We have confirmed an issue that is occurring in individual Four Gods Battles.
A data patch will take place today in order to fix the error.
Please relaunch the game for the patch content to be applied.

Error that you cannot defeat the Four God when entering the individual Four Gods Battle more than 1 time will be fixed.
! Defeating the Four Gods and acquiring the rewards will be done normally after the patch,
But a display error that the Four Gods’ HP seems as it is fully restored will continue to occur.
The display error will be fixed in the next Update Maintenance.

1. Shop Improvements
- It should now be easier to find and purchase multiple items.
Access the Shop by selecting the Shop button from the War Map, then tapping the Shop button once more.
1) Overall Shop Changes
- Sale items added/removed from the Market, Commerce, Fame, and Peddler tabs.
- Certain items available in the Fame and Peddler tabs may have their prices adjusted based on their market values.
2) Fame Shop Details
- Various permits and vouchers are now available at a more affordable price.
- Items such as EXP Fruit and Secret Training Manual added to help new warlords.
3) Peddler Shop Details
- The Peddler will appear up to twice a day upon winning a Story, Quest, or Siege Battle.
- The Peddler will always appear after completing a Quest Expedition.
· The Peddler will not appear when completing a Quest Expedition while the Peddler Shop is open.
· If the Peddler appears from completing a Quest Expedition, the remaining Peddler appearance count does not change.

2. Meng Mei's Trial: Yan Baihu
August's Enemy Leader – Yan Baihu
Yan Baihu spends his time peacefully relaxing with his men.
Spurred on by pride and overconfidence, Yan Baihu proclaims himself the Virtuous King of Eastern Wu—savior of the commoners.
1) Enemy Leader Characteristics
- Just like Yuan Shao, Yan Baihu only has one battle style—the Virtuous King of Wu.
- Yan Baihu has the commander passive "Desperate Countermeasure," which decreases his HP every time he lands an attack.
HP lost due to his passive is still recorded as damage dealt.
That means you can deal massive damage to Yan Baihu as long as you can withstand his powerful attacks.
- If you can't withstand Yan Baihu's attacks, pay attention to the choices presented to you throughout the battle.
- Unlike previous Meng Mei's Trial enemies, Yan Baihu can die (retreat).
2) Assignable Commanders and Battle Conditions
- Assignable Commanders: 6 max
- Key Commanders: Sun Ce, Xu Gong, Wang Lang
- Use the above key commanders for the best results in this month's trial.
- Special effects and events will take place when deploying key commanders in battle, or by satisfying specific battle conditions.
- To satisfy the "Defeat Ox" condition, the HP of the Black Ox needs to be below 100 while near Yan Baihu.
※ Bond Effects activate upon deployment.
※ Additional effects activate when an applicable commander is deployed or when approaching the enemy.
Example 1) When Sun Ce is deployed on his own, the Bond Effect applies ATK Boost +15% to Sun Ce.
Example 2) When Sun Ce approaches Yan Baihu during battle, the existing Bond Effect is maintained in addition to the "Hero of the Ages" Commander Passive.
3) End Conditions
Battle ends when one of the below conditions is met.
- Lose all units.
- Fail to win within the turn limit.
- Yan Baihu's HP reaches 20%.
4) Rewards
- Merit earned from participating in August's Meng Mei's Trial can be used until 8/31 (Sat) at 12:00 AM. (Resets on 9/1 (Sun).)
- Some of the Just Rewards will change to match September's Meng Mei's Trial Enemy Leader.

※ Empty Special Effects: After obtaining a Commander Exclusive Artifact, you will find it has a Base Effect slot and an empty Special Effect slot. To fill the empty Special Effect slot, you need a Grindstone and an Artifact Crafting Manual (Yan Baihu).
※ Grindstone: Used to craft Commander Exclusive Artifacts or add special effects to Commander Exclusive Artifacts.
※ Artifact Crafting Manual: Used to craft Commander Exclusive Artifacts or add special effects to Commander Exclusive Artifacts. This is a special collectible that will not disappear even after being used to craft a Commander Exclusive Artifact or adding a special effect. Take care not to purchase more than one!
5) Expedition Reward

3. Chu Shi Biao Reward Changes
1) World Conquest Reward Changes
- Rewards obtained from reaching Military Lv. 1, 2, and 35 are now as follows.
- Other rewards are the same as August's.

