Update and Suggestions Needed!

- Bug Update -
Players should now properly leave lobbies upon quitting a game. If you see "player quit" repeatedly or cannot damage enemies in a multiplayer game please let me know. This was a rare and difficult to reproduce bug that is hopefully gone now.

- Chest Drops from Bosses -
Bosses now give you 1-9 chests. Enjoy!

- Content Update Suggestions -
Please let me know on the forums what you'd like added to the game for additional content. I am exploring several possibilities but your input is always welcome!

New Patch: Menus

The main menu has received some much needed love.

Unlocked magic items now show up with 3D models and an explanation of what they do.

Mouse speed has been doubled.

How to play font changed to yellow.

New Enemy - Demon Body

You've had so much funny fighting those Demon Heads in the Hell zone that I thought you'd appreciate their bodies.

The Demon Body is an aggressive ranged attacker that fires lightning bolts at you from medium range.

Undying Prefix Added!

Tired of dying?

Wishing you had an extra life?

Grab the Undying prefix on one of your items and it will refill your hearts upon taking fatal damage. The Undying prefix will then be removed from the item.

(Note: If you have three undying items it's the same as having 3 extra lives!)

"Shocking" Patch 1/11/2019

-= New Prefix =-
A "Shocking" new prefix has been added to the game. It has a 33% chance to fire off a bolt of lightning when striking enemies. High damage but random patterns of attack.

-= New Item =-
Chaotic Bolts can now be unlocked for 20 repetetive boss kills. 8 second cooldown to fire two bolts of lightning that move in a consistent pattern.

-= FOV Option Added =-
You can now set the field of view (degrees) your character can see around them, from 45 default to 120.

-= Nerfed Proc'ing Prefixes =-
Prefixes that spawn bullets such as Shocking, Pyro and Homing no longer can proc off themselves. Sorry this was just way too OP, especially with Pyro.

Game Update 1/6/2019

New ENEMY: Exploding Golem

Watch out for this annoying monster on the levels immediately following the
first boss. Goblins in these zones have been replaced by Exploding Golems.

Loading Screen is up and gives helpful hints to newer players.

In Progress

Double stats on some new powerful items.
Better tutorial (pictures instead of text).
More intelligent loading so you spend less time looking at a loading screen.

12/29/2018 Updates

-=Changes=-

Lizardkin have all gone on diets so that they don't get stuck in walls while spawning. They still are just as terrifying!

Homing missles now spawn when striking bosses.

Pyro can now trigger when hitting an enemy instead of killing one. Chance has increased from 5% to 8% pyro blasts can trigger additional pyro blasts.

Fixed volatile infection appearing on enemies that didn't have it applied.
(Hopefully) fixed most of the issues with homing shots doing little circles sometimes before launching at their target.

Loading screen added. Also fixed game crashing if you exit immediately after starting the game up.

Christmas Miracle! I fixed the big bad bug!

As many of you know there was one major bug in the game that has eluded me since release.

I believe I've finally squashed it and you should always have bosses spawning at the end of each 5 level zone.

Based on what I learned fixing the bug it was a rounding issue that left less than a 1% chance of the boss not spawning. It should be fixed now, but let me know if it ever happens again for you.

Thanks everyone! While I am busy working on blocked and loaded 2 don't worry I will eventualy go back and add more stuff to Rogue Party. It was designed to allow easy additions without having to create all new levels.

Shout out to Coolguy1079 who is likely the only person who has beaten the boss. Even I haven't yet!

===Final Boss===

I'm not ready quite yet to nerf th boss. Just because I'm struggling to beat him doesn't mean it's impossible.... but man do I wish I could get my hands on that epic loot!

===Bug Report===

There is a bug with volatile infection that doesn't break the game but causes it to appear on enemies at the start of a new level. It happens to guests only and is graphical in nature. Having a hard time fixing it without increasing network packets between players.

===Expansion===

My first thought for an expansion was to add 5 more levels and a boss, but I think the game is already quite long for a single playthrough.

What do you think about adding enemies, potions, bosses, and new unlockable weapons/items to the current maps/levels?
