Dear friends, As part of our latest update, we have focused on expanding the functionality by introducing a ratings table and the ability to view monster locations on the geographical map. Additionally, we have carefully addressed reports of issues and successfully resolved a number of existing errors.
What's new:
A general leaderboard that tracks: - Player statistics (level, kills, karma, etc.); - Guilds (capital, number of members, kills, rating, etc.); - Castles (level, owner, set taxes, amount of taxes collected);
This statistics can be viewed at any time by clicking the button in the top right corner of the screen;
Icons for monster spawn locations on the map. Some time ago, we introduced the "spot" game. Forests where a certain type of mob is more likely to spawn than in other places. These locations will now be marked with special icons on the map for better navigation in the world;
Changes:
Increased chance of T3 and T4 ring enchantments drop;
Tools are now divided into 9 levels. Their new recipes can be obtained from mobs and bosses;
The amount of grass on spaces outside of forests has been increased by 50%;
Enchantments for rings have been strengthened by 25%, except for enchantments that only enhance attributes;
Invisibility upon spawning in the Black Zone now ends under the same rules as in the Red Zone;
Fixed:
Craters in Gualle were considered a yellow zone;
Bonuses for heavy T7-T9 bracelets were not displayed;
Client crashes upon death and respawn;
Best regards,
Atlant Games Team
Update 0.94.1092
Dear friends, In this update, our primary focus was on fixing critical errors that were causing game imbalance, as well as enhancing the mechanics of castle alerts.
Fixed:
Remaining effects from buffs after death.
Ability to obtain higher quality items when exceeding available crafting points above the required amount. The bonus has been significantly reduced and now allows for higher quality only when significantly exceeding the required points (over 300 points).
Cursor control during party invites or trades was blocking character movement.
In some cases, respawn did not remove debuffs.
In some cases, the hotbar displayed incorrect skill levels.
Added:
Castle alerts Notifications for all players within castle territory, located in the top right corner and mid-screen (starting from gate damage to castle capture).
Best regards,
Atlant Games Team
Update 0.94.1083
Dear friends, In this update we focused on adding new items, castles and changing enchantment recipes.
Added:
T4 ring enchantment recipes dropped by Scorpions and Swamp Trolls in T2 counties. They drop along with T3 recipes, but with a lower probability
Visual design of graveyards in T2 counties: Unsund and Gwall
Some of them worked only functionally, but did not have the artistic design that was added in this patch
Bosses and their loot in Gwall now correspond to T2 county
Added cloth equipment for all four elements - Helmet, Pants, Gloves, Boots, Shoulders
Its introduction has long been in our plans, and with its help we hope to simplify life for Magic professions. Now they are available when crafting from recipes that drop from bosses and mobs. Later they will also be added to the assortment of merchants up to T3, like other equipment
Commissioning of 3 more castles and their holdings in the county of Gweloth: Gweloth (60) Annudar (45) Hannerzyf (45) They are ready to capture and collect taxes from the adjacent territories
Changed:
Old enchantment recipes now have level 3, which equates them to new T1 enchantment recipes This was the decision made, since the vast majority of enchantment recipes were obtained from T1 mobs and bosses
Localization and descriptions of new enchantment recipes
Fixed:
Heretic Master no longer kills himself with his own AoE. His vampirism ability, like other vampirism abilities, we still have to fix
When dying in the swamp, the swamp debuff remained on the character
Re-payment of taxes after death
Translation errors and other minor fixes
Sincerely,
Atlant Games Team
Update 0.94.1071
Dear friends,
This update is the first in a series of significant changes to the game, which we plan to complete by October.
Crafting
Accessibility:
Crafting/enchanting is available for characters of any level, regardless of profession.
Everything needed for weapon crafting, but without enchanting for now, has been added to Stream Island, along with training quests.
Crafting and enchanting high-level and quality items will still require specialized professions.
Complete overhaul of crafting/enchanting point calculations:
The required degree of crafting/enchanting now depends on not only the item level but also the desired quality, based on recipe quality. For example, a CCC item of level 9 requires 243 crafting points.
