Update V1.4.0
New Content

  • New Song: Sucker Punch by Falconite
  • New Song: Viridian by Falconite
  • New Modifier: Strobe, like flashlight the notes fade out but in this mode they all fade in and out at the same time.
  • New modifier: Judgement mode, turn on judgements to test yourself! (This will not affect your leader board or high score)
  • Grace Period at the start of all songs. Now up till 0.05 seconds before the first note any ghost taps you do will no longer affect accuracy or lose health.
  • 3 New Profile frames. Colour variants of the original 3 seasonal frames that are now available for completing 3,5 and 10 songs or more with S or higher.
  • Added an import .OSZ option that helps make it easier to extract the .OSU file


Adjustments

  • Songs that don't have custom loading screens will now use the default Rhythium loading screen instead of Dusk
  • Each month of the year now has a set Season, this will no longer have any rewards but for those of you wanting to try the monthly challenge it's now available.
  • Profile frames for the support creator DLC now have an steam symbol next to them in the selection menu to make it easier to see where you get it from
  • New Image for Starter Kit
  • New Image for Car on a Walk
  • The tool tip when looking at mods in the quick select menu is slightly larger to make it easier to read.
  • The credits section has been updated with the new songs
  • A full redesign of the convert song menu to utilise the space better and only show you relevant information.
  • For the folders: Import Folder, Export Folder, CustomSongs, Custom Song Converter and CustomSongBackground. If you try to open these via their respective button and the folder no longer exists it will create a new folder with that name.



Bug fixes/general fixes

  • Fixed a grammatical error in the song list
  • Fixed the tool tip for Mirror Mode
  • Opening a menu while listening to a song demo will no longer pause all music.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause all judgements to award 100 points instead of 50 or 300
  • Fixed a bug that caused the credits to sometimes open halfway down.
  • Fixed a bug where the new High score text would not appear when achieving a new high score.
  • Fixed a bug in the song converter, where if you had already converted that song before it would not throw up an error
  • Fixed several instances where the text box was blocking part of an button

Patch v1.3.0 - Falconite part 1
This patch has come later than I expected and sadly its going to be a little longer for the other 2 songs but this patch includes Digital Baptism from Falconite!

Announcing Rhythium x Falconite
I'm happy to announce the first set of post launch songs will be joining us soon. While they wont make it in time for season 3 they will be here soon.

For this Rhythium will be teaming up with the video game inspired electronic artist Falconite!



Rhythium will be adding 3 new songs ranging in difficulty, including Falconites hit song Digital Baptism. This will push the official list of songs up to 20 and will release as two content drops. First Digital Baptism will drop by itself and then Sucker Punch and Viridian will drop together later.

NEW FEATURES
-Mirror Mode has been added to Seasons. This should allow for more varied seasons.
-Arrow Skin - Unlocked for free when starting the game, the text showing what button to press will be always off for this skin
-Up scroll can be turned on in the settings for those of you who prefer playing that way

QOL
-Increased the time the health bar flashes red to make to easier to see when missed.

Patch Notes - V 1.1.1
BUGFIXING
-Mod Quick Access no longer shows if you view someone's profile through the leaderboard
-HARUKAKANATA had 1043 notes listed instead of the 1042 it actually had. This stopped any S or SS ranks.
-Removed the first 5 notes from Love Zukkyun as it caused issues on the fastest speeds
-Mirror mode now shows in the end of score screen

Patch Notes - V 1.1.0

While patch v1.1.0 may be what seems a smaller update, this update has laid the foundation for allowing many more mods in the future. This allows me to make new mods easier and allows you all to select what mods are the most important too you for quick access.

As well as the important fix of not setting all backgrounds to black on default. If you have already played please go to Settings > Video > Background Opacity > 100% to fix this issue (unless you like the black background).

NEW FEATURES
-Mirror Mode - A new Mod that will flip all the notes in the chart, Does not increase multiplier
-The Mod Menu - A full list of mods in the game which can be dragged onto a set of 8 quick slots.
-Mod Quick Access - The current 8 mod slots have become a quick acess allowing you to select what ones go there and what order

BUGFIXING
-Backgrounds are no longer set to black by default

Fixing the issue with black backgrounds
I have just been informed that new accounts have all the backgrounds turned to black by default. Especially with the game releasing in the past week this was defiantly not a bug that I would have wanted going out for all your first impressions. I have already fixed in the next update going live very soon but until then.

In the settings you can go to Video then change the Background Opacity to 100% (or anything else).


I do deeply apologise for anyone who had a bad impression due to this.

What's going to be in update 1.1.0?
Many if you have expressed Interest to me in adding in more modifiers. Some that are just for fun and some to add additional challenge (and higher scores).

With this I wanted to properly add a way to add all these mods without just finding space for them every time I add one.

So coming in update 1.1.0 is the Mod Quick Access and the Mod Menu.

The current 8 mod slots will be customizable and will have your favourite 8 mods quickly accessible. You will then be able to open up the larger menu and add select from the full list of modifiers.


I want to add arrow skins but this probably will be pushed back to 1.2.

In this updates will also include any bug fixes as well.
