Monk and Sage comes to Ragnarok RE:START
Monk
To change your job to Monk:
Head to Northeast Prontera Fields and report to the Old Man at the entrance
The Monk Job Change Test consists of a memory test and a physical test
Once you pass the test, you'll be able to change your Job to Monk!
You must be at least Job Level 40 to complete the Monk Job Change.

Sage
To change your job to Sage:
Head to the Northeast corner of Juno and enter the Academy.
Speak to the Staff of the Academy, the NPC Metheus Sylphe, to begin.
Complete various tests administered by the academy staffmembers. These tests include memorization, combat, item collection, and others.
Once you pass the tests, you will be able to job change to Sage!
You must be at least Job Level 40 to complete the Sage Job Change.

- VIP Compensation has gone out to affected accounts
- EXP Drops Event will continue until 10:30am Monday.
- Updating Zones - One cluster of zone servers that share the same hardware is lagging. We will be making some changes to attempt to address these problems
- Anti Bot Feature - As a test, we will be implementing an anti bot feature
- Users MUST get the latest client patch in order to play. If you do not have the latest patch after the maintenance the game WILL reject your login attempt
- There is a possibility that it will be bypassed, in which case we will request more from the studio.
- There is a small chance that errors will occur in the live environment. If that is the case, then we will release reversion patches and switch the servers back.

Compensation Events + Status Update
Good afternoon everybody! Here are a few news and updates as we head into the weekend.
Compensation Events
- Starting today, we're going to be doing a 25% EXP + Drops Extra event until 8/10.
- On 8/10, we will be adding 14 days of VIP to all accounts that have ever purchased VIP.
- On 8/11, we will be having a 4 day VIP Weekend Event!
- WP Users will need to claim the 4 days once it starts
- Steam users will have it automatically inserted once it starts
Account Login Updates
Currently, users newly registered after the date below will not be able to login to the game. We have to manually move them onto the allowed login list. This change was made as part of the efforts to strengthen the login process by adding an extra layer of verification to the game side login. (TLDR: to prevent users from accidentally getting access to the wrong account)
We are currently working with the studio and billing team to automate the account shipping process so that it will be done automatically. Current ETA on the next update in terms of news is 8/6. We are attempting to manually move accounts over every day, and will be moving the next set of accounts tonight at 5PM PDT (8/4/2017).
Current status:
Users registered by 5PM PDT 8/3/2017 can currently login.
Next Scheduled Mass insert is 5PM PDT 8/4/2017
Over the weekend, if you are unable to login due to a newly created account please create a ticket titled "New Account Login Add" with the user ID you created. The GM team will email that list to our production team at the end of every shift and they will manually add them. We will be checking on that list 3 times a day.