Each factor affecting the actual number of crafting points has been completely reworked, and the proportion now looks roughly like this:
Profession - 17%
Skills - 41%
Workbenches - 17%
Tools - 25% (the number of tool levels will be increased to 12)
Enchanting recipes:
Now also have 4 tiers for more even distribution among mobs of different tiers.
The drop rate of enchanting recipes from mobs has been changed.
Unchanged:
Exceeding the required crafting points still increases the quality of the crafted item.
Repair requires fewer points than crafting, restoration requires more.
Fixed:
Incorrect calculation of required points for enchanting.
Lack of recipes in the drop for certain weapons.
Recipe descriptions.
Quest for the 3rd level of concentrated weapon crafting.
Castles
Added:
Notifications about the castle/point owner in the upper right corner (under the location name).
For all players on the castle territory - about the siege progress in the upper right corner (from gate damage to castle capture).
Notifications in a new section of the global chat - about changes in castle phases (currently default for all castles).
In the future, there will be an option to enable and disable duplicate messages on the screen for world/castle event notifications.
Fixed:
Notification errors for castle owners coming to the guild chat channel.
Design errors of the Kreade castle.
Dimension errors of AI spawners in the Ufford castle.
Dimension errors of capture points in the Gwal castle.
Extra spawners of regular mobs on T2 castle territories.
Reference:
While castle Runes are in development, which will add meaning to castle ownership, we want to improve the capture procedure for participants and owners outside the castle and make sieges more massive, accessible, and understandable.
In the future, we will revisit the issue of the necessity and harm of castle public openness.
T2 Counties
Added:
Cemeteries in Gwal, Gwelot, Mennitz, and Unsund.
Roads.
11 extraction/processing locations with partial filling.
Bosses and their drops in Gwal.
Changed:
Fence separating counties.
Miscellaneous
Changed:
PvP experience increased by x3.
Improved UX of the world map.
Fixed:
Buffs dealing damage on crater tops.
Icons for crossbows T7-T9.
Thank you for your patience and support. We will share our plans for the next patches in a separate message.
Sincerely,
The Atlant Games Team
Weekly Leaderboard and Statistics
All new castles had been quickly captured. And the fight for old castles intensifies.
Dear friends, We are pleased to present you with a new patch that includes several important fixes and improvements. We are constantly working to make the game more enjoyable and engaging, and your feedback helps us in this endeavor. Here are the main changes in this update:
Fixed an issue where the thief could attack while remaining invisible [ATL-2718].
Resolved a problem with the incorrect loading of certain buildings in castles.
Corrected an error where some buffs did not display visual effects.
Fixed an issue with the golem's "steam," which healed instead of dealing damage [ATL-2345].
Increased the tax zone of the level 30 Brabat castle. It now encompasses areas of interest, the Architect, and the Ruins, allowing for greater territorial influence.
Thank you for your patience and support. We hope these changes make your gameplay even more exciting!

Bans & Punishments
Dear friends, today we’ll talk about one more step towards making our game fairer for all the players involved. It should also remind everyone that the administration of the project hasn’t gone anywhere along with punishments for cheating players.
What was exploited? After the necessary fixes in the patches of August 15 and 16, we can let everybody know exactly what the exploit was:
AOE magic that applied buffs apart from dealing damage gave excessive XP in PvE even though the buffs had no effect on mobs;
AOE magic combined with low Magical Attack allowed to deal minimal damage to mobs and gain XP, circumventing the penalty even though the damage was nearly completely mitigated by mobs’ defences;
AOE control powders that have close to no effect on mobs gave as much XP as buff applied to targets in PvP;
Degrees of Exploiting We thoroughly analyzed EU server logs since 01/07 to 16/08 (137 gb) and after debate within the team, we decided on the following way to choose the punishment measures for the offenders:
High degree of exploiting. Includes the characters who abused AOE control powders. I.e., in the said analyzed period of time they were actively using the said powders to level on mobs, which clearly to everyone allowed them to gain XP for nothing. It also included players who took their time to level up on castle guards who only gave XP for applying buffs to them.
