Due to the current DDOS and login server issues, where users are gaining access to other players accounts, Ragnarok RE:START will be offline as we work on a resolution. You may see the login servers come up periodically as we test solutions, and the studio will be assisting in resolving the login issue. We appreciate your patience.
FAQ
1. What if my characters were accessed? Submit a ticket to https://support.warpportal.com and the GMs will give you high priority in the queue.
2. Will there be compensation? Yes. Once things are stable, we will reevaluate the current compensation plan. We are aware that various item mall consumables were used by players. If you consumed one, the GMs can see it in the logs and restore it. You will have to submit a ticket for consumables as each case is unique.
3. Do you have an ETA? We are hoping to be up later this evening.
4. Have you tried this technical solution? Although we appreciate everyone offering possible solutions, our team is currently busy working on the issue.
[August 1st, 2017 11:45am] As far as we can tell the DDOS is continuing. Mitigation has it mostly contained. There will be compensation for lost account time.
