Discover our games during the EGX Rezzed Digital event!
Hi Villagers,
We’re maybe stuck at home but we’re still have great news to share!
You might already know that EGX Rezzed, the video game event in London, had to cancel their main event that was planned today. It was a very logical but sad decision for everyone. And for us too as we planned to showcase many of our games there.
But the EGX staff is very resourceful and came up with a great idea for an online event. Among many other things (expect some cool streams all weekend long, see below) they partnered with Steam to highlight the games that were supposed to attend the show.
So we are happy to announce that you can find our Rezzed Digital line-up on a new dedicated page, here on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/sale/rezzeddigital

As said, all weekend long the EGX team and their media partners, including Rock Paper Shotgun, Eurogamer, Jesse Cox & Outside Xbox, will offer several stream featuring the indie games from EGX Rezzed 2020. You can follow the online event here:

The schedule of the event is available on EGX website.
As the EGX staff said, this week Rezzed Digital is bringing EGX Rezzed to your home, so take care & stay safe at home!

You have a few days to try Recompile's demo! (read if you plan to try the demo)
Hello everybody!
We’re incredibly excited to be part of the Steam Game Festival Spring Edition with a demo for Recompile! The team is still very busy developing the game despite the Corona Virus situation (but safely from home) but we had the opportunity to give you a little taste of Recompile. We hope you enjoy this early sandbox-y demo of the game that we showcased at a few events last year. To try it, you just need to click on the green demo button on our Steam page below.
Please add the game to your wishlist, it really helps us a lot! Especially in these troubled times as quite a few promotional opportunities get (rightfully) canceled.
Before we let you explore the Mainframe, please take a second to read some important information below:
• The demo we just released is NOT representative of the final game. Neither visually as the game has been ported to HDRP and now looks so much better, but also mechanically: for example, the rate to which to you get power ups is altered for the fun factor.
• The final game is much more than a sandbox: it’s a metroidvania-inspired game with a narrative, branching paths, NPCs, different endings, environments, enemy types, lots more skills to unlock etc…
• A tip: shooting is not the only solution… ;)

Recompile is playable at Gamescom 2019!
A new Recompile demo is playable at Gamescom 2019!
We’re super proud and excited to be a part of Gamescom this year and to prove it, we have a brand new Recompile demo that will be playable on the Dear Villagers booth in the Indie Arena area from August 20th to 24th!
This new and updated demo will showcase the main enemies you’ll encounter in Recompile, all based on the geometric solids of Plato. These four enemies will represent Order, Ecology, Chaos & Wrath. The patterns of these enemies are all unique and dealing with them will be no easy task. You’ll need to learn and observe how each and every one of them moves in order to beat them.
Are you heading to Gamescom this year? If so we would love for you to come and meet us there and hear your feedback about the game!
We’ve also made the key art of the game that we hope you’ll like, we sure do!
