Today we want to introduce the first feature coming out during early access: NEW GAME +!
This option will be available to you after completing the main campaign, and it will not be directly tied to your standard campaign game saves.
NEW GAME +
You will start a new campaign with every hero card from the standard campaign already unlocked.
You will unlock brand new Hero Cards after defeating certain bosses.
Enemies will be tougher, showing up in different party configurations, and with a few surprises along the way…
Neutral Cards drafts will always include the full pool from the standard campaign + a new set of Neutral and Adaptive cards!
Skill Point and Orb rewards are doubled!
NEW GAME + will feature Vestal + and Everchosen + difficulties. We will take this chance to also improve the difficulty scaling of the game as a whole, tuning the scaling of enemies’ HP and Damage in both the standard campaign and new game +.
During the next few weeks leading to the update we will reveal some of the new cards you can expect to find along the way! And, maybe, something more…
Stay tuned for more updates and the NEW GAME + update, releasing in July!
PATCH NOTES: V1.1.0 + DEMO UPDATES
New:
Added the options to check the party’s decks during drafts.
Added a healing powder counter next to the characters’ portrait while resting at the altar.
Game balance:
Removed the mandatory drafts at the start of every floor of every dungeon (excluding the final boss). This is a first balance change we are making towards making Neutral Cards drafts less oppressive. Now drafts will only be found after battles, certain events and, optionally, at the altar. Our next step will involve balancing Neutral Cards to make them more appealing.
- EVERCHOSEN difficulty: reduced the damage of enemies. This is a preliminary change we are making while working on a better scaling for the Everchosen difficulty.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed a bug involving skill and deck templates, causing the game to run slowly over time.
Fixed a bug that would occasionally remove skill points when loading a template.
Fixed a bug related to Kairos’ options during the merchant event.
Fixed a bug with the skill Coup de Grace.
Fixed a bug with the skill Whirlwind of blades.
Fixed several dialogues that will not take into account certain player choices in chapter 2 and 3.
Fixed a rare bug related to battles with specific conditions.
Fixed the spawn of the enemy “Parasite” when reloading a fight in Everchosen difficulty.
Fixed a bug with certain craftable potions in the alchemy lab.
Fixed some typos.
Demo version:
Updated the demo version to match the current version of the game: save files are now compatible with the full game, added chinese language.

IN-DEPTH #8: lore of the tribe of Delham and Flammen
Greetings, Warriors!
Today we are going to explore the remaining two tribes of the Nameless World, the tribes of Delham and Flammen, and no two tribes could be more different!
In communion, strength. In strength, life
The forests of Delham are an intricate web of leaves, vines and bark, not unlike the body of any living being.
From eating the fruit of the land, to the near-cult veneration of their elders, the Delhams are a shining symbol of what greatness humanity can achieve.
These habits, however, have also raised some concerns in the mind of those who are familiar with the Porcelain Throne.
The rift between Delham and the Cathedral has been growing larger with every new generation.
The eternal flame of Hope
Deep in the valleys among the northern mountains, the tribe of Flammen has elected to make its stand.
To the other tribes, they are brutal and efficient conquerors, who seek the complete subjugation of all those who do not consider themselves part of their Legion.
The constant stream of successes during the years had an unforeseen consequence: many have deserted their original tribes to join the Flammen, causing their ranks to swell more and more with every passing day.
IN-DEPTH #7: lore of the tribe of Ashram and Sentia
Greetings, Warriors!
Today we would like to explore two people far from each other, yet deeply connected.
We are talking about the tribes of Ashram and Sentia, and their homes.
A land of dust and thunder
The Ashram land is not what one would call a comfortable home. Here humans live among barren plains, feeding exclusively on ashes.
At its center, surrounded by scattered fossils, lies the Agonisterion. Here the Everchosen of Ashram rises to her new sacred role, and trains for the wars to come.
By the ancient motto “Every boy a Guardian, every girl a Vestal”, all children train together from a very early age. The rigorous daily exercise often leads the young warriors to form tight, everlasting bonds with their comrades in arms.
Dreams from the past
Far to the west, hidden by high hills and built around a great chasm, stands the rocky and shining city of Cintamanya - home of the Sentia.