Medium degree of exploiting. Includes the players who abused AOE magic in general (mostly “Hailstorm”) while having very low values of Magical Attack that did not exceed the Magical Defense of the exploited mobs. It allowed them to stay in low-level locations and gain high amounts of XP while casting the spell below their feet, killing neither themselves nor mobs.
Nearly nonexistent degree of exploiting, it includes measures that will simply adjsut the amount of XP that players gained to what they should’ve gained without the exploit. It includes players who played fairly using T5-T9 powders in high-level locations but who still gained more XP that they should have.
The most important mitigating factor was gaining XP from different sources. I.e., if a character straight after leaving Rivulet Island levels themselves up with Hypothermia, they will get a higher degree of punishment.
Punishment Measures
We decided against permanent bans because the time we’ll set players back with is much more valuable than the game copy.
All the character on the offenders’ list will have their XP set back according to their degree of exploit (from 15 to 90% of XP gained in the said period).
Characters created exlusively with the idea of abusing in mind will have most of their XP set back.
All accounts on the list will be blocked for 2 to 14 days.
We also consider that the higher the XP, the more difficult it is to gain XP since the level of mobs is the same as in T2 counties.
Dear friends, we send this message to tell you about the changes in the game that we are currently working on—changes that were not included in the roadmap 3 months ago and have been given a higher priority.
From the perspective of the developers, these changes will help us breathe new life into the project for those who've been playing it for hundreds of hours, attract new players, and provide them with a quicker immersion into the game.
1. Healthier game enviromnent
Recently, we’ve posted a message about starting to have stricter control over what’s happening in the game and launched a first wave of bans for the abuse of game mechanics.
This week we’ve searched through the game logs (over 25 GB) looking for data about abusing the levelling system this August. Some accounts have already received permanent bans, but the majority of offenders will be dealt with after we’ve finished working with logs.
2. Statistics
Public boards with statistics on characters, guilds, and castles.
The first stage of its development will be PvP-orientated and will gather the metrics that have been in the project since its release.
3. Castles
The first stage is to make notifications for castle owners and all players on the castle territory about the seige process.
The second stage will be to make castle crystals as a first step to adding rewards for capturing castles.
4. Crafting
For starters, crafting will become available for all characters. But we’ll change the allocation of the crafting points, which will mean that players without specialization will not be able to create high-quality items.
Enchantment recipes will be divided into tiers, just like crafting recipes. As a result, we’ll change the recipe drops from mobs and bosses.
5. Inferiority of single Vocations and changes to the mage economy
We’ll arrange the changes in the order of adding them to the game:
introduction of level 10–12 rings before all other Т4 equipment (perhaps, revision of their bonuses to make them more powerful).
introduction of the full mage gear set (hats, pants, gloves, etc.).
revision of bonuses for single Vocations: decreasing or completely removing the maluses from the locked development branch.
increasing the amount of powders made in a single brewing and reconsidering the benefits of concentrated powders
a global overhaul of the ability system (1+4 slots). We’ll increase the number of ability slots and remove a forced vocation ability. Beside that, we plan to introduce “skill points.” A fixed value determined by the vocation to choose what abilities you can use.
This system will be used to further assist single Vocations. “Intelligent” Archmages will have more skill points than “dumb” Barbarians, which will help them to use a wider repertoire of “expensive” abilities.
6. Trial access and new players
We are looking for the most optimal way to make the game free for new players, at least within Rivulet Island.
The next step will be to overhaul the starting quest chain at the beginning of the game and improve the UX to make acquaintance with the game easier.
7. Steam, VKPlay Early Pre-Order rewards
after the introduction of the trial version of the game, we’ll allow players to move characters from their Steam account to VK Play account.
activation of Early Pre-Order rewards.
These are not all the diversions from the roadmap, but they are the main ones. We plan to also add all T2 castles at the same time as the introduction of castle crystals.
ROG’ums Up!
