Attention Survivors:

- Added independent rankings for Death Race Mode;

- Optimized Death Race Mode effects;
- Optimized item box effects in Death Race Mode;
- Added sound effects for helicopter and vehicle collisions in Death Race Mode;
- Adjusted the trajectory and increased the launch speed of grenades;

- Added a function to preview lobby themes;
4. Bug Fixes
- Fixed the photo cropping issue in 'Personal Space';
- Fixed the issue of missing P90 trajectory in the Death Race Mode;
- Added takeoff and propeller effects for the helicopter;
- Added effects at bullet impact points on vehicles;
- Added sound effects for vehicle explosions;
- Improved Aim Assist in Death Race Mode;
- Adjusted the engine power of vehicles in Death Race Mode;
- Fixed the issue where vehicle gets stuck in the terrain in Death Race Mode. Vehicles that are stuck for 4 seconds will automatically be repositioned;
- Fixed an issue in Death Race Mode where the item list remains even after a player has tapped to pick items from the trunk.

Steam Update(VAC)
We are continuing to test and work with Steam on implementing VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) to assist with cheater prevention. Please stay tuned and we will keep updated the newest progress.
Cheaters Update
What We Did During June 29th - July 5th
1. 217,543 More Survivors were Banned from Rules of Survival for having been caught cheating or using illegal methods within Rules of Survival.
2. Continually discovering the various ESP, Aimbots, Fast Landing & Super Jump third party plug-ins, along with others that cheaters have used to compromise Rules of Survival and upgraded our Anti-Cheat Systems to compensate for them.
3. We are continuing to BAN DEVICES** in order to bring fairness back to Rules of Survival and punish those that ruin the game.
4. During Every Maintenance Period, there was an upgrade in detecting 3rd party plug-ins being used in conjunction with Rules of Survival.
5. Ban Appeals are continually being processed and taken care of by our customer support team.
*NEW: Enhanced detection of data-modifying plugins. Increased speed and accuracy of several anti-hack measures.

In-Game Issues
Not Receiving Diamonds
Status:
Some users have experienced not receiving Diamonds after purchase. We are currently investigating what is causing the issue, however there is a record of it recorded on our system once payment is made, nothing is lost.
Recommendation:
If you are a PC User:
The issue may be fixed by tapping to scan the payment again with your mobile phone but Do Not Pay Again. Then cancel out. This may help to refresh the system. If the issue persists, please send an e-mail to gamerulesofsurvival@service.netease.com and include your in-game name/ID, Server, along with any relevant information about your payment.
If you are a Mobile User:
You will need to submit a support ticket in-game through the CS Center, you can find this by going to Settings.
Other In-Game Issues
1. If you are a Mobile User and experience any other in-game issues, it is best to to go "Settings" & "CS Center" and submit a support ticket (This includes issues with purchases, or lost guest accounts, however please follow the previous links for Ban Appeals).

Patch Notes On July 4th 2018 | "Reposition" Button Added for Your Vehicle!
Attention Survivors:
Rules of Survival will be updated from Jul.3-4 with the aim of improving your gaming experience. Check maintenance times below to see when it takes place in your region.
In order to optimize game performance, this week’s maintenance will start 1 hour earlier than usual, please get prepared!
- Character's level up experience has been added to Daily Activity Rewards;
- Added a feature to reposition your vehicle if your vehicle is stuck for a long time. A "Reposition" button will pop up should this happen;
2. General Experience
- Added new Death Race Mode content in Journey;
- Obtained items can now be displayed in Chat;
- Helicopter's pick-up radius in Death Race Mode has been increased;
- Adjusted the distribution and refresh rate of some items in Death Race Mode;
3. UI
- Optimized the icon on the right-side that is used to move the helicopter up and down;
4.Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug preventing players from switching to grenades when using spray paint;
- Fixed a bug where the game does not display properly on some iPhone X devices;
- Resolved issue preventing players from joining the Lucky Carnival when it appears after you refresh the page;
- Fixed the issue of long delays when choosing vehicles in Death Race Mode;
- Optimized Death Race Mode performance;
- Bug that causes some weapons in Death Race Mode to damage the user them has been fixed;
- Adjusted the visual range of light columns that indicate the location of airdrops in Death Race Mode.

Steam Update
1. As many of you have already noticed, Rules of Survival is back on Steam ;)
2. In the past, we enabled family sharing for players' convenience, but found that this function was abused by some people, which against out intention and also undermines the fairness of the game. After the discussion with Steam, we decided to disable this function currently. Thanks for all your understanding.
3. We are also working with Steam on implementing VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) to assist in preventing cheating on Steam. We will update you as soon as there is new information regarding this and we will continue to implement the in-house measures below.

