Fixes and improvements in preparation for the full release:
- improved some guitar tutorials - fixes for campaign node UI menu flow - fix for a case of guitar modifier applied for drums - minor improvements for the crowd - minor text changed for clarity
Update #30.1 hotfix
- fixes for the multiplayer flow - adjustments to the greenfield stage platform to make notes appear more visible
Update #30 Content and usability update!
Hi VR Rockstar!
Here we are with a new big update! We worked hard to make this version more stable and refined.
With more content, more bugs fixed, and some memory usage optimizations and stability fixes, this build should hopefully be a release candidate for 1.0! But don't fear. This won't mean the end of support. This means that the game should be fully playable and, hopefully, appealing to more players.
Back to the updated content, this time, we have 3 new original songs:
They're always freely included, with new guitar and drums levels.
We also reworked virtual guitar positioning with gaze-based hints, and now it should be easier to adjust guitar positioning with a more generous grab area and an improved two-handed positioning:
We also improved the drum hit detection algorithm to reduce false hits, especially for long drumstick movements.
Another usability improvement worth mentioning is related to volume management. Now, all the sounds will respect the volumes you set in the settings. Furthermore, fireworks and the crowd shouting will no longer occur during the in-game song selection after a match.
A brief summary of the changes:
3 new original songs
improved virtual guitar positioning
improved drum piece hit detection
better volume management
lots of fixes and optimizations
As we said in the headings, we would like to move out of the early access phase soon. We could tweak it a bit, but this should be the release candidate. We're eager to hear feedback on this build. Have a great day, everyone. Be the legend and rock hard!
Update #29 hotfix
This build fixes the reported bug where notes could occasionally disappear and glitch out.
Update #29 Greenfield stage!
Hi VR Rockstar!
Here we are with another update!
You can now select a new stage for your single or multiplayer matches:
We hope you'll enjoy hosting your concerts in between mountains!
The initial flow of guitar model selection has been streamlined. Everything will be selectable from the menu, and the guitar will spawn and automatically attach to you, ready to be played.
No more annoying tutorials or unnecessarily lenghty operations, just straight into the action.
The song list menu has been enhanced by displaying the author and album to which each song belongs, giving you the possibility to filter by artist.
This should be especially useful for those who have numerous custom songs. Please notice that songs needs to be reimported to get the new info visible.
Those are the most apparent changes, but we also made some other improvements under the hood, like more intuitive menu navigation with a controller, some stability fixes and some gameplay tunings to improve the experience.
As usual, here is a brief summary of the changes: - New stage: Greenfield - Streamlined guitar selection flow by replacing tutorials with some automations - Improved song list menu with additional song info - Menu navigation improvements while using a non vr controller - Minor fixes and gameplay tunings - Optimizations and stability fixes
Update #28 hotfix
- Fixed an issue that didn't allow level selection in the campaign menu. - The virtual keyboard is now functional again to filter songs in the freeplay song list. - Fixed an issue that caused the "no guitar" model unselectable.

Update #28 Multiplayer Coop
Hi VR Rockstars!
Today we just released a new update! We got a new game mode: coop multiplayer!
You'll be able to play with your friends in a more relaxed way, each with their own instrument as if you were part of a real band:
We've also streamlined the user experience by giving you the possibility to select the next song directly from the game scene at the end of the match:
But also other things, such as moving some of the options from being "gameplay modifiers" to becoming settings in the menu. In that way, for example, you can change plectrum settings from the settings menu that is available in every game mode, even in-game.
Finally, we worked to improve stability, speed up loading between scenes, and optimize performance, especially in case you have a very long list of custom songs.
Brief summary of the update: - Multiplayer coop mode - Song/stage selection at the end of the match - Moved some options from modifiers to settings - Lots of stability and bug fixes - Performance improvements
Update #27 Friend matches!
Hi VR Rockstars! Here is another little update expanding on the latest multiplayer PVP! Now you can look at your friend list and challenge a friend directly by sending an invitation!
Your friend will receive an invitation to join a private PVP lobby with you.
Other small fixes are included with the update, especially an important one related to skins unlocking while playing the campaign. Now you should be able again to unlock skins in the same play session without restarting the game.
Brief summary of the update: - Friend invitation for private matches - Fix for skins unlock in session - Improvements for drumsticks collision - Minor small fixes
