Weekly Stream
Tomorrow we will be doing our weekly stream! Join us while we talk about a whole range of topics for RAID: World War II
This update to RAID: World War 2 includes the following changes and fixes:
NEW WEAPON
The Concrete Grenade has been added to the game!
The Concrete Grenade creates a more powerful blast than the standard M24 Stielhandgranate, but the low amount of metal in its construction means its fragmentation effect is reduced - as such, it deals more damage than the M24, but has a smaller area of effect
The Concrete Grenade becomes available to the Demolitions class at Level 6, to the Insurgent class at Level 7 and to the Assault and Recon classes at Level 8
LOCALIZATION
RAID: World War 2 can now be played with the Simplified Chinese character set
GAMEPLAY
The base XP reward has been increased for The Amber Train, Trainwreck, Odin’s Fall, Gold Rush, Wiretap and Strongpoint
The positions of dog tags on Wiretap, Odin’s Fall, The Amber Train, Strongpoint, Extraction, Hunters and Bunker Busters have been revised and updated
Positions of the intel files that unlock Outlaw RAIDs has been revised and updated on Trainwreck, Wiretap, Hunters, Tiger Trap and Extraction
Fixed positions of some lootable crates on Extraction
Improved enemy AI navigation in certain parts of the Wiretap map

Fixed various clipping and other visual issues across many levels

Welcome to our weekly patch! But more, welcome to the RAID: World War II Halloween Event!
Lasting until our next patch, which should see you enjoy past 31st October.
Challenge Cards
The Halloween Event is Based around Challenge Cards, and as an end of mission reward you will see the special card pack drop.
Rewards
We have already announced the Bloody Machete, and additionally we have a really cool outfit (top and bottom) that will drop as rewards.
This update to RAID: World War 2 includes the following changes and fixes:
HALLOWEEN EVENT
The war gets a little spookier in RAID’s first seasonal event!
The Halloween Event will be active from 26 October to 1 November and adds several unique new features to the game...
Unique Challenge Cards! While the Halloween Event is active, every time you earn a card pack from completing RAIDs and Operations, there’s a high chance it will be a unique pack of Halloween Challenge Cards
The Pumpkin Pie Challenge Card gives all enemies pumpkin heads and greatly increases the damage they take from headshots, but players can only attack while in mid-air - jump for victory
The Season Of Resurrection Challenge Card changes the usual death mechanics - instead of going into bleedout, players who run out of health will become trapped in the world of spirits until a living teammate shoots a pumpkin, returning all downed players to life!
The Slasher Movie Challenge Card limits all players on the mission to using only melee weapons, but they gain increased melee damage and constant health regeneration
As well as the usual XP bonus, completing a RAID with the Slasher Movie Challenge Card active grants all players involved a unique melee weapon, the Bloody Machete!
Unique Character Customizations! While the Halloween Event is active, every time you earn a character customization from completing RAIDs and Operations, there’s a high chance it’ll be a unique Jack-o’-Lantern jacket or the matching trousers!
Camp decorations! The RAID gang have decided to celebrate the season by decorating the Camp in suitably spooky style - including dragging the Church’s old organ out of storage!
Please note that the Halloween Challenge Cards and Character Customizations are unique to the event, and will only be available as mission rewards while the event is active - be sure to grab them while you can!
GAMEPLAY
The cost to retrain a character’s Proficiencies has been slightly reduced
Improved AI navigation on various parts of the Berlin map used in Operations