2) Notes
- Chu Shi Biao can be purchased via the in-game banner or by tapping the Purchase button at the bottom left of the Chu Shi Biao menu.
- Chu Shi Biao can be purchased at a discounted price during the first five days of every month, for the rest of the month.
- If a specific Military Lv. is not reached, Chu Shi Biao purchases may be limited based on the time of the month.
- Chu Shi Biao cannot be purchased on the last day of the month.
- Military EXP, Military Lv., Trainee, Elite Soldier, and other Chu Shi Biao related content resets monthly.
- Unclaimed rewards from the previous month cannot be recovered. Make sure to claim all rewards before midnight on 8/31 (Sat).
4. Commander, Passive, and Unit Type Rebalancing
1) Commander Rebalancing
- The epic Northern Expedition is featured in the final chapters of Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
(The upcoming update will rebalance many commanders involved in the Northern Expedition.)
- If you own any of the changed Commander Passives, you will lose those Passives after the update.
- If any Commander Passives are removed, players who have recruited the affected commanders will receive a letter containing Passive Points after the update.
2) Passive Rebalancing
- The "Comeback" passive has been rebalanced.
- This passive no longer guarantees a successful second attack/counterattack after a failed first attack/counterattack.
- Comeback: During Double Attack and Double Counterattack, the second attack/counterattack always inflicts damage and ignores Special Attack Immunity, Double Attack Immunity, and Critical Attack Immunity.
3) Unit Type Rebalancing
- Pantheran unit type rebalanced.
- AGI Boost % (12) changed to Attack DEF Rate Pierce (10).
- Reach Confuse changed to Feral Swiftness.
- Feral Swiftness: AGI +12% and Enemy Counterattack Damage -30%.
5. Additional Commander Exclusive Artifacts
- 6 types of Commander Exclusive Artifacts added.
- The following Commander Exclusive Artifacts can be obtained through other sources besides crafting.
※ Commanders can equip other commander's Exclusive Artifacts.
However, the Exclusive Artifact's special effect only activates when equipped by the Exclusive Artifact's specific commander.
(Example 1) Sima Yi equips Sima Yi's Sky Wind Fan → Wind Tactics Synergy % and Tactics ACC + effects are applied
(Example 2) Pang Tong equips Sima Yi's Sky Wind Fan → Wind Tactics Synergy % and Tactics ACC + effects are disabled
6. Loot Shop and Exchange Center
1) Loot Shop Inventory Changed
- All Out War Box E and Big All Out War Box E with new Commander Skins and Commander Exclusive Artifacts have been added.
- While the Commander Skins will be the same as those available in All Out War Box C and Big All Out War Box D, the Commander Exclusive Artifacts will be different.
- Big All Out War Box D will be discontinued following this update.
- Special Exchange Center #5 will be available beginning with the next PvP Season.
- This Exchange Center will remain active after the August update until 9/30 (Mon) at 12:00 AM (UTC +8). A separate announcement will be made if there are any schedule changes.
- If you obtain a duplicate Commander Exclusive Artifact from the All Out War Box or Big All Out War Box,
you will receive additional Special Vouchers.
- Currently, 120 Special Vouchers are given for duplicate artifacts. After the August update, 240 Special Vouchers will be given.
- The number of Special Vouchers given for obtaining a duplicate Commander Skin remains the same.
Special Exchange Center #5 Added
- Sima Yi, Zhang He, and Zhang Chunhua Skins and Exclusive Artifacts added to the Weapon Box sold every week on Fri/Sat/Sun.
- The rest of the content remains unchanged.
Weapon Exchange Center Changes
- Commander Exclusive Artifacts, Skins, and Expressions sold at the Weapon Exchange Center will be changed to match the update.
2) Battleground Exchange Center Inventory Changed
- Commander Skins available in the Battleground Exchange Center will now change to match the current PvP season.
- EXP Fruit and Edicts are now available in the Battleground Exchange Center.
- Artifact Crafting Manual (Zhou Tai) will be replaced with Artifact Crafting Manual (Deng Ai) in the Battleground Exchange Center.
8. PvP Schedule Change and Loss Reward Improvements
1) PvP Schedule Change
- PvP Brawl Battleground frequency changed from 2 to 1 per rotation.
- Starting 8/29 (Thu), Brawl Battlegrounds will begin once every 7 weeks.

2) PvP Loss Reward Improvements
- 50-man Commander Box Rewards improved.
- The improved 50-man Commander Box can be obtained from all Battlegrounds.
- Added a feature that allows players to decline obtaining 50-man Commander Boxes from the PvP Chest Info screen.
- Up to 5 50-man Commander Boxes can be obtained each day per Battleground, including declined boxes.
- It takes 3 hours for a 50-man Commander Box to open.
※ All Battlegrounds: Slayer, Fencer, Craftsman, Sage King, God of War, Conqueror
9. Trial of the Gates Breakthrough Increase
- The max number of gates you can Breakthrough has been increased from 18 to 24.
- Breakthrough and ration requirements for the additional gates are shown in the chart below.
- Rations required up to Gate 18 remain unchanged.
- Warlords who have played the Trial of the Gates or have simply entered the Lobby this week (8/26 (Mon) - before maintenance on 8/29 (Thu))
can increase the number of available gates starting next week (9/2 (Mon) - 9/8 (Sun)).
※ The max number of gates will not be increased during the update week (8/26 (Mon) - 9/1 (Sun)).
※ The number of available gates will increase starting the week after the update (9/2 (Mon) - 9/8 (Sun)).
- All 24 gates will be available after maintenance for Warlords who have not entered the Trial of the Gates lobby this week (8/26 (Mon) - before maintenance on 8/29 (Thu)).