1. New Content
- Added a Death Race game mode. Players need to download and install the latest installation package before they can access the new mode. This mode can accommodate up to 15 teams of 4 players each. The captain can choose any suitable vehicle from a roadster, battle jeep, off-road car and a pickup. Each team drives the same car. Players need to make full use of the setting and resources available as they race freely and do battle on Ghillie Island. The last team standing wins the game.
- S2 has officially ended, and S3 has begun. Unlock the S3 Special Training Manual and complete the special training missions for special training points. Advance the training level to receive the corresponding special training reward. Unlock the distinction order to receive more bonus distinction orders as rewards;
Once the new season begins, the rank data of the Ranked Games, the current Season Battle Results, and Journey data will all be cleared. All players who have participated in the Ranked Games will receive season rewards according to their tiers.
Tier Master: 50 Advanced Supply Tickets, Tiger with Rose (S2 commemorative set), S2 Master Badge.
Tier Diamond: 33 Advanced Supply Tickets, Tiger with Rose (S2 commemorative set), S2 Elite Badge.
Tier Platinum: 25 Advanced Supply Tickets, Tiger with Rose (S2 commemorative set).
Tier Gold: 16 Advanced Supply Tickets, Tiger with Rose (S2 commemorative set).
Tier Silver: 8 Advanced Supply Tickets.
Tier Bronze: 5 Advanced Supply Tickets.
- Activated the character level system. Players can gain experience to upgrade the level of their character by fighting in battles (other than custom rooms) or by taking part in the special training described in the manual in order to receive gift packs of the corresponding level.
- Added room card items. Players can buy and use 1-day, 7-day, or 30-day room cards from the Gift Pack page of the Store to obtain the permission to create a custom room for the corresponding number of days. There is a limitation of 1000 custom rooms for each server. Players cannot create a room even though they have obtained the permission once 1000 rooms have been created.
- Added a friend recruitment system where players can invite friends to play the game. Invite more friends to get more rewards!
2. General Experience
- Optimized the sounds of the suppressor.
- When a bullet hits a barbed wire fence, there is a certain probability that it will penetrate the barbed wire fence and continue.
- Improved artistic effects. Optimized the visual effects of sports drinks and airdrop supply boxes.

Steam Update
1. We are working closely with Steam to have Rules of Survival put back on the Store ASAP and will provide updates as soon as the situation changes.
2. If you already own Rules of Survival on Steam, your game data is safe and you can continue playing as normal.
3. We are aware of some performance issues with the Steam version and are working on optimizations.
Cheaters Update
Dear Survivors,
We are aware of the frusturation many are experiencing with the cheating issue (especially tele-kills) and wish to make it a bit more transparent to our players. While our anti-hacking team works daily on preventing hacks/third party programs from being used on the game, the hackers are doing the same, it is a difficult battle that is constantly being waged. We, however, will not stop, we will continue to upgrade our anti-cheating measures, ban cheaters, and monitor/take legal action against channels that spread cheating/hacking information.

- Terrain Optimization: Improved building aesthetics by optimizing lighting; optimized vegetation aesthetics, and also adjusted the overall density of vegetation. Made significant improvements to the visual effects and cover offered by fields of flowers and of wheat on two maps.
- Optimized shooting and reloading while leaning in all modes;
- Sound effects of melee weapons hitting an objects and enemies added;
- King and Bronze tier players cannot form teams;

- Optimized and updated the "More Games" icon in the Lobby;
4. Bug Fixes
- Fixed the problem where red packets may not be awarded after the player dies or exits the game in team mode;

Regarding the Removal of Rules of Survival from the Steam Store
Hi Survivors,
There has been much speculation about the sudden removal of RoS from Steam today, we would like to clear up some of the information that has been spreading.
1. The Steam Store page has been archived and is unavailable to new survivors at this point. We are currently working with Steam to get it back up ASAP.
2. We would like to reassure survivors that if you have already purchased the game, your game data is safe and you can still continue to play the game now, without any interruption.

1. New Content
- Spray paint content added. Players now can purchase sprays from the store and preselect up to 3 sprays at 'Looks - Warehouse - Spray', which are displayed in throwables. Players can tag anything in the game with their pre-selected sprays!
- The Lobby now supports the display of vehicle skins. The School Campus theme supports the Night Shadow series, while the Fearless Fiord themes support the Phoenix serious (motorcycle).
- The Mercenary Lobby's UI has been updated and a filter for mercenaries has been added.
- Monthly offers will be updated after the Jun. 19-20 maintenance (exact time depending on the time zone), it's the last chance to grab the Crimson Viper!
2. General Experience
- The max. number of matches displayed in the Journey System has been set to 100.
- FPS mode now supports the use of the Eye Icon, which allows the player to rotate the camera.
- Optimized vehicle acoustics.
- Continued improvement of anti-hack measures.
3. UI
- A new option has been added to the Lobby interface, 'MORE'. This option contains multiple game modes, such as Gold Mode, Diamond Mode, and Custom Mode.
- The links to download FPS DLC and the Fearless Fiord map have been moved to the 'More' interface.
- The Lobby interface now displays all of the game modes that are not under 'MORE'. Players can now select game mode and then select their preferred map before starting a game.
- A brief introduction to each game mode has been added. Players now can tap the '?' icon in the top right corner of each game mode to learn more.
