Hello, my name is Brylos, I am the lead developer of Pro Soccer Online and I wanted to address the fact that there hasn't been an update in quite some time. Pro Soccer Online is undergoing a serious overhaul in multiple aspects. The main things being new player models and future plans for graphical updates, new user interface, and a new user account system and these will all be included in the Beta 1.5 update.
Here is a showcase of the up and coming additions to Pro Soccer Online (Still subject to minor changes)
New Player Models: The new player models are much higher quality. They will have many more customization options such as many more hairstyles, clothing options, many more shoe designs, and will be built upon more and more as development continues. There will be an in game currency added which will allow you to unlock customization items. You will be able to earn this in game currency by playing matches or you can buy the currency with microtransactions. Here are some pictures of the new player models:
New User Interface: The user interface will be getting an upgrade as well. It will feature a much more sleek look and provide more functionality. Here are some pictures:
These are still being worked on and experimental testing should start in a few weeks. Be sure to join the official discord for news regarding experimental tests: discord.gg/prosocceronline
After the player models and user interface are added into the game fully, the next major additions will be a team based mode that will allow you to create a team, invite your friends to it, customize your team, and compete against other teams to be the best. The ranked mode will also be getting a revamp.

Beta 1.4.3
Fixed servers crashing.
Reduced touch slow down from 85% of max speed to 87.5% of max speed.
Slightly reduced turn deceleration.
Sorry for the issues persisting. It should be stable now. There are still bugs with solo ranked but they will be dealt with in the following update which should be a few days from now.
Beta 1.4.2
Set max 3rd person camera distance to 75. This is half the 1.4.1 update.
Slightly decreased gravity. It should feel good now.
Slightly reduced jump slowdown.
Fixed jump slowdown not applying to goalkeepers.
Fixed single keeper clones bug.
Beta 1.4.1
Fixed lag spikes on player join/leave.
Fixed bugs related to goalkeepers catching the ball near the edge of the penalty box.
Fixed the match summary not displaying the time, possession stats and interceptions for team 2 correctly.
Fixed bans from custom lobbies not working.
Fixed yellow/red card message text being mispelled.
Increased ball gravity. The engine version change in the 1.4 update seems to have effected the phyics of the ball, so this is to counteract it so it feels similar to before the 1.4 update.
Increased kick charge time from 0.75 seconds to 0.85 seconds. The engine version change in the 1.4 update also seems to have effected the charge time, and this perhaps needed a bit more balancing as well.
Increased touch slow down speed from 89% of max speed to 85% of max speed.
Added jump slow down. It is subtle, but stops people from abusing jump dribble for speed exploit.
Tweaked turn deceleration to be a bit stronger. It was lowered a little too much in the 1.4 update
Set max 3rd person camera distance to 50. It was OP how far you could see behind you.
Included a disclaimer in the solo ranked menu describing that it is early in development and may contain bugs/glithes.
Removed background search for other lobbies in solo ranked.
There should be another small update in a few days to address problems with solo ranked. In the meantime this should fix some annoying issues that popped up and have some balance changes.
Beta 1.4
Solo Ranked mode for 3v3 and 6v6. It will keep track of skill ratings for each position and stat totals and averages. The ratings system may be revised in the future to a format of 0-99 overall when leaderboards get implemented. In the meantime this is simple but effective rating system and it will be improved upon as time goes on.
Added player reporting system. You can now report players from the drop down box on player cards in the scoreboard menu. It has pre-selected reasons as well as a message box to decribe the details of the report.
Added account warnings for user misconduct. Players can now be warned before recieving a full suspension/ban for user misconduct.
Added account mute functionality. If an account is muted it will not be able to use chat and will display a message to them saying they're muted.
Added mute icon to show which players you have muted and players who have an account mute.
Added it so muted players are now saved to your local PC. No need to mute the same player more than once now.
Added AU (Sydney) servers.
Changes to main menu UI.
Slightly decreased kicking hitbox overall size, and width proportionally.
Tweaked turn decleration slightly. Should feel a bit smoother now.
Tweaked some programming to make slide tackles more effective.
Added shot stats.
Added seperate stats for tackles and interceptions.
Added system messages for yellow cards and red cards.
Basic Anti-cheat.
After releasing this 1.4 update, it will be ensured that it is stable with no major issues. After that there may be some small updates with additional features and fixes. Afterwards development will shift focus to the team based gamemode where you can create a team, invite your friends to it, compete to be the highest rated team, and along side with that the introduction of new player models with enhanced customization as well as various graphical improvements.

Beta 1.3.5
Increased goalkeeper hitbox sizes. Sorry for decreasing it in last patch, it was a miscalculated decision.
Beta 1.3.4
Reduced kicking hitbox size to 2/5ths of the increase in the previous patch.
Slighly decreased goalkeeper catch and dive hitboxes width and height for balance.
Fixed an issue with goalkeeper dive movement on controller.
Beta 1.3.3
Fixed jump draining stamina while in the air.
Fixed pressing the slide tackle button draining stamina while in the middle of a slide tackle.
Fixed spectator free camera always going down when goalkeeper catch toggle is on.
Reduced how powerful goalkeeper deflections are slightly.
Goal kicks will now disbale goalkeeper catch toggle to prevent double touches.
Fixed some issues with goalkeeper catch toggle not being synced up after respawning on kickoffs.
Switched default slide tackle/bicycle kick to left ctrl, and goalkeeper catch button to left alt. It's recommended for players to swap their keybinds to this or anything else that feels comfortable.
Added an option that allows you to make your goalkeeper dive key the jump button, or the slide tackle button in the control settings menu.
Reverted to a modified version of WASD diving. Low dives are removed, mid dives will save low shots, no jump diving.
Slightly increased kicking hitbox size.
Hello, lead developer of Pro Soccer Online here. I apologize for the multiple changes to goalkeeper mechanics. I understand that it can be frustrating for the mechanics to be changing so much. What happened was the WASD diving was added in the Beta 1.3 patch, and many people complained that it didn't control well, so I reverted it in the Beta 1.3.2 patch to jump diving and got many people complaining for removing WASD diving. We spent a few days discussing what the better control scheme is and I have decided the best way for it to work is the WASD diving but a modified version. The meta previously with WASD diving was low shots. To combat this low dives have been removed, mid height dives will save low shots, and there are still high dives. Jump diving has been disabled. I believe this is the best control scheme overall. Once again, sorry for the drastic changes. Hope you all understand. Thanks.
Beta 1.3.2
Fixed slide tackle button draining stamina when standing still.
Reduced stamina drain for jumping/slide tackles/bicycle kicks/dives from 10% drain to 5%.
Got rid of WASD diving, now there is just dives to the side using the slide tackle button, and you can use space to jump.
Added an option to toggle goalkeeper catching in the control settings menu.
Added new icons for goalkeeper to indicate if they can touch the ball, and if they are holding/toggled the catch button.