10. New Commander Skins
- A total of 6 commander skins will be added—Sima Yi, Zhang Chunhua, Zhang He, Deng Ai, Zhong Hui, and Cao Zhen.
11. Convenience Improvements
1) Quick Formation added for Quest Expedition and Auto Quest
- Quick Formation is now available for Quest Expeditions and Auto Quests.
2) Using Ancestral Tablets to Unequip Relics
- Currently, equipped relics cannot be removed unless inherited (replaced) by another relic.
- After the update, Ancestral Tablets can be used to retrieve (unequip) equipped relics.
- Once a relic is retrieved, its slot will become empty.
- If you own the maximum number of relics, equipped relics cannot be retrieved.
If that happens, you can disassemble relics you don't need to create more space.
- Relics can be retrieved (unequipped) through the following steps.
· Select the relic to be retrieved and tap the Change button.
· Tap the Retrieve button to the right of the list of owned relics.
· Choose the Ancestral Tablet to be used in the recovery.
Both Azure Dragon Ancestral Tablets and Vermilion Bird Ancestral Tablets can be used to retrieve relics.
If you don't have enough Ancestral Tablets, retrieval will fail. Different types of Ancestral Tablets cannot be mixed together.
(Example 1) 20 Azure Dragon Ancestral Tablets and 20 Vermilion Bird Ancestral Tablets owned → Attempt to retrieve 1 relic → Failed to retrieve relic
(Example 2) 25 Azure Dragon Ancestral Tablets and 20 Vermilion Bird Ancestral Tablets owned → Attempt to retrieve 1 relic → Retrieval successful by using 25 Azure Dragon Ancestral Tablets
- The number of Four Gods Ancestral Tablets required to retrieve relics is as follows:
· ◆ 1: Four Gods Ancestral Tablet x25
· ◆ 2: Four Gods Ancestral Tablet x65
· ◆ 3: Four Gods Ancestral Tablet x180
· ◆ 4: Four Gods Ancestral Tablet x600
3) Artifact Upgrade Cost Reduced
- The cost to upgrade Lv. 1-7 Commander Exclusive Artifacts, 7★ artifacts, and crafted artifacts has been reduced.
(400,000 Silver Coins → 300,000 Silver Coins)
- You will need 12 Artifact Upgrade Permits to upgrade Lv. 0-7 artifacts.
- The cost to upgrade 1-6★ artifacts has not been reduced.
- The upgrade cost for Lv. 8+ artifacts has also not been changed. (400,000 Silver Coins or 16 Artifact Upgrade Permits)
4) Guaranteed Upgrade System
- A system has been added that gives a 100% chance of upgrading Lv. 0-7 artifacts.
- Select the artifact you'd like a 100% chance of upgrading, then tap the '+' button to increase the upgrade value up to Lv. 7.
- The '-' button can be used to lower the chosen upgrade level.
- Guaranteed Upgrade can't be used passed Lv. 7.
- Guaranteeing a Lv. 2-7 upgrade doubles its cost.
Since Lv. 1 upgrades are already a guaranteed success, its cost will remain the same.
- It will cost 2 free upgrade chances from VIP Benefits to guarantee 1 upgrade level.
· VIP Lv. 13-14 can guarantee up to 1 level of upgrade. The remaining free upgrade can only be used for a normal upgrade.
· VIP Lv. 15 can guarantee 2 levels of upgrades.
5) Passive Selection System
A. Introduction
- This is a new system that allows you to use Upgrade Effect Vouchers to add an Upgrade Effect of your choice to an artifact.
- Obtain 1 Upgrade Effect Voucher by adding a Lv. 6 Upgrade Effect to an artifact.
- Obtain 2 Upgrade Effect Vouchers by adding a Lv. 12 Upgrade Effect to an artifact.
- You can obtain the same number of Upgrade Effect Vouchers as above when using VIP Benefits to add Upgrade Effects to an artifact.
- Upgrade Effect Vouchers can be used from the Add Passive tab in the Craft Artifacts menu or from Item Storage.
- Collect and use Upgrade Effect Vouchers to add an Upgrade Effect of your choice to a selected artifact.
- If your chosen Upgrade Effect has numeric variables, it will be added to the selected artifact at its maximum value.
B. Selecting Passives
- Choose the Add Passives tab from the Craft Artifacts menu.
- Select an artifact to add an Upgrade Effect.
- Select the Upgrade Effect Lv. you wish to apply.
- If you have enough Upgrade Effect Vouchers, tap the Select button.
· Adding a Lv. 6 Upgrade Effect requires 96 Upgrade Effect Vouchers.
· Adding a Lv. 12 Upgrade Effect requires 960 Upgrade Effect Vouchers.
- Select a Upgrade Effect from the selection window and tap the Select button.
- Once the Upgrade Effect is added, tap the Confirm button in the completion window.
- If you tap the Cancel button, you will be returned to the previous screen and your Upgrade Effect Vouchers will not be consumed.
C. Awakened Four Gods Duration Improvements
- The following rules only apply within the first 120 minutes (2 hr) of the Awakened Four Gods being summoned.
· The Awakened Four Gods will not disappear, even if their HP falls to 0.
· This will improve Awakened Four Gods content playability.
Following the update, entering an Awakened Four Gods Battle will put you up against the Awakened Four Gods at 100% HP.
- The original rules apply 120 minutes (2 hr) after the Awakened Four Gods have been summoned.
· Your expedition ends as soon as the Awakened God's HP falls to 0.
· If the Awakened God's HP falls to 0 due to a specific warlord's attack during a group battle, however,
the other warlords can continue attacking the Awakened God and earn rewards
based on the amount of damage dealt during the battle.
1) Effect Name Changes
- Some effect names were changed for better clarity.
- The actual effects remain unchanged.
2) Effects Display Updated
- Displayed descriptions have been adjusted so players can better understand how the AoE has been affected.
12. Bug Fixes and Improvements
- [Meng Mei's Trial] Fixed an issue wherein the amount of damage done by the final attack was not recorded if it caused the enemy's HP to fall to 0.
- [Artifact] Fixed an issue wherein the Jade Fan received physical attack-related passives.
- [Quest] Fixed an issue wherein multiple commanders were deployed at the same location in certain quests.
- [Story] Fixed an issue wherein players would be defeated even after successfully luring Zhang He during the Footsteps in Time scenario in Zhuge Liang Story (Ch. 3).
- [Story] Fixed an issue wherein players could enter scenarios other than the first one when Eternal Story Mode was reset using Chronicles.
- [Alliance] Fixed an issue wherein the available rewards for completing an Alliance Quest right after creating an Alliance was displayed differently for each position.
- [Alliance] Improved Expressions On/Off in Chat Settings for the Alliance Community Bulletin.
- [Alliance] Fixed an issue wherein editing a post type in the Alliance Community Bulletin
did not immediately apply changes.
- [Alliance] New Alliance members from each province can now claim Awakened Four Gods Expedition Rewards.
- [Commander] Revised incorrect information in Zhang Ji's bio.
- [UI] Fixed an issue wherein using a Secret Training Manual from Item Storage caused screens to overlap.
- (Addition) [UI] Added the Battleground button to the Battle icon.
- (Addition) [Item] Obtaining a Secret Training Manual will now send the item to Storage instead of forcing players to use it immediately.

