The Coming Rage - Helmet
Melee Hits generate 1 stack of Rage, plus 1 stack for each Critical Level. At 50 stacks, go Berserk, quickly draining Rage and increasing attack and movement speed by 50% until Rage runs out.

Colossus - 2H Axe
25% chance on Hit to increase your Total Damage and Size by 5%. Stacks up to 10 times. Lose 1 stack every 4 seconds.


Shaman's Flamestaff - Staff
20% chance when you hit with Firebolt to gain Ignition. While you have Ignition, your next Fireball instantly gains full charge when cast and costs no mana.


Dawnfire - Bow
15% chance on Critical Hit to spawn a small star which radiates 100% combined weapon damage per second to nearby enemies for 5 seconds.


Aetherblast Arc - Bow
Critical Hits have a 15% chance to spawn an Unstable Rune which orbits the target. When Hit by you, the Rune detonates for 150% of the attack's damage in an AoE. Unstable Runes cannot be detonated by other Unstable Runes and most AoE damage effects.


Frostshard Core - Focus
Frostbolt grants you 1 stack of Accumulating Frost. At 5 stacks, your next Frostbolt becomes an Ice Lance, piercing targets and dealing 50% increased damage.

Displacer Blade - 1H Dagger
Kills reset the cooldown of Flash Dagger.

Stormweaver's Girdle - Belt
15% chance on Critical Hit to mark enemies with an electric charge that increases the number of chains from chain lightning effects on them by 1 per stack. Max 3 stacks.

Swiftshot Sash - Belt
25% chance on Critical Hit to regain 1 charge of Rapid Fire. 50% chance on Supercrit.

Windrunner's Greaves - Boots
15% chance on Critical Hit to increase your movement speed by 30% for 1.5 seconds.

The Forgeborne Awakening

No longer confined to the rigidity of their mechanical origins, they pulse with the untamed forces of the elements. The Forgeborne represent a new pinnacle of mystical craftsmanship. These formidable entities are not just creations; they are evolutions. In the crucible of magic and metallurgy, they have found a new state of being, transcending their functional past to become true champions of elemental power.

The Construct Tag has been replaced with Forgeborne. All previous references to Constructs now refer to Forgeborne.

SKILLS


Construct Power Mech has been replaced with Forge Flamebound Titan
New Pact Effect: Gain Level 2 Fire Weapon Enchant - Physical Hits Ignite for 10% of the damage inflicted.

Construct Vanguard Mech has been replaced with Forge Frostbound Titan
New Pact Effect: Gain Level 2 Ice Weapon Enchant - Physical Hits apply a 4% Chill for 3 seconds. Stacks up to 5 times.

New Skill: Forge Stormbound Titan
Forge a Stormbound Titan to fight for you. Hold Skill Modifier (default: Left Alt) while casting to dismiss.

Pact Effect: Gain Level 2 Lightning Weapon Enchant - Physical Hits have a 30% chance to chain lightning to 2 additional targets for 20% of the damage.

All 3 new Titans have a unique nova attack with a 6 second cooldown.

Dev Note: All 3 new Titans are also using the new AI Behavior system that is driving the slew of new enemies from the Frontiers update. They should still look and behave mostly like the old mechs, but this new system makes it quick and easy to add new special abilities and unique behavior, and allows for skills like the new Invoke Pact. All minions will be getting a small makeover as they're converted to this new system.

New Skill: Forge Guardian Drone
Forge a stationary Guardian Drone that Guards all allies within 1000 range. Guarded targets receive 10% less damage, generate 25% less threat, and transfer 30% of damage received to the Guardian Drone.

New Skill: Forge Concussive Spidermine
Forge a large Concussive Spidermine to fight for you. Concussive Spidermines seek out targets and then detonate, destroying themselves, damaging nearby targets and inflicting heavy Resilience Damage.

New Skill: Invoke Pact
Command your Pact Minion to activate their special ability.

GAMEPLAY


Invasion Overhaul


Invasions are now activated from the Obelisk in Town. The Obelisk also allows you to manually set your Invasion level based on the highest level of Invasion you've completed. Maps are no longer randomly invaded. The Obelisk will unlock after defeating the Act 4 Boss on Commander difficulty.

Difficulty Unlocks


Both Captain and Commander difficulties are unlocked after completing the campaign on Normal difficulty. All enemies above Normal difficulty are level 30.

Dev Note: The campaign is now long enough that new characters are level 30 upon completing it on Normal. Now it's up to you to determine what level of challenge you want instead of having to complete Captain difficulty first.

New Random Event - Mini-Dungeon


Completing any random encounter has a small chance to spawn a portal to a mini dungeon with its own boss and treasure room. Every treasure room contains 4 chests, 1 of which contains a specific type of guaranteed loot. The type of loot is indicated by the color of the portal:

Blue: 2 Pieces of Enchanted Equipment
Orange: 1 Piece of Legendary Equipment
Red: 25 Runestones and 5 Favored Runestones
Yellow: 50 bags of Gold
Green: 10 of each non-Favored crafting item, chance for Favored crafting items

  • Spell Effect Notification - Popup texts now alert you when buffs and debuffs are applied. On by default. Can be toggled in Gameplay settings.
  • New Skill Bar art and layout
  • Items can now be sold at The Gambler
  • A new Shrine type "Fortune" can now spawn - Increases Magic Find by 100% for 30 seconds.
  • Added a "Reset" button to the Flask menu
  • Added icons for equipment type and skill to tooltips
  • Gloves and Belt filters have been added to the stash filter list
  • New charge up meter art changes when you're charging a mana or stamina skill.
  • New circular charge meter added to center screen.
  • New options to toggle charge meters and adjust size of center meter.

Sendatu's Fury - 1H Sword
Bladecrest projectiles grant 1 stack of Divine Resonance on hit. At 20 stacks or after 3 seconds, the effect bursts, dealing 5% combined weapon damage per stack to all nearby targets. Damage area increases with stacks. Damage doubled while wielding two Sendatu's Fury.

Sendatu's Grace - 1H Sword
Bladecrest projectiles grant 1 stack of Divine Resonance on hit. At 20 stacks or after 3 seconds, the effect bursts, casting (Brutality/Haste/Precision/Lethality/Undying Will) on you and nearby allies at 1% increased Boon Intensity per stack. Bonus increased to 2% per stack while wielding two Sendatu's Grace.

Dev Note: The boon assigned to Sendatu's Grace is randomly rolled. Dual-wielding two Sendatu's Grace with different boons will apply both.

New Talent: Aspect of the Razorcat - 20% chance on hit to Bleed the target for 100% of the damage inflicted and gain 1 stack of Feral Momentum. Killing a target grants 1 stack of Feral Momentum. Feral Momentum increases movement speed by 5% per stack for 6 seconds, up to 5 stacks.

Wildshot talent removed.

Aspect of the Wolf Rework
Old Version: On hit, manifest the Aspect of the Wolf for 5 seconds. Aspect of the Wolf gives your Hits a 30% chance to hit an additional time. After losing Aspect of the Wolf, you cannot gain it again for 5 seconds.

New Version: 20% chance for your Hits to Hit an additional time. Hits with arrows count as Melee Hits.

Dev Note: The second half of this talent is unchanged. Aspect of the Wolf now causes arrows to proc the effects of Berserker Sash and Arcane Weapon, which are Melee Hit effects. You'll still need Innate Magic in order to cast Arcane Weapon with a bow equipped.

New Talent: Familiar - Gain a familiar that floats around you and echoes your Projectile spell casts at 50% damage. 0.5 second cooldown between spell casts.

  • Clarified tooltip to read that damage is dealt as Spell Damage.
