Rework on the logging and mining system

Today we have some update for you guys. We are reworking on how logging and mining are handled in the game, it still needs calibration then and there.

Also, about the playtest, we are try to release the first phase of the playtest version before the end of this year (or this month lol). We're still can't guarantee on this though, but we will do what we can.

Shield Guard function

We are testing something new today, The Shield Guard ability.
This allows the player to call a shield that can block enemy attack to some degree. This ability is not tied to a type of weapon, it is global ability that player will obtain in the early game.




Items Pickup Animation

Greeting! recently we testing the animation that will be used when a character picks up an item. What you see in the video is the default speed which quite slow, you can expected it to be faster in the final build.

Todays we added simple animation while character using any crafting table, this including Workbench, Furnace etc. (Some of the animation seen in the video are placeholder, it will be swap out after the test is done)

New Model Block for Building system.

Today we test the new building block that we will use with the building system. Some of them are the old model but with remaster texture. We still testing it for performance issue, didn't see any issue so far.


New targeting system

Introducing a new targeting system! This feature will allow the player camera to lock-on to a single target for easier tracking when in combat. This feature is for only the melee weapon by the way.






New combat system in-action

New combat system showcase. This build is still not finished and needs more polishing before it can be released. Also, do not be confused about the skeleton sound effect, it's the placeholder sound we pull from another monster lol.

Crystal are present in the heart of every island in this mysterious continent and there are always a mysterious being guarding it. Who are they? What is their duty?
