We fixed some game crashes, corrected the scaling in the event menu and added a separate button for the lobby host to make changes to the word packages.

New User Interface
We are back with a major update to the game. In preparation for future updates and because at some point even the eyes of our team were a bit strained by our beloved yellow theme we made big changes to the user interface. Accompanied by new brand colors we changed just about every menu inside the game. Highlighting all these changes would make thisway too long of a so we created a small preview.
Attention Mac Users: Patch for Mac will be shortly delayed while we make some fixes.

2021 Christmas Art Contest
Good News!
The next edition of our series of art contest is starting NOW. Our community requested that we integrate parts of the contest into the game. Obviously, we couldn't do anything but comply to that request. From now on you can submit your artwork AND vote on submissions from inside the game. To enable our community to still talk about the different entries a link to the uploaded artwork will be posted on our Discord server. We also declare the winners via Discord, so joining the server is still mandatory for participation.
Place 1 to 3 A custom 3D-printed trophy with their name engraved + an exclusive in-game avatar. Place 4 to 10 An exclusive in-game avatar. Place 11 to 20 2 Scribble It! - Premium Edition game keys each!

New Avatars

Art Contest
The Halloween 2021 Art Contest has started! From today on you have 2 weeks time to create your best Halloween-themed artwork and get a chance to win amazing prizes! The contest is taking place on our Discord server. Head over there to see all the rules and submit your own artwork!

New Sounds
Some of you already had a listen to the new sounds when we opened our public beta server a couple weeks ago. We made some last adjustments and are now presenting them to all of you. A whole new theme song aswell as many other soundeffects and melodies have been added to the game. We hope you like them as much as we do. Big shoutout to our friends @ Dreamtune for the amazing work they did!

New Sounds - Open Beta Live Now!
Test our brand-new sounds now!
We have created new soundeffects for many of the in-game interactions. These include but are not limited to new sounds for correct guesses, close guesses, rounds in which you performed very well and also totally new sounds for the winner screen. Depending on your placement in a match you will from now on here a different melody being played.
We would absolutely love to hear your early feedback!
This is why we created a beta environment in which everyone of you can play the game with the new sounds implemented. To give us feedback please comment under this post or ideally join our Discord server and tell us what you think over there!
Here is how to access the beta environment
Right click on "Scribble It!" in your Steam library
Click "Properties"
Go to "Betas"
Choose "pre-release"
That's it. You will notice that a beta version of the game is being downloaded. After the download is finished, simply start the game like you always do and you are good to go! NOTE: While playing in this beta environment you are NOT able to play with players that are using the official version of the game.

Patch 1.4.3.1 is now live!
A small update just went live. It contains a few UI bugfixes. The last updates have been rather small because we are busy working on some really big changes to the game. We hope to give you more information on this very soon.
Thanks to all of you who keep reporting abusive behaviour of any kind. Since introducing the report system back in June we've gotten thousands of reports. Those reports do have an impact. We are sanctioning abusive players daily and will continue to do so. We will never be able to catch everyone that is harassing other players but we can already see the positive impact that you guys make by reporting such behaviour

Patch 1.4.3.0 is now live
Hello everyone, today's patch adds a friends list to the game. For now it is only available in the lobby and inside the game but we are already preparing the next steps to make it available all across Scribble It! To access the friends list open the menu (press ESC) whenever you're inside a lobby or an active match or in Free Draw. From here you can invite Steam friends to your game, accept invites and directly join your friends. Please tell us what you think about this change!
We also added Serbian word packages, thanks to our amazing community contributors over at Crowdin. If you too want to help us translate the game have a look our Crowdin page.

Patch 1.4.2.2 is now live!
Hey everyone, a small patch just went live. We got some reports of people having issues with their tablets after we added drawing tablet pressure & eraser support for Windows in the last patch. Disabling pressure sensitivity will now result in the old stylus input model being used. This means that drawing tablets of users with the mentioned issues should work again. We hope to find a fix for the problems soon.
