock font is unreadable.
HUD has also changed a little more intuitively.

And there is other change, the additional round will no longer be inserted during reload.
Instead, by pressing the reload key twice quickly, you can immediately insert it into the chamber.

Creature AI improve

Creatures no longer line up in an orderly fashion.
With this patch, the Creatures will try to form a group in a true sense and surround the player.
If a new kind of Creatures is added in the future, it will definitely be harder to survive than before.

More and more parts

It's been a really long time.
As previously announced, there has been no update since I was taking the test.
Unfortunately, the test failed by a few questions.

This patch has a number of parts that can change the directional of the rifle.
(Gatling, Quad Barrel, etc.)
Also physical effects of shells and throwbacks,
reload sounds, and compatibility indications between parts
I've finished all sorts of course
Rather than listening to the explanation, I recommend you try it yourself.
There are many experimental parts, so sometimes fatal bugs can occur
I will try to fix it as soon as possible.

About the update

I apologize for the lack of recent updates
At the end of October, I have a big test called a real estate agent
I'm so focused on studying that I don't have much time to invest in update
I promise you that there will be frequent updates when it is over,
regardless of whether you pass the exam or not.
Currently, I've implemented low noise, recoil barrel like VSS and multi-barrel like mini-guns.
Besides that, I'm going to add various parts to the next update.
