Firstly this patch is mainly about improving performance.
In several test cases with much infantry and/or air units,
we could reduce the cpu usage on a 3.8GhZ core from 80-90% down to 20-30%.

Customer service and upcoming stuff
Since we realised how horribly broken the launch was,
we have invested our time and resources into fixing things and working things out.
Although we already released a short note on this matter,
we've decided to go further and making what we think is the right approach.
Everyone that got Shadows of War on Steam, got a free extra Gift copy of it in their inventory.
With this we want to apologize for the broken launch.
It is part of what we believe is the right initative in customer service.
We plan to keep updating the game and improving based on your feedback.
If you dont like it now, you may like it in the future.
This is kind of an Early Access approach, yes, however,
last year when we released it on the other sites, we felt confident in it, we felt it was finished.
Now we realise there is still work that could have been done, and instead of letting our customers down and letting them having paid for a game they think is incomplete and/or broken,
we want to try to improve as best as possible.

Game Breaking Bugs Fixed
With the latest patches, the horrible game breaking bugs have been fixed.
Finally after enough testing and pinning down the problems,
the following bugs have been fixed that have made the game unplayable:
Instant Loose/Win in Skirmish/MP Battles.
Instant Win in the Campaign.
We are truly sorry for these game breaking bugs, the good thing is, they are fixed now and the game should be working as intended now. We can understand that people feel like this release have been an Early Acces release, however we are working as hard as possible on resolving the issues ASAP so people can enjoy the game as best as possible.
To round this up, we want to apologize for these bugs, now everything should be working.
If there still are bugs we want to let you know that we will work as hard as possible to fix them as fast as possible. I want to thank you for your patience and help with reporting these bugs.
