New Staff Animations, New Skill: Mana Well, Spectral Claw Rework
Hey everyone, here's a small update while work continues on Act 3 and more content!
NEW
New idle and run animations for Staff.
SKILLS
Replaced Spectral Claw as a default secondary skill on Staffs with Mana Well.
Mana Well Create a well of mana that increases your Mana Regen by 30 while you stand inside. Lasts for 5 seconds. Well only affects the caster. Tags: Spell Cooldown: 10s
Dev Note: Mana Well has no resource cost and can reach 100% uptime with cooldown reduction, but you'll need to stand your ground to use it effectively!
Spectral Claw Rework Cleave enemies with a Spectral Claw for 400% combined weapon damage spread among all enemies hit. Inflicts 2 Hits on each target. Tags: Melee, Strike, Spell Mana Cost: 70 Stamina Cost: 70 Cooldown: 2s
Spectral Claw has been added to the Skill Merchant and can now randomly roll on equipment.
TALENTS
Spell Sniper now increases Projectile Spell damage by 10%, in addition to its existing effects.
IMPROVED
Added a new general tooltip to the Talent menu Removed collision from the totem spawned by Astaroth's Idol
FIXED
Fixed shield skills dealing significantly less damage than intended due to not scaling with implicit mod level properly. Fixed a bug with Magic Missile that would consume mana without creating a missile when you first cast the spell. Potential fix for resurrection bugs.
Loading Screen Update
Loading screens now use the new Rune Knights logo
Cheaper Skills - Have a good weekend!
The price of Last Word and skills from the skill merchant have been halved.
Greater Minion Buffs
NEW Minion skills now show the Minion's Base Damage and Base Health values on their tooltip.
BALANCE Summon Greater Spider Base Damage: 120 -> 250
Summon Greater Zombie Base Damage: 138 -> 287.5 Damage Per Level: 28 -> 28.75
FIXED Corrected the tooltip on the Unorthodox legendary Shield. This item grants the Shield Spikes talent, not Vicious Block.
Dye Fix
Dye can no longer be used on Legendary items. (They couldn't be dyed anyway, but this could interfere with some item effects.)
Strike Skill Fixes
Fixed Savage Strike and Lacerating Strike dealing less damage than intended while Dual Wielding.
Fixed Arc Slash not receiving damage bonuses for Area Effects.
Thunderbolt - Mana Cost: 65 -> 70
Enemy Hit Reaction Update
NEW
Enemies now react to melee hits with physical animations. (This is experimental, if this doesn't cause too many bugs then it will be expanded to arrows and spells.)
Added a notification when a new difficulty is unlocked.
Added a new option in Audio settings to control the volume of ally skills.
Misc. Fixes
Fixed Shield skill damage not working as intended when used with Unorthodox
Fixed Shield Throw's VFX not working as intended when used with Unorthodox
Fixed Sun Soul Technique not working as intended with other weapon types

Controller Improvements
NEW Added the ability to clear keybindings in the Input settings menu
Fixed "A/X" controller inputs being read as an LMB input
Scrolling menus can now be scrolled with right stick on gamepads
