Update 1.5.4 now available - and an announcement!
1.5.4 is now available! The big addition for 1.5.4 is are the "Fast Track" actions. These can be found in the consultants menu and allow you to spend influence to get one-time boosts. And they can be repeated - if you have enough influence!
We're also announcing a new content pack - Miami Malls - which will be available on July 13. Check out the store page for more details!
New "Fast Track" actions in the Consultants dialog. You can spend influence to get one-time boosts, and repeat them as many times as desired (but their price goes up over time). Each fast track action unlocks only after unlocking the entire category of upgrades.
New one-time event for tourist/entertainment events to match the business event

Update 1.5.2 released
We'll have a few new features in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, this is a quick fix for some bugs that came up during the recent Las Vegas expansion release.

Removed building of donut shops from the food court tenants list
Fixed error with "Fluid Formations" contract in Home Suite Home scenario
Changed unclear language in "Project Prestige" contract in Live/Work scenario
Changed mouseover for unlimited mode to clarify that achievements will be disabled
Fixed visual bug with people sleeping outside of their room in certain small suites
Fixed visual bug with people sitting in large engineering office
Fixed visual bug with common areas displaying incorrect state after loading from a save file
Fixed visual bug with carrara marble wallpaper overlapping common area visuals

Hi everyone -
We just released an update that covers some bugs and requested improvements post-Las Vegas expansion.
The big addition is the ability to capture full building images of your tower when you save the game for upload to imgur. Now you can do this:
Improvements:
Screenshot upload (when saving the game) will now capture an image of the entire building
When using Shift + Left Click to fill an entire floor with a utility wire or pipe,
it will no longer get interrupted by existing disconnected wires or pipes.
Bug fixes:
Disable HVAC vent placement if the compressor hasn't been placed yet
Consultant offices can now be relocated as well
Fixed grand casino placement getting locked out when more than 1 marquee was present
Fixed contract Epicurean Empire not counting the Small China Shop
Fixed a couple of missing hotel assets, and some mis-spelled or confusing text
Fixed casinos losing too many visitors during a negative random events
Fixed "Meet ADA/360" achievement not triggering

if you’re not ready to “double down” on the Las Vegas expansion, quite a bit of new content has been added to the base game in version 1.5. Here are some highlights:
Mover’s office – Move things around your tower once you’ve built a mover’s office to coordinate and manage the process.
New tenants – New retail and restaurant tenants are now available.
New contracts – Take on new contracts from the city to earn extra resources to help build even more prestigious towers!

Hi everybody, we have an official release date for our expansion pack: Project Highrise: Las Vegas will be arriving on Steam on April 13th.
Las Vegas adds new major gameplay systems: hotel management, where you take on the job of running a successful and profitable resort hotel and keeping your fickle guests satisfied - and event promotion, where you can try to book events like musical acts or business seminars, to make your building more attractive and help fill up those hotel rooms.
The expansion pack also adds more themed rooms to the game, such as casinos and restaurants, as well as a collection of new decorations.

Update 1.4.0 - Lux lobbies is live!
New Additions
Modern skyscraper lobbies. You can add 2-story and 3-story lobbies to your building, by placing them on top of finished empty floor (and you can use the bulldozer to delete them).
Large-scale decorations that fit large skyscraper lobbies.
Several new wallpapers for regular-sized floors that match lobby visuals.

Rooftop Restaurants and Penthouse Apartments. They combine indoor and outdoor elements, and can only be placed on the top floor.
