Release Postponed

Hi everyone! We had to shift the release date to April 5th to tie up loose ends with a Bug gang. Sorry for this little hiccup. While we have a big showdown here, you can take this time to get ready for your own clan warfare. Stay tuned!

Sneak Peek #12. Arms shop

The law allows to carry a weapon and makes this store the underground life's center, which brings a good income. While the city's punks are buying pistols, serious mafiosi choose powerful toys. If you need a special weapon, it can be found only here. Let's say your opponent is so thick-skinned that he doesn't care about simple bullets. Buy a box of head bursters, and he will know the pain.

Sneak Peek #11. Butchery

The second place, after the bar, in order of importance for the city folk is the butchery. After all, besides entertaining drinks, they need nourishing food. The only thing that darkens the role of the good-natured shop owner is the muffled cries, reaching from the basement at night. It is how the Family gets information from competitors. With a pretty wide tools arsenal it is not difficult. There, in the basement, they get rid of those who could not survive the interrogation.

Sneak Peek #10. Prohibition in the United States

Prohibition in the United States was a nationwide constitutional ban on the production, importation, transportation, and sale of alcoholic beverages from 1920 to 1933. But people continued drinking alcohol, moreover, the demand was only higher. In many respects it was possible thanks to the mafia, which was able to coordinate the work of engaged in this activity people, for example, the moonshiners (shadowy Kentucky corn makers) and the bootleggers (smugglers), and also could own "speakeasies".

"Speakeasy" is a legal bar or restaurant offering food, live music and various performances, where, using high signs, people could get illegal fire-water in a tea cup. Police agents being often in the hall, it was necessary to make orders quietly, therefore the institutions were so named. Later, police corruption reached untold proportions, the such places owners began to bribe the police so that they would not bother or warn about planned raids.

Due to prohibition, the cocktails era began: in the case of police raids bartenders quickly mixed alcohol with soft drinks to muffle taste and smell.
The alcohol of poor quality with a high content of fusel oils was often sold, and contraband decent alcoholic beverages were diluted, so to hide it, bartenders started adding ice into drinks.

Sneak Peek #9. Allan Smith "Pharaoh"

He is a gimper, an honorary policeman of the year, he has Duty Valor gold badge.
After his teammate was killed by the Russians, he flew off the handle: first, he was drunk for 2 months, and then he came to the station and killed everyone who was there, even detained girls and homeless people, shouting “Where were you when Johnny was killed ?!"
He was declared insane and served a term in a psychiatric hospital, where experimental methods of treatment for paranoia and psychosis were used on him.
A very helpful person in the Family, because he knows the whole police kitchen from the inside. He does any work silently and without question.
Looking after him is necessary, nobody knows when Pharaoh will again decide to arrange a massacre.
