Greetings everyone! A new update is out now, featuring a few changes and additions to both Campaign and Ascension mode to make things a bit smoother in terms of progression!
Challenges
Added 10 Challenge Battles in the Equinox Cathedral.
Challenges are a new addition in the Campaign mode. You can access the Challenge section of the Equinox Cathedral after clearing Naraka. Here you can play a series of one-time battles of different variety and difficulty that will reward you with Bones, Dark Bones and Orbs! These battles come with their own small gimmicks and quirks, so sometimes you will have to experiment to find how to approach them the best way. A new set of challenges will unlock after defeating the final boss of Naraka, Temple of Koa and Scorched Bastion - but you can tackle them at any time!
Ascension
Increased the initial number of Bones and Dark Bones at the start of every cycle after the first one.
We have increased the resources you start with for Ascension cycles after the first one. This will allow you to start with multiple passives and stat boosts, as well as items and potions, as the difficulty of Ascension gets higher.
Decreased HP of several Elite Enemies
A lot of Elite Enemies felt too tanky with long fights that would deplete your resources. We have generally decreased their HP.
General
Added Spanish language!
Added 10 new achievements
Improved “Empowered” effect: after consuming a Deity level, Andora will always gain back a gem depending on the Empowered card that was played
Fixed an interaction between Ishana and certain trinkets that could cause a bug

It’s finally time to embark in the War of Ascension - SHATTERED HEAVEN IS OUT NOW!!
Today marks the beginning of a new journey after the initial EARLY ACCESS period: we will keep working on the game, adding new updates and features in the upcoming months, while having a solid foundation thanks to the work done during Early Access and all the feedback we received!
What you will find in the full release of Shattered Heaven:
Campaign mode Follow the story of Andora, the Vestal of Ashram, and her guardians Magni and Ishana. Fight through 4 different dungeons, shape your own story and reach 3 different endings and 3 unique final bosses!
Ascension Mode The full roguelike game mode of Shattered Heaven! Embark in a series of increasingly harder dungeons, face unique enemies and bosses - and restart from the beginning if you fail!
An epic soundtrack
We’ve also released the full soundtrack of Shattered Heaven to celebrate the release!
More than 40 epic tracks and 2 hours of music, from epic boss themes to moody and dramatic story beats - both in mp3 and FLAC format!
A note on translations
Version 1.5.0 brings a new language: you can now play the game in ITALIAN!
We have promised you multiple translations at release and we regret to inform you that we are experiencing some delays. We will keep you updated on the progress of the other translations and release them as soon as possible!!

FULL RELEASE: A REMINDER
Hi everyone - as the 8th of November approaches and the release date of Shattered Heaven draws near, we wanted to take this occasion to offer you a brief recap of the content you can expect for the full release of the game. This post is mainly meant for those of you that might have played the game at the release of EARLY ACCESS or have been waiting for the full release to pick up the game and want a proper breakdown,
Note that this is not the end of content releases for the game! While Early Access allowed us to put together a more complete package of features we still want to work on new updates and extra features for the game and, as always, follow your feedback!
THE STORY SO FAR
During Early Access we managed to reach our main goal and properly update the game to include 2 main modes, that we envisioned as 2 main ways to play the game: Campaign and Ascension Mode.
We also implemented a NEW GAME + Feature that allows you to replay the Campaign with a few changes and more freedom, to keep the experience fresh.
We implemented several changes to the overall balance of the game, especially focusing on Neutral Cards and Drafts during the dungeon exploration - which has been severely limited compared to the initial release of the game! Speaking of Neutral Cards, we plan to include a balance pass with the release version, to fix some of the underperforming cards and make them more appealing.
Moreover, we will implement 3 new languages on NOVEMBER 8TH: Italian, Spanish and Portuguese!
LOOKING AHEAD & A SMALL INCENTIVE
We will be able to share more details about future plans and update to the game in the near future - and a few updates regarding the soundtrack and the release!

Today we can finally announce that Shattered Heaven is leaving Early Access on NOVEMEBR 8TH! The full release will include the Campaign, Ascension Mode, new languages & a few improvements and balance tweaks we will release on patch day!
We will release more content and patches in the months after release - and we will continue evaluating and working on your feedback!
TODAY'S UPDATE: VERSION 1.4.0
Today's update introduces a few tweaks to Ascension Mode including a big quality of life regarding smelting cards. But - most importantly - we are introducing a new, secret boss! This boss was designed as a collaboration of one of our most important supporters during our Kickstarter campaign - thank you Scott!
To unlock this boss, you will need to delve deep into Ascension and unlock the advanced cycles... and find out how to unlock this new challenge yourself!
BALANCE & FIXES
Added 3 free Smelt at the start of every dungeon after Naraka in Ascension Mode. We realized that the amount of Neutral cards you could get in Ascension Mode could be too overwhelming. For this reason, everytime you enter a new dungeon after the first one (Naraka), you will be offered 3 free smelt to use as you see fit.
Added Cycle 6 (Ascension)
Fixed a few bugs regardings events in Ascension Mode
Fixed a few typos and localization errors
Fixed a bug with certain achievements not triggering in New Game +
Added new Achievements tied to Ascension