Ever loyal to their history, these people devote their lives to safeguarding the Past, singing and ever expanding their "Chant of Memory"!
Singing in the halls of the Chantry is not their only duty.
Their Vestal, referred to as the Chantress, holds great powers in her voice - warded by the best warriors coming from the greatest bloodlines of the Tribe, her main goal is to ensure their kin's survival. Yet, the Wheel of Fate has not been too kind on them, these past cycles...
NEW RELEASE DATE!
To all the warriors out there.
After some weeks of reasonings, we've taken the tough decision to further postpone the release date of Shattered Heaven to the 31th of May. Our desire is to immediately offer a complete experience so that all the features that make Shattered Heaven so special will be fully appreciated. We are working hard to give to our creature the shape we've imagined since the beginning of this journey. In the meantime, we invite you to follow all the in-depth updates about the game coming on our shop page. Apologies for the delay, we trust in your understanding.
IN-DEPTH #6: A world of Ashes
May the Everlasting Redeemer’s blessing be upon you, warriors!
let's take the time to delve into our World...
A nameless land, a cruel fate:
Today, we're going to talk a bit about the story and setting of Shattered Heaven!
Every ten years, four girls - each one from a different Land - are bound to manifest incredible powers that grant them the ability to overcome incredible, inhuman feats. These maidens gain the title of holy Vestal, and they are immediately tasked with fighting - and winning - the recurrent War of the Ascension. Without a choice, they are burdened with the weight of the world.
Followed and protected by their Guardians, they will gather at the center of the known world, the Equinox Cathedral. Here resides the sole ruler of the land, the Divine Child Heliad which looks down on all of His subjects with a serene and benevolent spirit.
Surrounded by His servants, He is the living reincarnation of the divine that was once betrayed by humankind. Ever vigilant upon His throne, he looks down on all of His subjects with a serene and benevolent spirit. His is every Command - By His will, the four Vestals will face one perilous trials after the other, in which they will risk everything for the chance to save their people from extinction.
The Vestals are not alone in their quest for salvation. Merchants and craftspeople, sent by their tribes, populate the lower dwellings of the Cathedral, living together in an environment where the four peoples meet but never mingle, for too great is the distrust among them - a necessary evil, if they want to survive.
The world of Shattered Heaven is full of untold stories, red threads of Fate, and shocking encounters. The Wheel spins, bringing forth great events and changes. When the time comes, where will you stand?
IN-DEPTH #5: Powering UP
Greetings, Warriors!
It’s time for Gameplay and Mechanics!
Today we want to talk about progression and power ups. It’s very important to provide a sense of constant evolution during the game, we know it - that’s why we are putting extra care in our Character Growth system.
Make sure to properly explore the Equinox Cathedral - the main hub of the game - and check out all the ways to further empower our Ashram champions!
The first one is Cards, of course! Namely, we are talking about Hero Cards, so cards that are specific to each of our player characters - they are tailored around their mechanics and keywords, and will always be available to you when you are building your decks.
Every time you come back to the Cathedral after a successful mission, you’ll unlock a brand-new set of powerful Hero Cards varying in skills, rarity and cost. Don't be afraid to try different, unexpected combinations: it might hold the key to Victory!
Coming back victorious will also grant you 1 Skill Point per character.
These precious resources will be spent in the Talents section to grant powerful active and passive abilities. You will also be able to improve your basic stats such as maximum HP and Shields. You can also save loadouts and reset skill points with no costs attached!
And last but not least, we have the Dark Forge!
Here is where you will unlock a variety of helpful perks, such as improving the effectiveness of your healing items, adding extra slots for rare cards in your deck and so on!
These upgrades are extremely impressive and can only be obtained with Dark Bones.
This currency is strictly related to the most difficult challenges you can face in the game - at the start of a dungeon you will be able to select special conditions like “Armor gained in this depth is halved”: this will reward you with a higher number of Dark Bones compared to other easier challenges (or no challenges selected at all). This doesn’t mean you will never obtain Dark Bones if you plan to play the game at normal difficulty - but the more you dare, the more you will be rewarded!
