Yesterday was a very exciting day for us, we celebrated our one year as anyone would--we threw a good old fashioned birthday party, or Q.U.I.R.K.D.A.Y. Party if you will.
It was a super fun time with our community with amazingly creative birthday Q.U.I.R.K. levels.
The cherry on top of this week long celebration is the ending of our Q.U.I.R.K.D.A.Y. Contest where we have picked the most festive Q.U.I.R.K. level....and the winner is player ouchi wa oishi!

That's right uGen officially turns one today. The team is just so excited we've decided to take an entire week for celebrating.

uGen Is turning one and we would love to see you for our very fist Q.U.I.R.K.D.A.Y. Party! Join the uGen team as we celebrate a whole year!

Join the celebration by not only participating in Wednesdays playtest party but also our first contest leading up to the 17th. Starting today all the way until Tuesday May 16th we are holding a Q.U.I.R.K.D.A.Y contest to find who can build the best birthday level!
Dates: Wednesday 5/10 - Tuesday 5/16 QUIRK level submissions will end on Tuesday to be approved and played on Wednesday 5/17 during our Q.U.I.R.K.D.A.Y. Party playtest.
How to win Make the most festive birthday level in QUIRK. Get creative, not only do we want to see a beautiful birthday spread but also a fun, functional multiplayer level. The dev team will approve the QUIRK levels and pick their favorite, steam community votes will also be taken into consideration.
Where to show case Take screenshots of your work via Steam and upload it onto the Q.U.I.R.K community page with #HappyQuirkday to be voted on through out the week. For more information on taking screenshots in steam check here.
Prizes First place gets their very own Q.U.I.R.K. Jersey & 3 Q.U.I.R.K. Steam keys.

Oh.My.Glob. We’ve had quite to growth spurt here at uGen! We are very excited to now welcome the amazingly talented Jacqueline Taylor as our new concept artists.
You can find her in game as ugw_jaqjaq and coming soon even use her own creations against her! Cool huh?
The entire uGen team is sequestering ourselves early this week for our quarterly offsite to review your feedback and map the future. It's an important part of our studio culture to step away, reflect, and strategize ina space that involves all disciplines. No silos allowed!