And among your feedbacks, we have found several inquiries that have been repeatedly asked and to answer your inquiries, we have drawn up some general Q&As for you below. Q&A
1. Are you able to sync up your mobile account on the PC version?
A: You cannot access Romance of the Three Kingdoms: Legend of CaoCao (Tactics) PC with your mobile account and vice versa.
2. Why are the mobile users visible on the User Ranking page?
A: Romance of the Three Kingdoms: Legend of CaoCao (Tactics) PC shares the same server with the mobile platform to enhance all your in-game experiences (mentioned below) and therefore partial ranking systems will include mobile users. All the Ranking Systems listed below will include both the PC and Mobile users:
(Individual Ranking) Annihilation Battle/ Practice Battle/ military power/ PvP/ Meng Mei’s trial
(Alliance Ranking) Vitality/ PvP (Points)/ PvP Top Rank/ Annihilation Top Rank
3. Why is the server shared with mobile users?
A: Annihilation battles, PvP Battles, and Alliance Battles require larger user pool and therefore, to maximize your enjoyment in the game and to create challenges, we have decided to share the server with Mobile users.

[Notice] August Bingo Event Issue: Resolved
This is the ROTK Support Team.
An issue that disabled certain Bingo slot from being opened occurred during the Bingo Event that began on Aug 12.
However, this has been resolved on Aug 13 3:10 AM(UTC).
[Error Details]
1 Bingo Slot could not be opened, and thus the reward was not claimable.
If the certain Slot was chosen when lighting a Star, Constellation Sand was not consumed and the reward was not sent.
The error is currently fixed, and you can claim the reward normally.