AUGUST UPDATE V 1.3: ASCENSION MODE
Hello everyone! ASCENSION MODE (Alpha) is out today!
This will be the first iteration of our new game mode, and we plan to tune it regularly in the upcoming months.
ASCENSION MODE & PATCH NOTES
ASCENSION is available immediately to everyone. We advise you to play the tutorial and try out the campaign mode first. Note: Ascension contains spoilers for the campaign mode bosses.
Added the first 5 Cycles of Ascension - Bosses will change and new event, trinkets, relics and cards will unlock up to the 5th cycle.
Added old and new passives for Andora, Magni and Ishana in the Dark Forge (Ascension) Shop.
Added 3 new BOSSES for Naraka, Temple of Koa and Scorched Bastion (Ascension).
Added several new ELITE encounters (Ascension).
Added 50 RELICS to be obtained in Ascension mode. Relics are powerful items that will grant your party passives for the rest of the run!
All Events outcomes in Ascension have been changed to better fit the Game Mode.
Traps have been reworked for Ascension - granting powerful bonuses if you manage to overcome them!

ROGUELIKE MODE RELEASES AUGUST 21ST!
Greetings everyone!
Today we want to introduce to you all the new roguelike game mode releasing on the 21st of August: ASCENSION!
This will be the first iteration of the game mode that will be polished and improved in the upcoming months.
A ROGUELIKE EXPERIENCE
With Ascension Mode we want to focus 100% on gameplay and provide a more "Arcade" feeling. If you don't like story or you simply don't want to play the Campaign again, this is the game mode for you!
YOUR NEW MISSION
You start Ascension in the hub, where you can set up your party and decks and immediately set out for a new challenge. You will have to conquer 4 dungeons: explore, collect resources and face a boss at the end of each of them. Return back to the Ascension Hub after vanquishing the fearsome enemy and spend your hard earned resources on passives, skills equipment and more! Your adventure is over when all your party members die in combat or you manage to defeat the final boss!
NEW CHALLENGES AND REWARDS
You will encounter new, special enemies during your exploration, but also find new types of rewards. Fearsome enemies marked with a red icon are ELITE enemies - and the chests they guard might contain RELICS. These powerful artifacts will give you permanent passives that will benefit the party for the rest of the run.
A NEW CYCLE BEGINS
Upon completing Ascension, you will find yourself at the start of a new cycle. New cards will be available for your starting decks, new events and enemies will show up in the dungeons - and you will find new, powerful rewards!
The ALPHA VERSION of Ascension mode is coming out very soon - and we will look forward to your feedback, especially when it comes to difficulty. We will work hard to tune the encounters and challenges during these upcoming months leading to the release of the game.

Greetings everyone! A new patch containing the NEW GAME + mode is releasing today!
NEW GAME +
NEW GAME + will be available to you after completing the main campaign, and it will not be directly tied to your standard campaign game saves. Save files will show with a red logo in the load and save menu,
NEW GAME + FEATURES:
3 New HERO CARDS per character added:
3 new Common Hero cards are unlocked after defeating Sigurd.
3 new Rare Hero cards are unlocked after defeating Eris.
3 new Legendary cards are unlocked after defeating Achala.
3 New ELITE ENEMIES have been added to Naraka Depth 3, Temple of Koa Depth 3 and Scorched Bastion Depth 3.
14 New NEUTRAL CARDS have been added in the draft pool of every dungeon.
All Hero Cards from NEW GAME are unlocked from the start of NEW GAME +.
Added the Vestal + and Everchosen + difficulties.
Neutral Cards draft follow now an unlimited format (ie: every Neutral Card can appear in every Dungeon)
New enemy parties configurations.
Initial Bones and Dark Bones increased.
Skill points rewards are doubled.

PATCH NOTES (V.1.1.1) :
Neutral Cards:
Rules of Nature => Extra damage from playing other Neutral Cards has been increased from 2 to 4.
Charming Denial => Base Armor increased by 1.
True Sight => Removed Armor gain. This card now removes a debuff.
Shadow of Doubt => Base Damage increased by 2.
Mind over Matter => Removed Armor gain. ENLIGHTENMENT increased from 1 to 2.
Fire Walk with Me => Base Damage increased by 3.
Growing Ambitions => Base Armor and Healing increased by 1.
Fangs of Delham => Base Damage increased by 2.
Just cause => Base Damage increased by 1. Rage gained by Magni increased by 2.
Martial prowess => SWIFT and GOUGE increased from 1 to 2. Reworked Magni's effect: "Draw a card with the BERSERK keyword from the deck".
Colour of the Wind => Removed Armor gain. Reduced AP cost from 1 to 0.
Apostasy => Added debuff STRIPPING on target enemy.
Broken Vow => Base Damage increased by 1.
Love eternal => Base Damage increased by 2.

Added a list of cards played during a turn in the deck tab.
Hp and Armor of Temple of Koa's Warden (Stage 3) have been nerfed slightly.
Bosses of Temple of Koa and Scorched Bastion have been slightly rebalanced with more Hp and more damage on certain underperforming moves.
Temple of Koa Depth 1-2 has been changed to improve diversity of encounters.
Scorched Bastion Depth 1 and Depth 2 have been changed to include more encounter with 2 enemies parties.
Fixed a bug involved skill points and loading old templates in the full game and demo version.
Fixed a soft lock in the tutorial when the player closes the game in the first draft in the full game and the demo version.
Fixed a bug with the achievement "Conqueror of Ashram" not unlocking correctly.
Fixed the description of the trinket "Coat of pride".
