SAVED GAME ISSUE WITH LATEST UPDATE

It was brought to my attention this morning that when installing the latest update your game data is reset. This was NOT supposed to happen and I apologize for the issue. Even though this is Early Access and things like this happen, I still don't want players to feel like they wasted time unlocking features of the game just to have it wiped away. I have found what caused the issue and will make sure it doesn't happen again.

Thankfully, because your stats are saved in the leaderboards, and unlocks in achievements, im working on a quick update that SHOULD pull down that information and reapply it to your current game. My apologies for the issue, but feel free to keep playing as I'll make sure it adds your new kills to your previous mark as well :)

Until its uploaded the version has been bumped back to the previous update.

I'll let you know if there are any bumps with making this work but it will hopefully be up in the next day or so.

Get ready for EXPLODABLES!!!!!!

Features

  • Added explodable crates (to go along with ammo and health crates) When you touch them they explode hurting zombies around you
  • Pressing Down+Jump now allows you to fall through floors (you still have to jump off of stairs)


Weapons

  • Added 3 Magazine types (two of which include additional weapon upgrades on top of just Ammo carried)
  • Added two additional Melee weapons


Balance

  • Less Zombie Surprise in boxes
  • More Health crates appear in game.


Environment

  • Room6 (Circus) The floating balloons now contain a life or ammo crate, explode when shot or just pop.
  • Room5 (Cherubs) I altered the width of the floor area to keep the zombies from an infinite loop of falling from the ceiling.

  • Fixed health crate not working issues
  • Doors now reset to closed when you restart a game and at the end of the tutorial
  • Rebinding controls now work correctly in Options
  • Arsenal images now show as unlocked when unlocked
  • Room3 - Charred remains no longer float.
  • Melee weapons can now land on furniture and stairwells
  • You can pick up a melee weapon when doing a shoulder charge
  • Tutorial text no longer appears cutoff at times

About the Game



A brand new arcade puzzler from Gamesare Studios, Invoking the memory of classic arcade cabinet games but adding a new twist. Jump on the blocks as the titular character Quadle, changing the block colors till they are red. Once red they fall away. Eliminate all blocks on the screen to go to the next level. Be careful not to corner yourself into a situation where you can jump to the next block.

With three worlds and a initial offering of 96 levels there is plenty of arcade puzzle action to frustrate I mean to enjoy. Of course just when you think you g0t the hang of it, Quadle is introduced to new suprises, like switch panels, spring beams, drop blocks and more. Can you get through all 96 levels?

For those of you wanting more punishment er I mean challenge, use the Steam Workshop level editor to design your own boards and share them with friends via Steam Workshop, and check out the puzzles they create!

Say hello to melee weapons! Occasionally you'll see a zombie waking around with an ax in their head. Feel free to take it! Just shoulder charge or slaughter them to knock it free! Also added Achievements!

  • replaced grenades with melee weapons that can be found sticking in zombies, and are dropped by killing or shoulder charging zombies.  You can also throw the melee weapon

This latest update is a pretty big one! Includes modified rooms, new Kill Traps, and a new weapon!

Features

  • Room unlocks as a "Random Start" room if you survive a round in it
  • Every 5th round the lights go out, and you have to survive in the dark
  • New Kill Trap in the Circus Room (no more laughing gas)
  • If you or the enemies walk into a flame you/they catch fire

  • Added Grenade Launcher Receiver


Balance

  • Changed the Circus Room layout
  • Changed the Kitchen layout


Bug Fixes

  • Some minor graphic issues, nothing of note.

SURPRISE!!! It's mid-week update #4! Since I was late on the last couple updates I tried to be early on this one, and it's a good one!
